Claims

Abstract

Provided is a weaving method for a double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression. A combination of warps composed of a first warp J 1 and a second warp J 2 and a combination of wefts composed of a first weft W 1, a second weft W 2, a third weft W 3, and a fourth weft W 4 are used as implementation objects. Any two groups of wefts gradually develop colors on a fabric surface, and the other two groups of wefts do not develop color in the back of a fabric. Based on principle of double-layer weave configuration, warp and weft threads are used to establish structure models with double-weft color gradient expression, design a face coloring weave, design a back weave, design a relationship between a face layer and a back layer of fabric, design a compound weave process, design a digital pattern, and design a compound structure diagram.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A weaving method of a double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression, comprising:
 step 1, constructing a structure model by:
 taking a warp combination composed of a first warp J 1  and a second warp J 2 , and a weft combination composed of a first weft W 1 , a second weft W 2 , a third weft W 3 , and a fourth weft W 4  as implementation objects, interweaving any two groups of wefts and one group of warp on a surface of a fabric for color expression, and interweaving other two groups of wefts and remaining one group of warp on a back of the fabric to form a backing, thus forming a plurality of double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard structure models with double-weft color gradient expression; 
   step 2, designing a face coloring compound weave by:
 step (i): selecting a weft-faced or warp-faced twill or satin as a basic weave I and a basic weave II, the basic weave I and the basic weave II having a same weave repeat number N, a same step number S, but different starting points; 
 step (ii): setting corresponding full-color technical point weaves according to the basic weave I and the basic weave II by: reversing all interlacing points of the basic weave I to obtain a reversed basic weave I, taking a reversed interlacing point solely in the reversed basic weave I as a starting end, and reinforcing one interlacing point upward/downward in a warp direction to obtain a full-color technical point weave of the basic weave II; and reversing all interlacing points of the basic weave II to obtain a reversed basic weave II, taking a reversed interlacing point solely in the reversed basic weave II as a starting end, and reinforcing one interlacing point downward/upward in the warp direction to obtain a full-color technical point weave of the basic weave I; and 
 step (iii): taking the basic weave I as an initial weave, and the full-color technical point weave thereof as a final weave, and designing a shaded weave-database of the basic weave I, i.e., a face coloring weave-database I, by reinforcing/reducing interlacing points with a proviso of avoiding the full-color technical point of the basic weave I; taking the basic weave II as an initial weave, and the full-color technical point weave thereof as a final weave, and designing a shaded weave-database of the basic weave II, i.e., a face coloring weave-database II, by reinforcing/reducing interlacing points with a proviso of avoiding the full-color technical point of the basic weave II; taking one weave separately from the face coloring weave-database I and the face coloring weave-database II, combining taken weaves weft-by-weft to form a face coloring compound weave of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard structure with double-weft color gradient expression; 
   step 3, designing a back weave by:
 obtaining a back weave I and a back weave II according to requirements for designing a double-layer structure of a face coloring weave and a back weave that a weave repeat number of the back weave and a weave repeat number of the face coloring weave are the same or integral multiples of each other; 
   step 4, designing a relationship between a face layer and a back layer of the fabric by:
 under the condition that the face layer and the back layer of the fabric are not stitched, enabling that a face warp is always located above a back weft, and that a back warp is always located below a face weft, from a front view of the fabric; and 
 under the condition that the face layer and the back layer of the fabric are stitched, enabling that a weave repeat number of a stitching weave and a weave repeat number of the face coloring weave are the same or integral multiples of each other, from a front view of the fabric, and stitching the face layer and the back layer of the fabric through a self-stitching method; 
   step 5, designing a compound weave process by:
 step (a): setting an arrangement ratio of the first warp J 1  to the second warp J 2 , and horizontally arranging the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2 ; setting an arrangement ratio of the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4 , and vertically arranging the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4 ; 
 step (b): configuring a face coloring weave I and a face coloring weave II at a position where the face warp interweaves with the face weft according to a weft arrangement sequence, and configuring the back weave I and the back weave II at a position where the back warp interweaves with the back weft; lifting all the warps at interweaving positions of face warps and back wefts, i.e., configuring warp interlacing points, and sinking all the warps at interweaving positions of back warps and face wefts, i.e., configuring weft interlacing points; 
 step (c): matching a relationship between the face layer and the back layer of the fabric; and 
 step (d): designing a compound weave of each structure model according to characteristics of structure models of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard structure with double-weft color gradient expression; 
   step 6, designing a digital pattern by:
 designing a digital pattern in a bitmap format, selecting colors, and designing a series of gradient colors based on each of selected colors, wherein a number of grades in each one series of gradient colors is less than or equal to a maximum level of a number of shaded weaves in the face coloring weave-database I or the face coloring weave-database II, namely (N−2)+(N−3)×(N−1); various series of gradient color effects in the digital pattern do not overlap with each other; and a maximum level of colors is 12×[(N−2)+(N−3)×(N−1)] 2 ; 
   step 7, designing a compound structure diagram by:
 combining the face coloring weave-database I and the face coloring weave-database II formed by interweaving the face warp and the face weft, the back weave I and the back weave II formed by interweaving the back warp and the back weft, and a warp float, a weft float and/or the stitching weave generated by relationship between the face layer and the back layer of the fabric according to a jacquard structure model, wherein various series of gradient colors correspond to shaded weaves in the face coloring weave I and the face coloring weave II, respectively, and are replaced with corresponding shaded weaves one by one to form a compound structure diagram of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard structure with double-weft color gradient expression; and 
   step 8, weaving by:
 adding warp and weft selection information to the compound structure diagram of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard structure with double-weft color gradient expression, setting a warp density and a weft density, selecting two groups of warps and four groups of wefts, and weaving by using the compound structure diagram obtained in step 7, thus obtaining the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression. 
   
