Abstract

This invention relates to a laundry-resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, water-repellent cloth and its manufacturing method, accomplished by steps including providing base fabric, pre-processing, dyeing, and post-processing. Specifically, after secondary washing, the base fabric is soaked in an acid-pickling solution with mixture of dye-fixing chemical and acetic acid, making sure the PH value is within the range of 4.5˜5.5. Finally, during the setting procedure, rain-resistant agent and water repellent agent are mixed for soaking the base fabric. After padding, a kind of double-sided fluorine-free water repellent multi-functional processed cloth is obtained. The present invention successfully solves the problem that the conventional cloth is susceptible to rain and laundry by producing a kind of laundry resistant double-sided fluorine-free water repellent multi-functional processed cloth with highly effective water repellent, laundry resistant, moisture-proofing, and breathable performances.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth, comprising:
a base fabric layer, the base fabric layer being formed by weaving a plurality of weft units and a plurality of warp units with the units being neighboring and overlapping each other, so that the base fabric layer has a first surface and a second surface relative to the first surface; a rain-resistant water repellent composite layer, disposed above the first surface and the second surface of the base fabric layer, wherein, the rain-resistant water repellent composite layer at least includes 30˜60 WT % water repellent agent and 40˜70 WT % rain-resistant agent, the water repellent agent at least includes 30˜85 WT % water repellent chemical and 15˜70 WT % cross-linking agent, the rain-resistant agent at least includes 20˜30 WT % paraffin emulsion, 1˜5 WT % fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and 65˜79 WT % water.

2 . The laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth defined in claim 1 , wherein the water repellent agent is a polysiloxane compound containing more than one of alkyl, amino, hydroxyl, carboxyl, thiol, and epoxy.

3 . The laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth defined in claim 1 , wherein the water repellent agent is a polysilazane compound containing more than one of alkyl, amino, hydroxyl, carboxyl, thiol, and epoxy.

4 . The laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth defined in claim 1 , wherein the base fabric layer is formed by weaving a plurality of weft units and a plurality of warp units with the units being neighboring and overlapping each other and made from polyester fiber, polyester cationic fiber, elastic fiber, or any combination thereof.

5 . A manufacturing method of laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth, comprising the following steps:
 1) Material preparation stage: a base fabric is provided, which has a plurality of weft units and a plurality of warp units with the units being neighboring and overlapping each other; 2) Pre-processing: the base fabric undergoes shrinking, loosening, semi-bleaching, and presetting procedures; 3) Dyeing procedure: the base fabric undergoes dyeing, washing, setting, secondary washing, acid-pickling, and drying procedures; Characteristically, after secondary washing, the base fabric is immersed in acid-pickling and dye-fixing agent at temperatures of 75˜85° C.; specifically, the acid-pickling and dye-fixing agent is prepared by mixing dye-fixing agent and acetic acid, making sure the PH value is within the range of 4.5˜5.5; Through the acid-pickling procedure, the residual alkaline agent on the base fabric can be removed; 4) Post-processing: after drying, the base fabric undergoes a setting procedure; characteristically, during the setting procedure, 30˜60 WT % rain-resistant agent and 40˜70 WT % water repellent agent are mixed; specifically, the rain-resistant water repellent composite layer at least includes 30˜60 WT % water repellent agent and 40˜70 WT % rain-resistant agent, the water repellent agent at least includes 30˜85 WT % water repellent chemical and 15˜70 WT % cross-linking agent, and the rain-resistant agent at least includes 20˜30 WT % paraffin emulsion, 1˜5 WT % fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and 65˜79 WT % water; then, during the setting procedure, the base fabric is immersed in the mixed solution, and after immersion, a padding machine is used for padding of the base fabric; finally, after all these processed, a kind of laundry resistant, double-sided, fluorine-free, and water repellent multi-functional processed cloth is obtained.
