Abstract
An incline wedge comprises: a first planar section configured to be fastened to a wall incline having a generally rectangular shape; a retaining section including a second section having a generally rectangular shape and connected by one of its edges to an edge of the first section, referred to as the first edge, by way of an angled section, the retaining section further comprising a clamping section folded back from one edge of the second section, referred to as the third edge, opposite the second edge, and against the second section so as to form a fastening clip, the angled section being designed to adjust the angular orientation between the first section and the second section by way of the deformation of the angled section.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An incline wedge for a wall for fastening a rail or smooth support of a panel, the incline wedge being metallic and monobloc, the incline wedge comprising:
a planar first section configured to be fastened to a wall incline having a generally rectangular shape and having a first edge; and a retaining section including a planar second section having a generally rectangular shape, the second section connected by a second edge thereof to the first edge of the first section by way of an angled section, the retaining section further comprising a clamping section, folded back from a third edge of the second section, opposite the second edge and against the second section so as to form a fastening clip, the angled section being configured to allow an angular adjustment between the first section and the second section by way of a deformation of the angled section.

The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the angled section is configured such that a force exerted on one and/or the other of the first section and the retaining section to make an angular adjustment between the first section and the second section results in the deformation of the angled section.

The incline wedge of claim 2 , wherein the angled section comprises at least one through opening such that the force exerted on one and/or the other of the first section and the retaining section preferentially results in a deformation of the angled section relative to the first section and the retaining section.

The incline wedge of claim 3 , wherein the clamping section comprises, in order and along one first direction, going from the third edge toward the second edge, a main portion and an end portion, the end portion extending, from the main portion, in a divergent manner relative to the second section.
5 . The incline wedge of claim 4 , wherein the main portion is parallel to the second section.
6 . The incline wedge of claim 4 , wherein the main portion extends, along the first direction, in a convergent manner toward the second section such that the clamping section is in contact with the second section only with a rim formed between the main portion and the end portion.
7 . The incline wedge of claim 6 , wherein the first planar section comprises holes for fastening the first section against a wall incline with fasteners.
8 . The incline wedge of claim 7 , wherein the angled section is configured to allow angular adjustment within an angle range between 18° and 60°.
9 . The incline wedge of claim 8 , wherein the incline wedge is formed from a sheet metal plate.
10 . The incline wedge of claim 6 , wherein the first planar section comprises holes for fastening the first section against a wall incline with fasteners.
11 . The incline wedge of claim 10 , wherein the angled section is configured to allow angular adjustment within an angle range between 18° and 60°.
12 . The incline wedge of claim 11 , wherein the incline wedge is formed from a sheet metal plate.
13 . The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the angled section comprises at least one through opening such that the force exerted on one and/or the other of the first section and the retaining section preferentially results in a deformation of the angled section relative to the first section and the retaining section.
14 . The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the clamping section comprises, in order and along one first direction, going from the third edge toward the second edge, a main portion and an end portion, the end portion extending, from the main portion, in a divergent manner relative to the second section.
15 . The incline wedge of claim 14 , wherein the main portion is parallel to the second section.
16 . The incline wedge of claim 14 , wherein the main portion extends, along the first direction, in a convergent manner toward the second section such that the clamping section is in contact with the second section only with a rim formed between the main portion and the end portion.
17 . The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the first planar section comprises holes for fastening the first section against a wall incline with fasteners.
18 . The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the angled section is configured to allow angular adjustment within an angle range between 18° and 60°.
19 . The incline wedge of claim 1 , wherein the incline wedge is formed from a sheet metal plate.