     
     
         2 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein in step 2, N is an integer, and satisfies 5≤N≤48; S is an integer; under the condition that the weave repeat number is N, a number of step number S is represented by Q NSN , a number Q BI  of optional weaves of the basic weave I satisfies: Q BI =N×Q NSN , and a number Q BII  of optional weaves of the basic weave II satisfies: Q BII =N−2; a reinforcing speed of a warp interlacing point is set as M, and M satisfies 1≤M≤N, and is an integer; under the condition that M=N, a number of weaves in the face coloring weave-database I and a number of weaves in the face coloring weave-database II both reach minimum, each being N−2, and a number of correspondingly formed face coloring compound weaves is minimum, namely (N−2) 2 ; and under the condition that M=1, a number of weaves in the face coloring weave-database I and a number of weaves in the face coloring weave-database II both are maximum, namely, (N−2)+(N−3)×(N−1), and a number of correspondingly formed face coloring compound weaves is maximum, namely [(N−2)+(N−3)×(N−1)] 2 . 
     
     
         3 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein in step 3, a number of optional back weaves is Q b , weaves with a weave repeat number of N, a divisor of the N not being 1, and an integral multiple of the N are arranged from left to right according to an arrangement sequence from a weft-faced weave to a warp-faced weave, and a number of the weaves with a weave repeat number of N, a divisor of the N not being 1, and an integral multiple of the N is n; N i  represents a weave repeat number of a i -th  weave that has a weave repeat number of the N, a divisor of the N not being 1, or an integral multiple of the N; and Q Si  represents a number of a step number S i  of the i -th  weave that has a weave repeat number of the N, a divisor of the N not being 1, or an integral multiple of the N, and Q b , N i , and Q Si  satisfy

The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein in step 4, in the self-stitching method, a back-warp face-weft stitching method is adopted, a stitching interlacing point is designed to be a warp interlacing point, interlacing point(s) of face warp(s) at adjacent left side and/or right side of a back warp where the stitching interlacing point is located is a warp interlacing point, to guarantee that stitching interlacing points of the back warp and the face weft are always covered by the face warp(s); or
 a face-warp back-weft stitching method is adopted, a stitching interlacing point is designed to be a weft interlacing point, interlacing point(s) of face weft(s) at adjacent upper side and/or lower side of a back weft where the stitching interlacing point is located is a weft interlacing point, to guarantee that stitching interlacing points of face warps and back wefts are always covered by face wefts; or   a combined stitching method is adopted, and the back warp and the face weft are stitched and meanwhile the face warp and the back weft are stitched.   
     
