Tank assembly for water heater and water heater

Abstract

Provided are a tank assembly for a water heater and a water heater. The tank assembly of the water heater includes a water heater tank made of metal, a water delivery tube made of metal, and a first insulation component. The water delivery tube extends into an interior of the water heater tank. The first insulation component is disposed between the water delivery tube and the water heater tank to insulate the water delivery tube from the water heater tank.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A tank assembly for a water heater, the tank assembly comprising:
 a water heater tank made of metal;   a water delivery tube extending into an interior of the water heater tank, the water delivery tube being made of metal; and   a first insulation component disposed between the water delivery tube and the water heater tank, the water delivery tube and the water heater tank being insulated from each other by the first insulation component.   
     
     
         2 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 1 , further comprising a first connection base connected to the water heater tank, the first insulation component being disposed between the water delivery tube and the first connection base to insulate the water delivery tube from the first connection base. 
     
     
         3 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 2 , wherein the first insulation component extends through the first connection base; and
 the water delivery tube extends through the first insulation component.   
     
     
         4 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 2 , further comprising:
 a second connection base connected to the first connection base to fix the first insulation component and the water delivery tube.   
     
     
         5 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 4 , wherein the first insulation component and the water delivery tube are sandwiched between the second connection base and first connection base. 
     
     
         6 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 5 , further comprising a second insulation component, wherein the second insulation component is disposed between the water delivery tube and the second connection base. 
     
     
         7 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 5 , further comprising a second insulation component, wherein the second insulation component is disposed between the water delivery tube and the second connection base and between the first insulation component and the second connection base. 
     
     
         8 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 4 , wherein the first insulation component is provided with a flange portion at an end of the first insulation component; and
 the first connection base has a first step surface, the flange portion being sandwiched between the first step surface and the second connection base.   
     
     
         9 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 8 , wherein the first insulation component further comprises a sleeve portion, the flange portion being disposed at an end of the sleeve portion, the water delivery tube extending through the sleeve portion, and the sleeve portion being in an interference fit with the first connection base. 
     
     
         10 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 9 , wherein the sleeve portion has a plurality of sealing teeth arranged at intervals in a length direction of the sleeve portion, the plurality of sealing teeth being abutted with the first connection base. 
     
     
         11 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 8 , wherein the water delivery tube is provided with a flange at an end of the water delivery tube, the flange being abutted with the flange portion, and the flange and the flange portion being sandwiched between the first step surface and the second connection base. 
     
     
         12 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 11 , wherein the first insulation component further comprises a sleeve portion, the flange portion being disposed at an end of the sleeve portion, the water delivery tube extending through the sleeve portion, and the sleeve portion being in an interference fit with the water delivery tube. 
     
     
         13 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 2 , wherein:
 the water heater tank has a mounting hole in communication with the interior of the water heater tank, and the first connection base has a second step surface, wherein the first connection base is partially inserted into the mounting hole, wherein the second step surface is abutted with a periphery of the mounting hole, and wherein the first connection base is welded to the water heater tank.   
     
     
         14 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 2 , wherein the first connection base is made of metal. 
     
     
         15 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 4 , wherein the second connection base is connected to an interior of the first connection base. 
     
     
         16 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 4 , wherein the second connection base is threadedly connected to the first connection base. 
     
     
         17 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 4 , wherein the second connection base is made of metal. 
     
     
         18 . The tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the water delivery tube is a water inlet tube; and/or   the metal is stainless steel; and/or   the first insulation component is elastically deformable; and/or   a second insulation component of the tank assembly for the water heater is elastically deformable.   
     
     
         19 . A water heater, comprising:
 the tank assembly for the water heater according to  claim 1 ; and   a magnesium rod disposed in the water heater tank.
