Claims
Abstract
A safety apparatus includes a portable device and a fixed device, which can be associated with an environment to be monitored, provided with a perimeter, or is configured to define the environment or the perimeter. The fixed device and the portable device are configured to carry out a mutual interaction following mutual approaching within an interaction distance. The safety apparatus is configured to process signals relating to the interaction between the two devices in order to detect access to the environment by the portable device or detect crossing of the perimeter by the portable device.

a portable device; a fixed device, wherein said fixed device is associated or is configured to be associated with an environment to be monitored which has a perimeter, or wherein said fixed device is configured to define said environment or said perimeter; wherein said fixed device and said portable device are configured to carry out a mutual interaction following mutual approaching within an interaction distance; wherein said safety apparatus is configured to process signals relating to said interaction in order to detect access to said environment by said portable device or detect a crossing of said perimeter by said portable device.
2 . The safety apparatus according to claim 1 , comprising a cold room which comprises a chamber with at least one access point, which delimits said environment (S) and comprises walls which define said perimeter;
wherein said fixed device comprises a controller able to operate said cold room so as to regulate the temperature of said environment; wherein said portable device is a device designed to be attached to an operator or transportable by the latter so as to detect the access to and/or the presence of said operator in said cold room.
3 . The safety apparatus ( 10 ) according to claim 1 , wherein said signals comprise or consist of electromagnetic radiation;
wherein said portable device and said fixed device are configured to transmit and receive electromagnetic radiation which is configured to be processed in order to define a position of said portable device with respect to said environment or with respect to said perimeter.
4 . The safety apparatus according to claim 3 , wherein said portable device and said fixed device is adapted for transmitting or for receiving said electromagnetic radiation;
wherein said portable device or said fixed device comprise an electronic processor configured to cause the interaction of said portable device and said fixed device by in order to identify a mutual position of said portable device with respect to said environment or with respect to said perimeter; wherein said portable device comprises a smartphone, or a smartwatch or a portable tag.
5 . The safety apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein said cold room comprises a refrigerating apparatus having a cold exchanger which is in fluid communication with said environment so as to absorb heat therefrom;
said electronic processor being configured or programmed to control said controller to switch said refrigerating apparatus from a normal operating mode to an access operating mode following detection of an access condition; wherein said access condition occurs if, following said interaction, said portable device or said fixed device detect:
a presence of said portable device in said environment;
entry of said portable device within said perimeter.
6 . The safety apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein said processor is configured or programmed in such a way as to implement, following switching to said access operating mode, at least one of the following operations:
an operation A of switching off refrigeration, in which said processor operates said refrigerating apparatus in such a way as to prevent or reduce heat exchange between said cold exchanger and said environment; an operation B, where in this case said cold room is equipped with a light and said operation B involves the switching-on of said light; said light being configured to illuminate the interior of said room; a timing operation C, in which case said safety apparatus comprises an alarm device configured in such a way that, following activation thereof, the alarm device performs a countdown, with respect to a predefined time, and activates an alarm following completion of said countdown, where said alarm device is configured to be deactivated manually, so as to disable said alarm and allow an operator to stay for a long time in said cold room without activating said alarm, said operation C involving the activation of said alarm device; where said predefined time is configured to be adjusted if necessary or is automatically set according to an ambient temperature set for said chamber or detected in said chamber; a monitoring operation D, where in this case said cold room is equipped with at least one movement sensor and said monitoring operation involves activating said at least one movement sensor which is configured and positioned to detect a movement of an operator inside said chamber; said operation D involving activating an alarm if, following activation of said movement sensor, the latter does not detect a movement for a safety time period which may be predefined and may be adjustable or may be set automatically depending on an ambient temperature set for said chamber or detected in said chamber; an input disabling operation E, where in this case said portable device or said fixed device have an input interface connected to said processor and configured to be operated by an operator in order to control said refrigerating apparatus; wherein said operation E said input interface is disabled; an operation F warning of the presence of an operator in said environment or within said perimeter; where in this case said fixed device comprises at least a graphic interface or visual indicator and said operation F involves activating said visual indicator or operating said graphic interface so as to indicate said presence inside said environment or perimeter.

The safety apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein said refrigerating apparatus comprises a ventilator in fluid communication with said chamber and with said cold exchanger and is configured to promote a heat exchange by forced convection between said cold exchanger and said environment; wherein the event that said processor is configured to carry out said operation A, the latter involves deactivating said ventilator.

The safety apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein the controller of said fixed device is configured so that, in said normal operating mode, the controller activates said cold room so as to regulate the temperature of said environment) to a set-point value which is configured to be set and adjusted by an operator by said fixed device or said portable device.

The safety apparatus according to claim 5 , wherein said refrigerating apparatus comprises a ventilator in fluid communication with said chamber and with said cold exchanger and is configured to promote a heat exchange by forced convection between said cold exchanger and said environment; wherein the event that said processor is configured to carry out said operation A, the latter involves deactivating said ventilator.

The safety apparatus according to claim 6 , wherein the controller of said fixed device is configured so that, in said normal operating mode, the controller activates said cold room so as to regulate the temperature of said environment to a set-point value which is configured to be set and adjusted by an operator by said fixed device or said portable device.

The safety apparatus according to claim 7 , wherein the controller of said fixed device is configured so that, in said normal operating mode, the controller activates said cold room so as to regulate the temperature of said environment to a set-point value which is configured to be set and adjusted by an operator by said fixed device or said portable device.

The safety apparatus according to claim 9 , wherein the controller of said fixed device is configured so that, in said normal operating mode, the controller activates said cold room so as to regulate the temperature of said environment to a set-point value which is configured to be set and adjusted by an operator by said fixed device or said portable device.Cited by (0)
