Abstract

An extendable sofa includes: a base and a support. The base includes a first extending-retracting layer. The first extending-retracting layer is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the base. The support is disposed on an upper surface of the base and extending along an edge of at least a portion of the base. The support includes a second extending-retracting layer, the second extending-retracting layer is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the support.

Claims

What is claimed is:

         1 . An extendable sofa, comprising:
 a base, comprising a first extending-retracting layer, wherein the first extending-retracting layer is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the base; and a support, disposed on an upper surface of the base and extending along an edge of at least a portion of the base, wherein, the support comprises a second extending-retracting layer, the second extending-retracting layer is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the support.

         2 . The extendable sofa according to claim 1 , wherein, the support comprises:
 a backrest portion, configured to provide support for a back of a user, wherein, the backrest portion is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the backrest portion; and/or an armrest portion, configured to provide support for an arm of the user, wherein, the armrest portion is capable of switching between a retracted state and an extended state to change a height of the armrest portion.

         3 . The extendable sofa according to claim 2 , wherein, when the armrest portion and the backrest portion are in a same state, and the height of the armrest portion is less than or equal to the height of the backrest portion.

         4 . The extendable sofa according to  claim 2 , wherein, the base has a length direction and a width direction perpendicular to the length direction;
 the backrest portion is extending along the length direction of the base, and the backrest portion is disposed on a side of the base; and/or the armrest portion is extending along the width direction of the base, and the armrest portion is disposed at one or two ends of the base.

         5 . The extendable sofa according to claim 4 , wherein, a length of the backrest portion is equal to or less than a length of the base; and/or
 a width of the armrest portion is less than or equal to a width of the base.

         6 . The extendable sofa according to claim 1 , wherein,
 the first extending-retracting layer comprises:
 a plurality of first elastic members, spaced apart from each other; and
 a plurality of first sleeve assemblies, wherein, at least a portion of one of the plurality of first elastic members is received in a respective one of the plurality of first sleeve assemblies;
   the second extending-retracting layer comprises:
 a plurality of second elastic members, spaced apart from each other; and
 a plurality of second sleeve assemblies, wherein, at least a portion of one of the plurality of second elastic members is received in a respective one of the plurality of second sleeve assemblies;
   wherein, each first elastic member is configured to generate an elastic deformation to enable the first extending-retracting layer to switch between a retracted state and an extended state; and each second elastic member is configured to generate an elastic deformation to enable the second extending-retracting layer to switch between a retracted state and an extended state.

         7 . The extendable sofa according to claim 6 , wherein, a wire diameter of the first elastic member is smaller than a wire diameter of the second elastic member.

         8 . The extendable sofa according to claim 6 , wherein, each first sleeve assembly comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve opposite to the first sleeve, at least a portion of one of the plurality of first elastic members is received in the oppositely disposed first sleeve and the second sleeve of a respective one of the plurality of first sleeve assemblies; and
 each second sleeve assembly comprises a third sleeve and a fourth sleeve opposite to the third sleeve, at least a portion of one of the plurality of second elastic members is received in the oppositely disposed third sleeve and the fourth sleeve of a respective one of the plurality of second sleeve assemblies.

         9 . The extendable sofa according to  claim 6 , wherein, when the first extending-retracting layer is in the retracted state, at least a portion of the plurality of first elastic members are received in a respective portion of the plurality of first sleeve assemblies;
 when the first extending-retracting layer is in the extended state, a portion of the plurality of first elastic members are received in the respective portion of the plurality of first sleeve assemblies, and another portion of the plurality of first elastic members are disposed outside the plurality of first sleeve assemblies; when the second extending-retracting layer is in the retracted state, at least a portion of the plurality of second elastic members are received in a respective portion of the plurality of second sleeve assemblies; when the second extending-retracting layer is in the extended state, a portion of the plurality of second elastic members are received in the respective portion of the plurality of second sleeve assemblies, and another portion of the plurality of second elastic members are disposed outside the plurality of second sleeve assemblies.

         10 . The extendable sofa according to  claim 1 , wherein, the base further comprises a first protective layer, the first protective layer wraps the first extending-retracting layer, the first protective layer is configured to move as the first extending-retracting layer moves;
 the support further comprises a second protective layer, the second protective layer wraps the second extending-retracting layer, the second protective layer is configured to move as the second extending-retracting layer moves.

         11 . The extendable sofa according to claim 10 , further comprising:
