Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a single-power lifting and folding mechanism and a piece of furniture. The single-power lifting and folding mechanism includes a first lifting mechanism, a second lifting mechanism, a first flexible rope, and a driving device, wherein the first lifting mechanism includes a first movable component and a first fixed component, the second lifting mechanism includes a second movable component and a second fixed component, one end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component, the other end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the second fixed component, the second fixed component is provided with the driving device, and the driving device abuts against a rotating shaft of the third movable pulley directly or indirectly and subsequently tensions the first flexible rope.

the first lifting mechanism includes a first movable component and a first fixed component, the first movable component is disposed on the first fixed component, the first movable component is configured to move relative to the first fixed component, an upper portion of the first movable component is provided with a first movable pulley, a lower portion of the first movable component is provided with a second movable pulley, the second lifting mechanism includes a second movable component and a second fixed component, the second movable component is slidably disposed on the second fixed component, an upper portion of the second movable component is provided with a third movable pulley, one end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component, the other end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the second fixed component after passing around the second movable pulley, the first movable pulley, and the third movable pulley, the second fixed component is provided with the driving device, and the driving device abuts against a rotating shaft of the third movable pulley directly or indirectly and subsequently tensions the first flexible rope.
2 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 1 , further comprising a third lifting mechanism and a second flexible rope, wherein:
the third lifting mechanism includes a third movable component and a third fixed component, the third movable component is slidably disposed on the third fixed component, an upper portion of the third movable component is provided with a fourth movable pulley, a lower portion of the third movable component is provided with a fifth movable pulley, the upper portion of the first movable component or the upper portion of the second movable component is provided with a sixth movable pulley, one end of the second flexible rope is fixedly connected to the third fixed component, the other end of the second flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component or the second fixed component after passing around the fifth movable pulley, the fourth movable pulley, and the sixth movable pulley, and the second flexible rope is in a tensioned state.

The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 2 , wherein the upper portion of the first movable component is provided with a pulley mounting base, the pulley mounting base moves synchronously with a movement of the first movable component, and both the first movable pulley and the sixth movable pulley are mounted on the pulley mounting base.
4 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 2 , further comprising at least one fourth lifting mechanism and at least one third flexible rope, wherein:
each fourth lifting mechanism includes a fourth movable component and a fourth fixed component, the fourth movable component is slidably disposed on the fourth fixed component, an upper portion of the fourth movable component is provided with a seventh movable pulley, a lower portion of the fourth movable component is provided with an eighth movable pulley, a ninth movable pulley is disposed on the upper portion of the first movable component or the upper portion of the second movable component or the upper portion of the third movable component, one end of the at least one third flexible rope is fixedly connected to the fourth fixed component, the other end of the at least one third flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component or the second fixed component or the third fixed component after passing around the eighth movable pulley, the seventh movable pulley, and the ninth movable pulley, the at least one third flexible rope is in the tensioned state, and the fourth movable component is configured to lift and lower synchronously with the first movable component, the second movable component, and the third movable component.
5 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the first movable component and the first fixed component are both tubular, the first fixed component is sleeved on the first movable component, a sliding guide assembly is disposed on the first movable component, and the sliding guide assembly is configured to guide sliding of the first movable component within the first fixed component.
6 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 5 , wherein the sliding guide assembly includes a fixed sleeve and a sliding member, the fixed sleeve is fixedly disposed on the first movable component, and the sliding member is rotatably disposed on the fixed sleeve.

The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 5 , wherein the first fixed component includes a first fixed member body and a first fixed rod, the first movable component is slidably connected to the first fixed member body, the first fixed rod extends into the first movable component, a top end of the first fixed rod is higher than the second movable pulley, and one end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to an upper portion of the first fixed rod.
8 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 7 , wherein the first fixed rod is made of a metal profile or a bar stock or a tube.

The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 5 , wherein the first fixed component includes a first fixed member body and a first support plate, a bottom end of the first fixed member body is fixedly connected to the first support plate; the first movable component is disposed on the first fixed member body, and the first movable component is configured to move relative to the first fixed member body.

