Abstract
A system includes at least one interior wall having a first interior facing side and a second side opposite the interior facing side, at least one exterior wall having a first interior facing side and a second exterior facing side, at least one first attachment device for each interior wall, and at least one second attachment device for each exterior wall, each first attachment device connecting to a respective second attachment device to temporarily attach a respective interior wall to a respective exterior wall and create a cavity between the second side of the interior wall and the first interior facing side of the exterior wall.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWe claim:
1 . A modular reattachable structure system comprising:
at least one interior wall having a first interior facing side and a second exterior side opposite the interior facing side; at least one exterior wall having a first interior facing side and a second exterior facing side; a first structural hardware attachment device incorporated into the exterior face of the interior wall and a second structural hardware attachment device incorporated into the interior face of the exterior wall,
wherein the first and second structural hardware attachment devices connect through magnetic polarity to temporarily attach the interior wall to the exterior wall and are accessible for detachment by applying force to the interior wall;
a cavity created between the second exterior side of the interior wall and the first interior facing side of the exterior wall; and a ground rod attachment device comprising at least one upper part connected to a foundation of the structure and at least one lower part comprising a rod driven into the ground to disperse electrical activity from the structure into the earth.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first structural hardware attachment device may or may not incorporate magnetic electrical polarity and the second structural hardware attachment device that may or may not incorporate electrical magnetic polarity, through the possible use of cabling, connect and disconnect longitudally via access to the interior face of the interior wall via the interior facing side of the interior wall, and structurally connects to the exterior support side of the interior wall for structural support of the interior wall.
3 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the interior wall includes a handle to facilitate detachment from the exterior wall by applying force to the interior wall which is not connected to the floor.
4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the cavity of variable depth houses electrical wiring and plumbing lines, wherein plumbing lines are positioned below electrical lines to prevent condensation from affecting electrical systems.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein electrical wiring may traverse multiple stories of a building and openings are cut through the interior wall to accommodate wired or wireless electrical devices comprising appliances, smart devices, LED lighting, or audio/visual systems, sensors, shelves, energy devices, data devices, artwork, amongst other smart electronic devices and systems.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the ground rod attachment device comprises an upper part having a plate and a first rod that is attached to a concrete foundation, including two cross bars that are set perpendicular to one another and attached to the first rod, and a lower part comprising a second rod driven into the ground, and a third part comprising a relay.
7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the second rod comprises rebar, or martensitic stainless steel, or steel, or copper, or nickel, chromium, carbon or having an oxide layer to prevent corrosion.
8 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the system provides enhanced electrical service through the building by dispersing electrical surges directly into the earth via the ground rod.
9 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising an electrical generator that may or may not be connected to an existing electrical source to generate additional electricity, wherein the ground rod configuration protects electrical devices connected to the circuit.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one exterior wall comprises a building, and the at least one interior wall is attached to an interior surface of the building to create spaces selected from the group consisting of basements, bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, retail spaces, warehouses, artist studios, and medical clinics, amongst others, and house objects such as beds, a refrigerator, a range, a sink, and closets or storage areas.
11 . The system of claim 10 , wherein the building comprises any dimension and exterior walls comprise steel, wood, concrete, plaster, fiberglass or drywall and meet appropriate building codes including a moisture barrier, vapor, fireproofing, and insulation requirement.
12 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the at least one interior wall comprises a load bearing or non-load bearing wall made of at least one of plywood, steel, plastic or fiberboard.
13 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first interior facing side of the at least one interior wall includes wired or wireless mounting attachment points for wired or wireless electrical devices comprising appliances, smart devices, LED lighting, or audio/visual systems, sensors, shelves, energy devices, data devices, artwork, amongst other smart electronic devices and systems without requiring nails, comprising a first attachment point and or device and a second attachment point and or device that attaches to the first attachment point and or device.
14 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the electrical current used to power the building connects to electrical devices inside and outside of the building, through the use of wired or wireless power, comprising of cabling that is hung through the exterior wall and or to a face of the exterior wall, and connects to devices installed to the exterior wall, and also can connect through wireless current or through cabling connections hung through or to the interior wall.
15 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the water pressure used to power the building connects to plumbing devices inside and outside of the building, through the use of a series of pipes, comprising of plumbing lines that are hung through the exterior wall and or to a face of the exterior wall, and connects to devices installed to the exterior wall, and also can connect through plumbing connections hung through or to the interior wall.
16 . The system of claim 13 , wherein the mounting points facilitate attachment of various electronic devices including smart home devices, audio/visual systems, lighting systems, and energy and data systems, amongst others to enable easy installation without requiring contractors to perform wall modifications.
17 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the structure includes a single ground rod attachment device, or multiple ground rod attachment devices dispersed throughout a foundation to distribute electrical current and electrical activity from electrical shortages, lightning strikes or stray electrical activity into the earth.Cited by (0)