     
         5 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein Q S  represents a total number of weave configuration manners at a stitching position; under the condition that the face layer and the back layer are not stitched, the number Q NS  of the weave configuration manners is equal to 1,and under the condition that the face layer and the back layer are stitched, the weave repeat number of the stitching weave is N, a divisor of the N but not being 1, or an integral multiple of the N; Q FSP  represents a combinatorial number of an optional number of stitching weft interlacing points in a face-warp back-weft stitching weave, and Q BSP  represents a combinatorial number of an optional number of stitching warp interlacing points in a back-warp face-weft stitching weave, and Q S , Q NS , Q FSP  and Q BSP  satisfy:

The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein in step 1, the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2  are horizontally configured according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1; and the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4  are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1:1:1. 
     
     
         7 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein in step 1, the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2  are horizontally configured according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1; and the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4  are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1:1:1. 
     
     
         8 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein in step 1, the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2  are horizontally configured according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1; and the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4  are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1:1:1. 
     
     
         9 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein in step 1, the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2  are horizontally configured according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1; and the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4  are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1:1:1. 
     
     
         10 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein in step 1, the first warp J 1  and the second warp J 2  are horizontally configured according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1; and the first weft W 1 , the second weft W 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4  are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1:1:1. 
     
     
         11 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein in step 1, twelve structure models with double-weft color gradient expression are provided:
 (1) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (2) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (3) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3 , to form a back of the fabric;   (4) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (5) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3 , to form a back of the fabric;   (6) under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the second warp J 2 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2 , to form a back of the fabric;   (7) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (8) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (9) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3 , to form a back of the fabric;   (10) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4 , to form a back of the fabric;   (11) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3 , to form a back of the fabric;   (12) under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and interweaves with coloring face wefts that are the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4 , on a fabric surface for coloring, a back warp that is the first warp J 1 , interweaves with back wefts that are the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2 , to form a back of the fabric.   
     
     
         12 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein in step  2 , the arrangement ratio in a vertical combination is 1:1, and twelve sets of face coloring weave-databases are provided as follows: a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the first weft W 1 , and the second weft W 2 ; a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the first weft W 1 , and the third weft W 3 ; a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the first weft W 1 , and the fourth weft W 4 ; a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the second weft W 2 , and the third weft W 3 ; a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the second weft W 2 , and the fourth weft W 4 ; a face coloring weave-database of the first warp J 1 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4 ; a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the first weft W 1 , and the second weft W 2 ; a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the first weft W 1 , and the third weft W 3 ; a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4 ; a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the second weft W 2 , and the third weft W 3 ; a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the second weft W 2 , and the fourth weft W 4 ; and a face coloring weave-database of the second warp J 2 , the third weft W 3 , and the fourth weft W 4 . 
     
     
         13 . The weaving method of the double-warp and quadruple-weft jacquard fabric with double-weft color gradient expression as claimed in  claim 12 , wherein during the designing the back weave, two groups of back wefts are vertically arranged according to an arrangement ratio of 1:1 and interweave with back warps, with configuration positions thereof satisfying:
 under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the third weft W 3  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the second weft W 2  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the second weft W 2  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the third weft W 3  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the third weft W 3  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the first warp J 1  is a coloring face warp, and the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the second warp J 2  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the second warp J 2  is interwoven with the second weft W 2  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the second weft W 2  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the third weft W 3  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the third weft W 3  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the second weft W 2  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the first weft W 1  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the second weft W 2  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the third weft W 3  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the second weft W 2  and the third weft W 3  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the fourth weft W 4  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the second weft W 2  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the third weft W 3  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I; or   under the condition that the second warp J 2  is a coloring face warp, and the third weft W 3  and the fourth weft W 4  are coloring face wefts, the first warp J 1  is able to interweave with the first weft W 1  according to the back weave I or the back weave II, and correspondingly, the first warp J 1  is interwoven with the second weft W 2  only according to the back weave II or the back weave I.