The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism are strip-shaped, the first lifting mechanism is parallel to the second lifting mechanism, and the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism form an angle with a vertical direction, respectively.
11 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 1 , further comprising a first crossbeam, wherein the first crossbeam connects the first movable component and the second movable component.
12 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 11 , wherein the driving device is a gas spring, the gas spring includes a pressure cylinder and a piston rod; the pressure cylinder is disposed on the second fixed component, and the piston rod is connected to the second movable component or the first crossbeam.
13 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 11 , wherein the driving device is a gas spring, the gas spring includes a pressure cylinder and a piston rod; the piston rod is connected to the second fixed component, and the pressure cylinder is connected to the second movable component or the first crossbeam.
14 . The single-power lifting and folding mechanism according to claim 1 , wherein the driving device includes at least one of a gas spring, a hydraulic cylinder, a pneumatic cylinder, or an electric push rod.
15 . A piece of furniture, comprising a single-power lifting and folding mechanism and a tabletop, wherein the single-power lifting and folding mechanism includes a first lifting mechanism, a second lifting mechanism, a first flexible rope, and a driving device, wherein the first lifting mechanism includes a first movable component and a first fixed component, the first movable component is disposed on the first fixed component, the first movable component is configured to move relative to the first fixed component, an upper portion of the first movable component is provided with a first movable pulley, a lower portion of the first movable component is provided with a second movable pulley, the second lifting mechanism includes a second movable component and a second fixed component, the second movable component is slidably disposed on the second fixed component, an upper portion of the second movable component is provided with a third movable pulley, one end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component, the other end of the first flexible rope is fixedly connected to the second fixed component after passing around the second movable pulley, the first movable pulley, and the third movable pulley, the second fixed component is provided with the driving device, and the driving device abuts against a rotating shaft of the third movable pulley directly or indirectly and subsequently tensions the first flexible rope; and
the tabletop is fixedly connected to a top portion of the single-power lifting and folding mechanism, and the single-power lifting and folding mechanism is configured to adjust a height of the tabletop.

The piece of furniture according to claim 15 , wherein the single-power lifting and folding mechanism includes a third lifting mechanism and a second flexible rope, the third lifting mechanism includes a third movable component and a third fixed component, the third movable component is slidably disposed on the third fixed component, an upper portion of the third movable component is provided with a fourth movable pulley, a lower portion of the third movable component is provided with a fifth movable pulley, the upper portion of the first movable component or the upper portion of the second movable component is provided with a sixth movable pulley, one end of the second flexible rope is fixedly connected to the third fixed component, the other end of the second flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component or the second fixed component after passing around the fifth movable pulley, the fourth movable pulley, and the sixth movable pulley, and the second flexible rope is in a tensioned state.

The piece of furniture according to claim 16 , wherein the upper portion of the first movable component is provided with a pulley mounting base, the pulley mounting base moves synchronously with a movement of the first movable component, and both the first movable pulley and the sixth movable pulley are mounted on the pulley mounting base.

The piece of furniture according to claim 17 , wherein the single-power lifting and folding mechanism includes at least one fourth lifting mechanism and at least one third flexible rope, wherein each fourth lifting mechanism includes a fourth movable component and a fourth fixed component, the fourth movable component is slidably disposed on the fourth fixed component, an upper portion of the fourth movable component is provided with a seventh movable pulley, a lower portion of the fourth movable component is provided with an eighth movable pulley, a ninth movable pulley is disposed on the upper portion of the first movable component or the upper portion of the second movable component or the upper portion of the third movable component, one end of the at least one third flexible rope is fixedly connected to the fourth fixed component, the other end of the at least one third flexible rope is fixedly connected to the first fixed component or the second fixed component or the third fixed component after passing around the eighth movable pulley, the seventh movable pulley, and the ninth movable pulley, the at least one third flexible rope is in the tensioned state, and the fourth movable component is configured to lift and lower synchronously with the first movable component, the second movable component, and the third movable component.

The piece of furniture according to claim 18 , wherein a bottom portion of the tabletop is provided with at least one fixed pulley; the first flexible rope passes around the at least one fixed pulley, and/or the second flexible rope passes around the at least one fixed pulley, and/or the at least one third flexible rope passes around the at least one fixed pulley, and at least one of the first flexible rope, the second flexible rope, or the at least one third flexible rope is located below the tabletop.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
