Mobile air conditioner and air duct fixing plate

Abstract

A mobile air conditioner includes a casing, an outdoor air exhaust outlet and an outdoor air inlet arranged on the casing and spaced apart; an air duct assembly, including: an inlet duct, communicated with the outdoor air inlet and configured to suck air from outdoors; an outlet duct, communicated with the outdoor air exhaust outlet and configured to discharge heat to outdoors through the outdoor air exhaust outlet; a mounting plate provided with air inlet and outlet, the air inlet is communicated with the inlet duct, and the air outlet is communicated with the outlet duct. The inlet duct is detachably connected to the mounting plate, and the outlet duct is detachably connected to the mounting plate, the air duct assembly is folded for storage in a non-working state, and is connected to a window via the mounting plate in a working state.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A mobile air conditioner, comprising:
 a casing, an outdoor air exhaust outlet and an outdoor air inlet being arranged on the casing and spaced apart from each other;   an air duct assembly, comprising:
 an inlet duct, one end of the inlet duct being communicated with the outdoor air inlet, and the inlet duct being configured to suck air from outdoors; 
 an outlet duct, one end of the outlet duct being communicated with the outdoor air exhaust outlet, and the outlet duct being configured to discharge heat generated during heat exchange to outdoors through the outdoor air exhaust outlet; 
 a first mounting plate, the first mounting plate being provided with a first air inlet and a first air outlet, the first air inlet being communicated with another end of the inlet duct, and the first air outlet being communicated with another end of the outlet duct; 
   wherein the inlet duct is detachably connected to the first mounting plate, and the outlet duct is detachably connected to the first mounting plate, the air duct assembly is folded for storage in a non-working state, and is connected to a window via the first mounting plate in a working state.

The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the air duct assembly further comprises: a second mounting plate, the second mounting plate being connected to the casing, the second mounting plate being provided with a second air inlet and a second air outlet, the one end of the inlet duct being communicated with the outdoor air inlet via the second air inlet, and the one end of the outlet duct being communicated with the outdoor air exhaust outlet via the second air outlet,
 wherein the inlet duct is detachably connected to the second mounting plate, and the outlet duct is detachably connected to the second mounting plate.   
     
     
         3 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the casing is further provided with an accommodating groove, and the air duct assembly is at least partially placed in the accommodating groove in the non-working state. 
     
     
         4 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 3 , wherein in the non-working state, both the inlet duct and the outlet duct of the air duct assembly are at least partially placed in the accommodating groove. 
     
     
         5 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the inlet duct and the outlet duct are corrugated pipes. 
     
     
         6 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the first mounting plate is provided with at least one third engaging portion, the casing is provided with at least one fourth engaging portion, and the third engaging portion and the fourth engaging portion are engaged with each other, so as to detachably connect the first mounting plate to the casing when the air duct assembly is in the non-working state. 
     
     
         7 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 6 , wherein the third engaging portion is one of a buckle and an engaging groove, the fourth engaging portion is another of the buckle and the engaging groove, and the buckle and the engaging groove are engaged with each other in a fitting manner; or,
 the third engaging portion is one of a hook and a hooking groove, the fourth engaging portion is another of the hook and the hooking groove, and the hook and the hooking groove are engaged with each other in a fitting manner.   
     
     
         8 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 7 , wherein the third engaging portion is the buckle, the buckle comprises a limiting plate and two second side plates arranged on two sides of the limiting plate, wherein the limiting plate and the two second side plates are both connected to the casing. 
     
     
         9 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the first mounting plate is provided with a plurality of fifth engaging portions on circumferential sides of the first air inlet and the first air outlet, so as to engage with a mounting bracket of the window when the air duct assembly is in the working state. 
     
     
         10 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein an accommodation space is arranged in the casing, the mobile air conditioner further comprising:
 an outdoor air duct assembly, arranged in the accommodation space;   an indoor air duct assembly, arranged in the accommodation space and located above the outdoor air duct assembly;   wherein the inlet duct and the outlet duct are both arranged in the accommodation space, and are located above the outdoor air duct assembly and below the indoor air duct assembly.   
     
     
         11 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the inlet duct and the outlet duct are movably arranged on the casing, and are configured to adjust, by moving, a length of the inlet duct and the outlet duct extending out of the accommodation space of the casing. 
     
     
         12 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 11 , wherein at least one of the inlet duct and the outlet duct is provided with a seventeenth engaging portion, the casing or the outdoor air duct assembly is provided with a second engaging portion, and when the inlet duct or the outlet duct extends out to a maximum length, the seventeenth engaging portion is engaged with the second engaging portion in a fitting manner to limit further extension of the inlet duct or the outlet duct. 
     
     
         13 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 11 , wherein at least one of the inlet duct and the outlet duct is provided with a nineteenth engaging portion, the casing or the outdoor air duct assembly is provided with a twentieth engaging portion, and when the inlet duct or the outlet duct retracts to a minimum length, the nineteenth engaging portion is engaged with the twentieth engaging portion in a fitting manner to limit further retraction of the inlet duct or the outlet duct. 
     
     
         14 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 2 , wherein one side of the second mounting plate is provided with a plurality of second limiting protrusions spaced apart from each other, the casing is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves, and the second limiting protrusions are in limiting fit with the limiting grooves to connect the second mounting plate to the casing. 
     
     
         15 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 2 , wherein one side of the second mounting plate is provided with a first mounting portion, the casing is provided with a second mounting portion, and the first mounting portion and the second mounting portion are fixedly fitted together by a fastener. 
     
     
         16 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein the first mounting plate is provided with a seventh engaging portion, and the other end of the inlet duct and/or the outlet duct is engaged with the seventh engaging portion in a fitting manner for detachable connection. 
     
     
         17 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 2 , wherein the second mounting plate is provided with an eighth engaging portion, and the one end of the inlet duct and/or the outlet duct is engaged with the eighth engaging portion in a fitting manner for detachable connection. 
     
     
         18 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , wherein an inlet grille is arranged at the first air inlet, an outlet grille is arranged at the first air outlet, and the inlet grille and the outlet grille are arranged obliquely relative to a height direction of the casing and towards directions away from each other. 
     
     
         19 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 2 , wherein an accommodating groove is formed recessed inwards on the casing, two ends of the accommodating groove are respectively provided with sixth engaging portions, the first mounting plate is provided with fifth engaging portions on two sides, and the sixth engaging portions and the fifth engaging portions are correspondingly engaged with each other. 
     
     
         20 . The mobile air conditioner according to  claim 1 , further comprising: an air duct fixing plate, the air duct fixing plate being configured to be arranged on a window and configured to close the window, wherein the air duct assembly is suitable for being connected to the air duct fixing plate.
