Abstract
An adjustable bed base includes a back board frame, a leg board frame and a linear actuator. The back board frame is pivotally connected to a stationary bed frame. The leg board frame is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame. The linear actuator can drive the back board frame to rotate relative to the stationary bed frame. The adjustable bed base further includes at least one of a pull-push rod assembly, which includes a delayed pull-push structure configured to enable the first linkage element to drive the pull-push rod to move after the back board frame is driven by the linear actuator to rotate beyond a preset angle, a piled connecting assembly, and a connection reinforcing element. This adjustable bed base can reduce the lifting force required in the initial stage and has a simpler and more stable structure.

1 . An adjustable bed base, comprising:
a back board frame pivotally connected to a stationary bed frame, wherein a back board is arranged on the back board frame; a leg board frame pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame, wherein a leg board is arranged on the leg board frame; a linear actuator configured to drive the back board frame to rotate relative to the stationary bed frame, wherein an end of the linear actuator is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame, and the other end of the linear actuator is pivotally connected to the back board frame; a pull-push rod assembly, through which the back board frame drives the leg board frame to move, wherein the pull-push rod assembly comprises a first linkage element, a pull-push rod and a second linkage element, a first end of the first linkage element is connected to the back board frame, a second end of the first linkage element is connected to a first end of the pull-push rod through a delayed pull-push structure, the delayed pull-push structure is configured to enable the first linkage element to drive the pull-push rod to move after the back board frame is driven by the linear actuator to rotate beyond a preset angle, and the second linkage element rotates after being pulled or pushed by the pull-push rod to drive the leg board frame to move.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 1 , wherein the delayed pull-push structure comprises an elongated through hole arranged at the first end of the push-pull rod and a first shaft arranged at the second end of the first linkage element, the elongated through hole extends along a length direction of the push-pull rod, and the first shaft is slidably fitted in the elongated through hole.
3 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 1 , wherein the preset angle is 5°-15°.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 2 , wherein the second linkage element comprises a first end, a second end and a third end which are not arranged on a same straight line, the first end of the second linkage element is pivotally connected to a second end of the push-pull rod, the second end of the second linkage element is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame, and the third end of the second linkage element is provided with a roller which is in a rolling cooperation with the leg board frame.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 4 , wherein the back board frame comprises a back board frame longitudinal rod, an end of the back board frame longitudinal rod is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame; the first linkage element comprises a bottom plate and two side plates, the two side plates are respectively connected to two sides of the bottom plate, the bottom plate is fixed to the back board frame longitudinal rod, and two ends of the first shaft are rotatably connected to the two side plates, and the first shaft passes through the elongated through hole and is slidably fitted in the elongated through hole.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 4 , further comprising a second linkage element supporting member, wherein the second linkage element supporting member is disposed on the stationary bed frame, and the second end of the second linkage element is pivotally connected to the second linkage element supporting member by a second shaft.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 1 , wherein the stationary bed frame comprises a middle cross rod, a linear actuator installation base is detachably and pivotally connected to the middle cross rod, and the linear actuator is pivotally connected to the linear actuator installation base.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 5 , wherein the leg board frame comprises a thigh board frame longitudinal rod and a calf board frame longitudinal rod, a thigh board frame is arranged on the thigh board frame longitudinal rod, a calf board frame is arranged on the calf board frame longitudinal rod, the thigh board frame longitudinal rod and the calf board frame longitudinal rod are pivotally connected to each other, an end of the thigh board frame longitudinal rod, which is closer to the back board frame, is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame, and an end of the calf board frame longitudinal rod, which is further away from the back board frame, is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame through a first connecting rod, and the roller is in rolling cooperation with a bottom surface of the thigh board frame longitudinal rod.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 8 , wherein the adjustable bed base comprises two linkage mechanisms symmetrically arranged on two sides of the linear actuator, and each linkage mechanism comprises one back board frame longitudinal rod, one pull-push rod assembly, one thigh board frame longitudinal rod, one calf board frame longitudinal rod, and one first connecting rod.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 1 , wherein the stationary bed frame comprises two stationary bed frame longitudinal rods and two stationary bed frame transverse rods, the two stationary bed frame longitudinal rods and the two stationary bed frame transverse rods are alternatively connected to each other to form a rectangular frame by four piled connecting assemblies.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 10 , wherein each piled connecting assembly comprises one corner bed leg, one first connecting element and one second connecting element; the first connecting element is fixed to one end of one stationary bed frame longitudinal rod, the second connecting element is fixed to one end of one stationary bed frame transverse rod, one first connecting element, one second connecting element, which are piled, and one corner bed leg are connected by a first threaded fastener.
12 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 11 , wherein the first threaded fastener is a vertical threaded fastener;
the second connecting element is connected to the stationary bed frame longitudinal rod by a horizontal threaded fastener, or the first connecting element is connected to the stationary bed frame transverse rod by a horizontal threaded fastener.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 12 , wherein the first connecting element comprises a first groove opening upward, the second connecting element comprises a second groove opening upward, the first connecting element and the second connecting element are piled when the first connecting element and the corresponding end of the stationary bed frame longitudinal rod are accommodated in the second groove; the vertical threaded fastener comprises a first vertical bolt fixed to one corner bed leg and a first nut, the first vertical bolt passes through a bolt hole of a bottom plate of the second groove, a bolt hole of a bottom plate of the first groove and is screwed and fixed with the first nut; the horizontal threaded fastener comprises a second horizontal bolt and a second nut, the second horizontal bolt passes through a bolt hole of a vertical plate of the second groove, which is close to the stationary bed frame longitudinal rod, and a bolt hole of the stationary bed frame longitudinal rod and is screwed and fixed with the second nut.
14 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 10 , wherein the stationary bed frame further comprises two middle bed legs, and the two middle bed legs are respectively arranged at midpoints of the two stationary bed frame longitudinal rods.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 10 , wherein a middle cross rod is disposed near the two middle bed legs, the middle cross rod is parallel to the two stationary bed frame transverse rods, and two ends of the middle cross rod are respectively fixed to the two stationary bed frame longitudinal rods.

The adjustable bed base according to claim 1 , wherein the back board frame comprises a load-bearing cross rod and a back board frame longitudinal rod, the load-bearing cross rod is pivotally connected to a telescopic end of the linear actuator, a bottom end of the back board frame longitudinal rod is pivotally connected to the stationary bed frame, the back board frame longitudinal rod and the load-bearing cross rod are connected by a third threaded fastener; the adjustable bed base further comprises a connecting reinforcing element, the connecting reinforcing element is arranged at an intersection between the back board frame longitudinal rod and the load-bearing cross rod, the connecting reinforcing element comprises a first plate and a second plate connected to each other, the first plate is connected to the back board frame longitudinal rod, and the second plate is connected to the load-bearing cross rod.
17 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 16 , wherein the second plate is fitted and attached to the load-bearing cross rod.
18 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 17 , wherein an open side groove is disposed on the first plate, and the first plate is connected to the back board frame longitudinal rod by a pin that passes through both the open side groove and the back board frame longitudinal rod.
19 . The adjustable bed base according to claim 18 , wherein two back board frame longitudinal rods, which are connected to the load-bearing cross rod by two third threaded fasteners, are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the linear actuator, and two connecting reinforcing elements are respectively arranged at two intersections between the two back frame longitudinal rods and the load-bearing cross rod.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
