Abstract

An ironing machine comprising: a housing, including an outer shell and a bracket connected in the outer shell, the outer shell is provided with at least one air inlet hole and at least one air outlet hole, the bracket has an air passage chamber with an exhaust port arranged on one side of the air passage chamber, the exhaust port is in fluidly communication with the air inlet hole and the air passage chamber, the air passage chamber is in fluidly communication with the air outlet hole; a mainboard, arranged in outer shell, the exhaust port is oriented toward the mainboard; a fan, arranged in the air passage chamber; a reservoir, connected to the outer shell; a steam generator, arranged in the air passage chamber; and a pump, arranged in the outer shell, the pump is hydraulically connected to the reservoir and the steam generator via a water pipe.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An ironing machine comprising:
 a housing, including an outer shell and a bracket connected in the outer shell, the outer shell is provided with at least one air inlet hole and at least one air outlet hole, the bracket has an air passage chamber with an exhaust port arranged on one side of the air passage chamber, the exhaust port is in fluidly communication with the air inlet hole and the air passage chamber, the air passage chamber is in fluidly communication with the air outlet hole;   a mainboard, arranged in the outer shell, the exhaust port is oriented toward the mainboard;   a fan, arranged in the air passage chamber; a reservoir, connected to the outer shell;   a steam generator, arranged in the air passage chamber; and   a pump, arranged in the outer shell, the pump is hydraulically connected to the reservoir and the steam generator via a water pipe.   
     
     
         2 . The ironing machine of  claim 1 , wherein the fan has an exhaust duct fluidly connected to the exhaust port, the air passage chamber and the air outlet hole. 
     
     
         3 . The ironing machine of  claim 2 , wherein the ironing machine comprises a first compartment fluidly connected to the exhaust port and the air inlet hole, the mainboard is arranged in the first compartment. 
     
     
         4 . The ironing machine of  claim 3 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a second compartment fluidly connected to the exhaust duct and the air outlet hole. 
     
     
         5 . The ironing machine of  claim 4 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a sealing member arranged between the first compartment and the second compartment. 
     
     
         6 . The ironing machine of  claim 5 , wherein the sealing member comprises a first sealing element, a second sealing element, a first sealing groove and a second sealing groove, the bracket comprises a first mounting frame and a second mounting frame; the first mounting frame is connected to the second mounting frame, the first sealing element is arranged at one side of the first mounting frame close to inner sidewall of the outer shell, the second sealing element is arranged at one side of the second mounting frame close to inner sidewall of the outer shell, the first sealing groove and the second sealing groove is arranged on the inner sidewall of the outer shell, the first sealing element is arranged in the first sealing groove, the second sealing element is arranged in the second sealing groove. 
     
     
         7 . The ironing machine of  claim 1 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a working part connected to the housing, the working part includes a suction member with an air suction zone, the air suction zone is arranged at one side of the suction member away from the steam generator, the air suction zone is provided with at least one air intake aperture in fluid communication with the air passage chamber. 
     
     
         8 . The ironing machine of  claim 7 , wherein the working part further comprises a filter plate arranged at one side of the suction member towards the steam generator, the filter plate has at least one filter aperture penetrated through the filter plate, the filter plate and the suction member is arranged in a stacked configuration, the filter aperture is in fluid communication with the air intake aperture. 
     
     
         9 . The ironing machine of  claim 8 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a filter element arranged between the filter plate and the suction member. 
     
     
         10 . The ironing machine of  claim 7 , wherein the working part further comprises a heat equalization member embedded in the suction element, the heat equalization member is connected to the steam generator, the steam generator and the heat equalization member is cooperatively defined with a steam reheat chamber;
 the heat equalization member has a thermal equalization zone located at one side of the heat equalization member away from the steam generator, the thermal equalization zone is provided with a steam outlet and a slot, the steam outlet is arranged in the slot and in fluid communication with the steam reheat chamber.   
     
     
         11 . An ironing machine comprising:
 a housing, including an outer shell and a bracket connected in the outer shell, the outer shell is provided with at least one air inlet hole and at least one air outlet hole, the bracket has an air passage chamber with an exhaust port arranged on one side of the air passage chamber;   a mainboard, arranged in the outer shell;   a fan, arranged in the air passage chamber;   a reservoir, connected to the outer shell;   a steam generator, arranged in the air passage chamber; and   a pump, arranged in the outer shell, the pump is hydraulically connected to the reservoir and the steam generator via a water pipe;   wherein the air passage chamber is in fluidly communication with the air inlet hole via the exhaust port, the air outlet hole is in fluidly communication with the air inlet hole via the air passage chamber;   wherein the mainboard is arranged between the air inlet hole and the exhaust port, the fan has an exhaust duct in fluidly communication with the exhaust port, the air passage chamber and the air outlet hole.   
     
