Abstract
An industrial fabric 100 is an industrial fabric in which an upper surface side fabric composed of upper surface side warps and upper surface side wefts and a lower surface side fabric composed of lower surface side warps and lower surface side wefts are bound to each other, wherein an upper surface side warp 1Ub functions as an upper surface side binding yarn binding the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric, and a lower surface side warp 2 Lb functions as a lower surface side binding yarn binding the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric. The number of knuckles formed by the upper surface side warp 1Ub in the upper surface side fabric is larger than the number of knuckles formed by the lower surface side warp 2 Lb in the upper surface side fabric.

a binding yarn that binds the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric, the binding yarn is at least one of the upper surface side warp or the lower surface side warp, the binding yarn is adjacent to the other of the upper surface side warp and the lower surface side warp, and a first number of the lower surface side warps is twice a second number of the upper surface side warps.
2 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a warp that is adjacent to the binding yarn and the binding yarn mutually complement a surface texture of the upper surface side fabric.
3 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a first warp that belongs to the upper surface side warps is an upper surface side binding yarn that binds the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric, a second warp that belongs to the lower surface side warps is a lower surface side binding yarn that binds the upper surface side fabric and the lower surface side fabric, and the upper surface side binding yarn and the lower surface side binding yarn are adjacent to each other.
4 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a collapsing yarn that is interwoven with the wefts collapses a part of a surface texture of the upper surface side fabric, a first warp that belongs to the upper surface side warps is the collapsing yarn, and the binding yarn and the collapsing yarn mutually complement the surface texture.
5 . The industrial fabric according to claim 3 , wherein
the lower surface side binding yarn includes a first lower surface side binding yarn and a second lower surface side binding yarn adjacent to respective side of the lower surface side warps, and in the lower surface side warps, a part to be interwoven with a lower surface side weft along with the adjacent first lower surface side binding yarn, and a part to be interwoven with a lower surface side weft along with the adjacent second lower surface side binding yarn.
6 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a lower surface side binding yarn includes a first lower surface side binding yarn and a second lower surface side binding yarn adjacent to respective side of the lower surface side warps, and in the lower surface side warps, a part to be interwoven with a lower surface side weft along with the adjacent first lower surface side binding yarn, and a part to be interwoven with a lower surface side weft along with the adjacent second lower surface side binding yarn are arranged in a zigzag pattern.
7 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
the lower surface side warps pass above four lower surface side wefts.
8 . The industrial fabric according to claim 2 , wherein
the warp that is adjacent to the binding yarn and the binding yarn are interwoven with the lower surface side wefts to form the lower surface side fabric in a common weave pattern for each row of warps.
9 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
warps are interwoven with the lower surface side wefts to form the lower surface side fabric in a common weave pattern for each row of warps.
10 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a warp that is adjacent to the binding yarn and the binding yarn pass above four lower surface side wefts, pass under one lower surface side weft, pass above two lower surface side wefts, and pass under one lower surface side weft in sequence in the lower surface side fabric for each row of warps.
11 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
warps are interwoven with the upper surface side wefts to form the upper surface side fabric in a common weave pattern for each row of warps.
12 . The industrial fabric according to claim 2 , wherein
the surface texture of the upper surface side fabric is a plain weave.
13 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a weave repeat has a multiple of 12 shafts of warps.
14 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
a weave repeat has a multiple of 24 shafts of wefts.
15 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
the second number of the upper surface side warps is 30 to 150 per inch.
16 . The industrial fabric according to claim 1 , wherein
