. The method of claim 56 , wherein the animal is a non-human animal.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the administering comprises administering the Paenibacillus bacteria MS2379 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124703), the Paenibacillus bacteria MS2414 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124704), or the Paenibacillus bacteria MS2820 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124710).

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the infectious microbe comprises a bacterium.

. The method of claim 59 , wherein the bacterium comprises a gram-positive bacterium.

. The method of claim 60 , wherein the gram-positive bacterium comprises a Streptococcus sp.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the non-human animal is a pig.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the administering comprises oral administering.

. The method of claim 60 , wherein the gram-positive bacterium comprises an Enterococcus sp.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the non-human animal is a bird.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the administering comprises administering the Bacillus bacteria MS2652 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124705).

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the administering comprises administering the Bacillus bacteria MS2341, the Bacillus bacteria MS2337, the Bacillus bacteria MS0633 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124700), the Bacillus bacteria MS2335 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124702), the Bacillus bacteria MS2681 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124707), the Bacillus bacteria MS2697 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124708), or the Bacillus bacteria MS2712 (ATCC Accession No. PTA-124709).

. The method of claim 60 , wherein the gram-positive bacterium comprises a Staphylococcus sp.

. The method of claim 68 , wherein the Staphylococcus sp. comprises Staphylococcus aureus.

. The method of claim 60 , wherein the gram-positive bacterium comprises Streptococcus agalactiae.

. The method of claim 59 , wherein the bacterium comprises a Klebsiella sp. or Escherichia coli.

. The method of claim 57 , wherein the non-human animal comprises cattle.
