Abstract
An aerosol provision device including at least one outlet through which aerosol within the device can pass; an aerosol generating portion comprising a first aerosol generating region arranged to generate a first aerosol and a second aerosol generating region arranged to generate a second aerosol; a power portion configured to supply power to the aerosol generating portion; and a movable component arranged to provide relative movement between the aerosol generating portion and the power portion, such that when the movable component is in a first position at least the first aerosol is supplied to the at least one outlet, and when the movable component is in a second position at least the second aerosol is supplied to the at least one outlet.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An aerosol provision device, comprising:
at least one outlet through which aerosol within the device can pass; an aerosol generating portion comprising a first aerosol generating region arranged to generate a first aerosol and a second aerosol generating region arranged to generate a second aerosol; a power portion configured to supply power to the aerosol generating portion; and a movable component arranged to provide relative movement between the aerosol generating portion and the power portion, such that when the movable component is in a first position at least the first aerosol is supplied to the at least one outlet, and when the movable component is in a second position at least the second aerosol is supplied to the at least one outlet.
2 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the moveable component is arranged to provide tactile feedback when in at least the first position and the second position.
3 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the moveable component is arranged to move between a plurality of predetermined positions including the first position and the second position,
the device further comprising at least one stopper arranged to prevent the moveable component moving beyond the predetermined positions.
4 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 3 , wherein the aerosol provision device is configured to be in an inoperable mode when the movable component is in a non-predetermined position.
5 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the moveable component is further arranged to move to a third position, wherein the third position is a predetermined position wherein the aerosol provision device is in an inoperable mode.
6 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , comprising a first flow channel arranged to provide an aerosol from the first aerosol generating region to at least one outlet and a second flow channel arranged to provide an aerosol from the second aerosol generating region to at least one outlet,
wherein the first flow channel and second flow channel share at least one portion of flow channel.
7 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 6 , further comprising a heating element for providing an aerosol, the heating element arranged to provide an aerosol from the first aerosol generating region and the second aerosol generating region.
8 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , further comprising an aerosol generating material reservoir with at least two portions,
wherein a first portion of the aerosol generating material reservoir is in the first aerosol generating region, and wherein a second portion of the aerosol generating material reservoir is in the second aerosol generating region.
9 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 8 , wherein the first portion of the aerosol generating material reservoir holds around 0.01 ml of liquid aerosol generating material and
wherein the second portion of the aerosol generating material reservoir holds around 0.01 ml of liquid aerosol generating material.
10 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , further comprising a first aerosol generating material reservoir and a second aerosol generating material reservoir,
wherein the first aerosol generating material reservoir is in the first aerosol generating region, and wherein the second aerosol generating material reservoir is in the second aerosol generating region.
11 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 10 , wherein the first aerosol generating material reservoir holds around 0.01 ml of liquid aerosol generating material and
wherein the second aerosol generating material reservoir holds around 0.01 ml of liquid aerosol generating material.
12 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , comprising a first flow channel arranged to provide an aerosol from the first aerosol generating region to at least one outlet and a second flow channel arranged to provide an aerosol from the second aerosol generating region to at least one outlet
wherein the first flow channel and second flow channel are entirely distinct from each other.
13 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 12 , further comprising a heating element for providing an aerosol, the heating element arranged to provide an aerosol from the first aerosol generating region and the second aerosol generating region.
14 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 12 , further comprising at least two heating elements for providing an aerosol, a first heating element arranged to provide an aerosol from the first aerosol generating region and a second heating element arranged to provide an aerosol from the second aerosol generating region.
15 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the moveable component is arranged to move around a longitudinal axis of the device.
16 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol provision device comprises an aerosol provision device housing for housing the components of the aerosol provision device,
wherein the housing comprises indictors, the indicators indicating locations of the predetermined positions.
17 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the power portion comprises a power source, wherein the power source is a non-rechargeable, non-replaceable power source.
18 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , wherein the aerosol generating portion comprises a first electrical contact and a second electrical contact,
wherein the power portion comprises a power portion electrical contact, and wherein, when the movable component is in the first position, the first electrical contact aligns with the power portion electrical contact and wherein, when the movable component is in the second position, the second electrical contact aligns with the power portion electrical contact.
19 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 18 , wherein the first electrical contact and the second electrical contact are slidable contacts.
20 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , further comprising a removable cover for removably covering the outlet.
21 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 20 , wherein the removable cover is arranged to support the device when located on a flat surface.
22 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 21 , wherein the removable cover further comprises a housing connection for connecting to a housing of the aerosol provision device,
wherein the removable cover is arranged to rotate around the housing connection of the removable cover.
23 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 1 , further comprising a slideable cover for slideably covering at least the outlet.
24 . An aerosol provision device according to claim 23 , wherein the slideable cover is arranged to slide between at least two positions,
wherein in a first position the slideable cover covers the outlet; and, wherein in a second position the slideable cover does not cover the outlet.
25 . An aerosol provision device, comprising:
at least one inlet through which air can enter the device; at least one outlet through which aerosol within the device can pass; a first aerosol generating region arranged to generate a first aerosol; a second aerosol generating region arranged to generate a second aerosol; a first flow channel arranged to provide fluid communication between at least one inlet, at least one outlet and the first aerosol generating region; a second flow channel arranged to provide fluid communication between at least one inlet, at least one outlet and the second aerosol generating region; a movable component arranged to move between a number of predetermined positions comprising at least a first and a second position,
wherein in the first position the moveable component at least partially blocks the first flow channel and
wherein in the second position the moveable component at least partially blocks the second flow channel; and,
a body portion comprising an aerosol generating portion and a power portion,
wherein the aerosol generating portion comprises the first aerosol generating region and the second aerosol generating region and,
wherein the power portion is arranged to hold power electronics,
