Sole and footwear having the sole

Abstract

A sole includes a support sheet and a sole body divided into a rearfoot portion, a forefoot portion and an arch portion. A hardness of the support sheet is higher than that of the sole body. The support sheet comprises a main body and an extension portion, a thickness of the main body is greater than that of the extension portion, a side of the main body is flush with a side of the extension portion. The sole body comprises an upper surface, a lower surface, and a through hole penetrating the upper and the lower surfaces. The through hole in the arch portion receives the main body, the side of the main body faces away from the lower surface. A recess is recessed from the upper surface at least corresponding to the arch portion towards the lower surface, the recess communicating with the through hole receives the extension portion.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sole comprising:
 a sole body divided into a rearfoot portion, a forefoot portion, and an arch portion connecting the rearfoot portion and the forefoot portion; and   a support sheet fixed to the sole body;   wherein a hardness of the support sheet is higher than a hardness of the sole body, the support sheet comprises a main body and an extension portion extending from the main body, a thickness of the main body is greater than a thickness of the extension portion, a side of the main body is flush with a side of the extension portion, the sole body comprises an upper surface, a lower surface facing away from the upper surface, and a through hole penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface, the through hole is located in the arch portion and the main body is received in the through hole, the side of the main body flush with the extension portion faces away from the lower surface, a recess is recessed from the upper surface at least corresponding to the arch portion towards the lower surface, the recess is in communication with the through hole, and the extension portion is received in the recess.   
     
     
         2 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein the support sheet is a carbon plate, a nylon plate or a thermoplastic polyurethane plate. 
     
     
         3 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein the recess extends to the forefoot portion, and the extension portion of the support sheet extends to the forefoot portion. 
     
     
         4 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein a depression is recessed from the side of the main body that is flush with the extension portion towards the lower surface, the depression comprises an opening on the side of the main body that is flush with the extension portion, the depression is defined by an inner wall, the inner wall is an arc surface, and an area of a cross-section of the depression in a direction where the opening is located closer to the opening is greater than an area of a cross-section of the depression in the direction where the opening is located further away from the opening. 
     
     
         5 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein a height of the main body is in a range of 5 mm to 15 mm, and an end of the main body facing away from the upper surface is located in the through hole. 
     
     
         6 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein a thickness of the extension portion gradually decreases from an end of the extension portion connected to the main body to an end of the extension portion away from the main body, and a depth of the recess gradually decreases from an end of the recess connected to the through hole to an end of the recess away from the through hole. 
     
     
         7 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein a side of the support sheet facing away from the lower surface is flush with the upper surface of the sole body. 
     
     
         8 . The sole of  claim 1 , wherein the extension portion comprises a first part, a second part, a third part, and a fourth part respectively extending from the main body, the first part and the second part are arranged at an angle and respectively extend towards the forefoot portion, and the third part and the fourth part are arranged at an angle and respectively extend towards the rearfoot portion. 
     
     
         9 . The sole of  claim 3 , wherein the extension portion comprises a forefoot area located in the forefoot portion, the forefoot area comprises two or three spaced grooves, each of the two or three spaced grooves recesses from an end of the forefoot area facing away from the arch portion towards the arch portion. 
     
     
         10 . The sole of  claim 3 , wherein the extension portion comprises a forefoot area located in the forefoot portion, a side of the forefoot area facing the lower surface protrudes a limiting part, the forefoot portion further comprises a limiting slot penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface, and the limiting part is located in the limiting slot. 
     
     
         11 . The sole of  claim 4 , wherein the opening is a rhombus, and each cross-section of the depression in a direction where the opening is located is a rhombus. 
     
     
         12 . A footwear comprising:
 an upper; and   a sole connected to the upper, the sole comprising:
 a sole body divided into a rearfoot portion, a forefoot portion, and an arch portion connecting the rearfoot portion and the forefoot portion; and 
 a support sheet fixed to the sole body; 
 wherein a hardness of the support sheet is higher than a hardness of the sole body, the support sheet comprises a main body and an extension portion extending from the main body, a thickness of the main body is greater than a thickness of the extension portion, a side of the main body is flush with a side of the extension portion, the sole body comprises an upper surface, a lower surface facing away from the upper surface, and a through hole penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface, the through hole is located in the arch portion and the main body is received in the through hole, the side of the main body flush with the extension portion faces away from the lower surface, a recess is recessed from the upper surface at least corresponding to the arch portion towards the lower surface, the recess is in communication with the through hole, and the extension portion is received in the recess. 
   
     
     
         13 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein the support sheet is a carbon plate, a nylon plate or a thermoplastic polyurethane plate. 
     
     
         14 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein the recess extends to the forefoot portion, and the extension portion of the support sheet extends to the forefoot portion. 
     
     
         15 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein a depression is recessed from the side of the main body that is flush with the extension portion towards the lower surface, the depression comprises an opening on the side of the main body that is flush with the extension portion, the depression is defined by an inner wall, the inner wall is an arc surface, and an area of a cross-section of the depression in a direction where the opening is located closer to the opening is greater than an area of a cross-section of the depression in the direction where the opening is located further away from the opening. 
     
     
         16 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein a height of the main body is in a range of 5 mm to 15 mm, and an end of the main body facing away from the upper surface is located in the through hole. 
     
     
         17 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein a thickness of the extension portion gradually decreases from an end of the extension portion connected to the main body to an end of the extension portion away from the main body, and a depth of the recess gradually decreases from an end of the recess connected to the through hole to an end of the recess away from the through hole. 
     
     
         18 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein a side of the support sheet facing away from the lower surface is flush with the upper surface of the sole body. 
     
     
         19 . The footwear of  claim 12 , wherein the extension portion comprises a first part, a second part, a third part, and a fourth part respectively extending from the main body, the first part and the second part are arranged at an angle and respectively extend towards the forefoot portion, and the third part and the fourth part are arranged at an angle and respectively extend towards the rearfoot portion. 
     
     
         20 . The footwear of  claim 14 , wherein the extension portion comprises a forefoot area located in the forefoot portion, the forefoot area comprises two or three spaced grooves, each of the two or three spaced grooves recesses from an end of the forefoot area facing away from the arch portion towards the arch portion.
