Abstract

The invention relates to a blank ( 13 ) for an outer part ( 12 ) for encasing a cup-shaped inner container ( 2 ), wherein the blank ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein an adhesive layer ( 22 ) consisting of an adhesive is arranged on the first end portion ( 14 ) and/or on the second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the blank ( 13 ) can be wound to form a casing and the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) can be coupled to one another in an overlap area ( 16 ) by means of the adhesive layer ( 22 ) of the adhesive. The adhesive layer ( 22 ) is dimensioned in such a way that the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) in the overlap area ( 16 ) on the adhesive layer ( 22 ) can be detached from each other again from the coupled state.

         5 . The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 4 , wherein the first adhesive segment length ( 46 ) is between 0.5 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 9 mm, preferably between 1.5 mm and 3 mm. 
     
     
         6 . The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 4 , wherein the first interruption ( 29 ) has a first interruption distance ( 37 ), wherein the first interruption distance ( 37 ) is between 1 mm and 25 mm, in particular between 8 mm and 20 mm, preferably between 13 mm and 18 mm.

The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 4 , wherein the first adhesive segment length ( 46 ) is between 0.5 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 9 mm, preferably between 1.5 mm and 3 mm, and at the same time the first interruption distance ( 37 ) is between 1 mm and 25 mm, in particular between 8 mm and 20 mm, preferably between 13 mm and 18 mm.

The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 2 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has an adhesive application surface ( 36 ), the adhesive application surface ( 36 ) being between 20 mm 2  and 500 mm 2  per 100 mm in the longitudinal extension ( 31 ), in particular between 50 mm 2  and 200 mm 2  per 100 mm in the longitudinal extension ( 31 ), preferably between 80 mm 2  and 150 mm 2  per 100 mm in the longitudinal extension ( 31 ). 
     
     
         9 . The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 2 , wherein a glue layer ( 47 ) is formed in addition to the adhesive layer ( 22 ), wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) comprises a hot-melt adhesive and wherein the glue layer ( 47 ) comprises a cold glue. 
     
     
         10 . The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 9 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) and the glue layer ( 47 ) are arranged laterally offset to one another with respect to the longitudinal extension ( 31 ).

The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 9 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has at least a first adhesive segment ( 27 ) and a second adhesive segment ( 28 ), as seen over the longitudinal extension ( 31 ), which are interrupted from one another by a first interruption ( 29 ), wherein the first adhesive segment ( 27 ) has a first adhesive segment length ( 46 ) and wherein the adhesive layer ( 47 ) has at least a first adhesive segment ( 48 ) and a second adhesive segment ( 49 ), as seen over the longitudinal extension ( 31 ), which are interrupted from one another by a first adhesive layer interruption ( 50 ), wherein the first adhesive segment ( 48 ) has a first adhesive segment length ( 53 ).

The outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 11 , wherein the first adhesive segment length ( 46 ) is between 0.5 mm and 15 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 9 mm, preferably between 1.5 mm and 3 mm, and at the same time the first interruption distance ( 37 ) is between 1 mm and 25 mm, in particular between 8 mm and 20 mm, preferably between 13 mm and 18 mm, and wherein the first glue segment length ( 53 ) is between 0.5 mm and 20 mm, in particular between 1 mm and 15 mm, preferably between 4 mm and 9 mm. 
     
     
         13 . A combination packaging container ( 1 ) comprising:
 a cup-shaped inner container ( 2 ), wherein the inner container ( 2 ) has a container casing ( 4 ) which has an open end ( 5 ) and an end ( 7 ) closed by a bottom ( 3 );   an the outer part ( 12 ) according to  claim 2 , which encases the inner container ( 2 ),   wherein the outer part ( 12 ) is formed from a blank ( 13 ), which blank ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the blank ( 13 ) is wound to form a casing and the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are coupled to one another in an overlap area ( 16 ) by an adhesive layer ( 22 ) comprising an adhesive,   wherein the outer part ( 12 ) further has a first front side ( 19 ) and a second front side ( 20 ) and the two front sides ( 19 ,  20 ) are spaced apart from one another, wherein the first front side ( 19 ) faces the bottom ( 3 ) and the second front side ( 20 ) faces the open end ( 5 ) of the inner container ( 2 ), wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 31 ) in a direction starting from the first front side ( 19 ) to the second front side ( 20 ),   wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is arranged in the overlap area ( 16 ) between the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) and contacts the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ),   wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is dimensioned such that the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) can be detached from one another in the overlap area ( 16 ) at the adhesive layer ( 22 ),   wherein a support layer ( 40 ) of the blank ( 13 ) is formed from a cellulose material, wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) abuts directly against the support layer ( 40 ) in the overlap area ( 16 ) both at the first end portion ( 14 ) and at the second end portion ( 15 ),   wherein the cellulose material of the support layer ( 40 ) has a tensile strength and   wherein the adhesive of the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has a peel strength,   wherein the peel strength of the adhesive is greater than the tensile strength of the cellulose material of the support layer ( 40 ).

The combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to  claim 13 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is configured such that when the outer part ( 12 ) is separated from the inner container ( 2 ), the first end portion ( 14 ) of the outer part ( 12 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) of the outer part ( 12 ) are detached from one another in the overlap area ( 16 ) at the adhesive layer ( 22 ), wherein parts of a support layer ( 40 ) of the blank ( 13 ) are torn out at the first end portion ( 14 ) and/or at the second end portion ( 15 ) and remain adhered to the adhesive layer ( 22 ). 
     
     
         15 . A method for producing the combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to  claim 13 , comprising the method steps of:
 providing a cup-shaped inner container ( 2 ), wherein the inner container ( 2 ) has a container casing ( 4 ) which has an open end ( 5 ) and an end ( 7 ) closed by a bottom ( 3 );   molding an outer part ( 12 ) for encasing the inner container ( 2 ),   wherein the outer part ( 12 ) is formed from a blank ( 13 ), which blank ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), wherein the blank ( 13 ) is wound to form a casing and the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) are coupled together in an overlap area ( 16 ) by an adhesive layer ( 22 ) comprising an adhesive,   wherein the outer part ( 12 ) further has a first front side ( 19 ) and a second front side ( 20 ) and the two front sides ( 19 ,  20 ) are spaced to from one another, wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has a longitudinal extension ( 31 ) in a direction starting from the first front side ( 19 ) to the second front side ( 20 ),   axially pushing the outer part ( 12 ) onto the inner container ( 2 ), with the first front side ( 19 ) facing the bottom ( 3 ) and the second front side ( 20 ) facing the open end ( 5 ) of the inner container ( 2 ), or molding the outer part ( 12 ) directly by wrapping it around the inner container ( 2 ),   wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is configured such that the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) can be detached from one another in the overlap area ( 16 ) at the adhesive layer ( 22 ),   wherein a support layer ( 40 ) of the blank ( 13 ) is formed from a cellulose material,   wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) abuts directly against the support layer ( 40 ) in the overlap area ( 16 ) both at the first end portion ( 14 ) and at the second end portion ( 15 ),   wherein the cellulose material of the support layer ( 40 ) has a tensile strength and   wherein the adhesive of the adhesive layer ( 22 ) has a peel strength,   wherein the peel strength of the adhesive is greater than the tensile strength of the cellulose material of the support layer ( 40 ).   
     
     
         16 . The method according to  claim 15 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is applied to the blank ( 13 ) by an intermittent application. 
     
     
         17 . The method according to  claim 15 , wherein the adhesive layer ( 22 ) is applied in such a way that in the joined state of the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) in the overlap area ( 16 ), a pre-calculated adhesive application surface ( 36 ) per 100 mm of longitudinal extension ( 31 ) is achieved, wherein the pre-calculated adhesive application surface ( 36 ) per 100 mm of longitudinal extension ( 31 ) is calculated as a function of the tensile strength of a cellulose material of a support layer ( 40 ) of the blank ( 13 ), so that when the combination packaging container ( 1 ) is recycled, the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) in the overlap area ( 16 ) at the adhesive layer ( 22 ) are detached from one another when a desired separating force is reached. 
     
     
         18 . A method for separating the combination packaging container ( 1 ) according to  claim 13 , having a cup-shaped inner container ( 2 ), the inner container ( 2 ) having a container casing ( 4 ) which has an open end ( 5 ) and an end ( 7 ) closed by a bottom ( 3 ), and having an outer part ( 12 ) which encases the inner container ( 2 ), the outer part ( 12 ) being formed from a blank ( 13 ), which blank ( 13 ) has a first end portion ( 14 ) and a second end portion ( 15 ), the blank ( 13 ) being wound to form a casing and the first end portion ( 14 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) being coupled to one another in an overlap area ( 16 ) by an adhesive layer ( 22 ) comprising an adhesive, the outer part ( 12 ) furthermore having a first front side ( 19 ) and a second front side ( 20 ) and the two front sides ( 19 ,  20 ) being spaced apart, the first front side ( 19 ) facing the bottom ( 3 ) and the second front side ( 20 ) facing the open end ( 5 ) of the inner container ( 2 ), the adhesive layer ( 22 ) having a longitudinal extension ( 31 ) in a direction starting from the first front side ( 19 ) to the second front side ( 20 ),
 further comprising the method step that for separating the outer part ( 12 ) from the inner container ( 2 ), the first end portion ( 14 ) of the outer part ( 12 ) and the second end portion ( 15 ) of the outer part ( 12 ) are detached from one another in the overlap area ( 16 ) at the adhesive layer ( 22 ), wherein parts of a support layer ( 40 ) of the blank ( 13 ) are being torn out at the first end portion ( 14 ) and/or at the second end portion ( 15 ) and remain adhered to the adhesive layer ( 22 ).