     
         12 . The ironing machine of  claim 11 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a working part connected to the housing, the working part includes a suction member with an air suction zone, the air suction zone is arranged at one side of the suction member away from the steam generator, the air suction zone is provided with at least one air intake aperture in fluid communication with the air passage chamber; wherein the air intake aperture and the air inlet hole are arranged on different side of the fan, the air intake aperture and the air inlet hole are indirectly communicated with each other. 
     
     
         13 . The ironing machine of  claim 12 , wherein the air outlet hole is arranged on the top of the outer shell, the air outlet hole is arranged on the bottom of the outer shell, the air intake aperture is arranged on the side of the outer shell; the air outlet hole, the air outlet hole and the air intake aperture are in fluidly communication with the air passage chamber respectively. 
     
     
         14 . The ironing machine of  claim 12 , wherein the working part further comprises a filter plate arranged at one side of the suction member towards the steam generator, the filter plate has at least one filter aperture penetrated through the filter plate, the filter plate and the suction member is arranged in a stacked configuration, the filter aperture is in fluid communication with the air intake aperture. 
     
     
         15 . The ironing machine of  claim 12 , wherein the working part further comprises a heat equalization member embedded in the suction element, the heat equalization member is connected to the steam generator, the steam generator and the heat equalization member is cooperatively defined with a steam reheat chamber;
 the heat equalization member has a thermal equalization zone located at one side of the heat equalization member away from the steam generator, the thermal equalization zone is provided with a steam outlet and a slot, the steam outlet is arranged in the slot and in fluid communication with the steam reheat chamber.   
     
     
         16 . The ironing machine of  claim 11 , wherein the ironing machine comprises a first compartment fluidly connected to the exhaust port and the air inlet hole and a second compartment fluidly connected to the exhaust duct and the air outlet hole, the mainboard is arranged in the first compartment. 
     
     
         17 . The ironing machine of  claim 16 , wherein the ironing machine further comprises a sealing member arranged between the first compartment and the second compartment. 
     
     
         18 . The ironing machine of  claim 17 , wherein the sealing member comprises a first sealing element, a second sealing element, a first sealing groove and a second sealing groove, the bracket comprises a first mounting frame and a second mounting frame; the first mounting frame is connected to the second mounting frame, the first sealing element is arranged at one side of the first mounting frame close to inner sidewall of the outer shell, the second sealing element is arranged at one side of the second mounting frame close to inner sidewall of the outer shell, the first sealing groove and the second sealing groove is arranged on the inner sidewall of the outer shell, the first sealing element is arranged in the first sealing groove, the second sealing element is arranged in the second sealing groove. 
     
     
         19 . An ironing machine comprising:
 a housing, including an outer shell and a bracket connected in the outer shell, the outer shell is provided with at least one air inlet hole and at least one air outlet hole, the bracket has an air passage chamber with an exhaust port arranged on one side of the air passage chamber, the exhaust port is in fluidly communication with the air inlet hole and the air passage chamber, the air passage chamber is in fluidly communication with the air outlet hole;   a mainboard, arranged in the outer shell;   a fan, arranged in the air passage chamber, the fan has an exhaust duct fluidly connected to the exhaust port, the air passage chamber and the air outlet hole; a reservoir, connected to the outer shell;   a steam generator, arranged in the air passage chamber;   a pump, arranged in the outer shell, the pump is hydraulically connected to the reservoir and the steam generator via a water pipe; and a working part connected to the housing, the working part includes a suction member with an air suction zone, the air suction zone is arranged at one side of the suction member away from the steam generator, the air suction zone is provided with at least one air intake aperture in fluid communication with the air passage chamber;   wherein the ironing machine has a first air channel including the air inlet hole, the air passage chamber, the exhaust duct and the air outlet hole, which are communicated in sequence; the ironing machine further has a second air channel including the air intake aperture, the air passage chamber, the exhaust duct and the air outlet hole, which are communicated in sequence.   
     
     
         20 . The ironing machine of  claim 19 , wherein the mainboard is arranged between the air inlet hole and the exhaust port.
