Abstract
An elastic module of the present disclosure comprises a plurality of pre-compressed springs, the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact and approach each other, upper ends of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are not connected, connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and middle portions of adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corresponding ones of the connectors. The connectors have an appropriate height and are configured to allow the plurality of pre-compressed springs to bend laterally.

1 . An elastic module, comprising:
a plurality of pre-compressed springs, wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact and approach each other, upper ends of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are not connected, connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and
middle portions of side surfaces of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in a front row and a rear row are connected, or middle portions of adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corresponding ones of the connectors.
2 . The elastic module according to claim 1 , wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs are waist-contracted shapes, or the plurality of pre-compressed springs are first springs and second springs with different diameters, the first springs and the second springs are alternately disposed, the first springs are waist-contracted shapes, and the second springs are shaped as waist drums.
3 . The elastic module according to claim 1 , wherein:
the connectors are quadrilateral shapes and are disposed on waists of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and the adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corners of corresponding ones of the quadrilateral shapes of the connectors.
4 . The elastic module according to claim 1 , wherein:
the middle portions of the adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected, and the connectors are buckled to each other or two of the connectors are overlapped via a third part.
5 . The elastic module according to claim 3 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base, elastic buckles and grooves are disposed on the connecting base, and the elastic buckles on a first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are buckled into the grooves on a second one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs adjacent to the first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs.
6 . The elastic module according to claim 5 , wherein:
the elastic buckles are front-convex buckles, the grooves are rear-concave buckles, the connecting base is disposed on a waist of each of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, at least two opposite side surfaces of the connecting base comprise slots, the front-convex buckles are fixed to front ends of the slots, the rear-concave buckles are fixed to rear ends of the slots, each of the front-convex buckles has two clamping tongues that are separated, a first one of the two clamping tongues is hollow, one side wall of the first one of the two clamping tongues is a cantilever, the first one of the two clamping tongues comprises a clamping structure, and each of the rear-concave buckles has two clamping holes matching with the clamping tongues.
7 . The elastic module according to claim 3 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a quadrilateral connecting base, protrusions, and grooves, two of the protrusions are fixed to two first corners of the quadrilateral connecting base adjacent to each other, two of the grooves are fixed to two second corners of the quadrilateral connecting base, the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row are alternately disposed, and the protrusions of the connectors of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the rear row are inserted into the grooves of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row together.
8 . The elastic module according to claim 3 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base and buckles, the connecting base is disposed on a corresponding one of the waists of the pre-compressed springs, at least two opposite sides of the connecting base comprise slots, the buckles are fixed to front ends of inner sides of the slots of the connecting base, upper and lower clamping tongues are disposed on front ends of the buckles, the upper and lower clamping tongues have elasticities, the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row are alternately disposed, and the buckles of the connectors of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the rear row are inserted into the slots of connecting bases or rear clamping holes of the buckles of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row together.
9 . The elastic module according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by two upper and lower ones of the connectors.
10 . The elastic module according to claim 1 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises two or more flaps, and the plurality of pre-compressed springs are buckled at a corresponding position of each of the connectors to connect waists of the plurality of pre-compressed springs.
11 . The elastic module according to claim 3 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base and insertion buckles, at least two opposite sides of the connecting base comprise slots, the insertion buckles are inserted into the slots to be fixed, clamping tongues are disposed on front ends of the insertion buckles, rear ends of the insertion buckles comprise clamping holes, the clamping tongues extend out of front ends of the slots, the clamping holes are disposed on rear ends of the slots, one side wall of each of the clamping tongues is a cantilever, clamping structures for forming a position-limiting fit with the clamping holes are disposed on the clamping tongues, the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row are alternately arranged, and the clamping tongues of the connectors of the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the rear row are connected to the clamping holes of the plurality of pre-compressed springs by plugging in the front row to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs in the front row and the rear row together.
12 . An elastic module, comprising:
a plurality of pre-compressed springs, wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact and approach each other,
connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs,
adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corresponding ones of the connectors, and
connection structures on each of side surfaces of the connectors of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are identical.
13 . The elastic module according to claim 12 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base, a plug-in mechanism and a receiving mechanism are disposed on the connecting base, the plug-in mechanism and the receiving mechanism are disposed on a same side surface of each of the plurality of pre-compressed springs as a connection structure, and the plug-in mechanism on a first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs is connected to the receiving mechanism on any side of a second one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs by opposite plugging to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs together.
14 . The elastic module according to claim 13 , wherein:
the plug-in mechanism is a protrusion, the receiving mechanism is a groove, the protrusion has elasticity in a plane perpendicular to an insertion direction, and a release member for pushing the elasticity of the protrusion is disposed on a wall of the groove of the receiving mechanism or one side of the protrusion.
15 . An elastic module, comprising:
a plurality of pre-compressed springs, wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact and approach each other,
connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs,
adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corresponding ones of the connectors,
connection structures on each of side surfaces of the connectors of the plurality of pre-compressed springs comprise a first connection structure and a second connection structure, and
the first connection structure and the second connection structure are adjacently disposed.
16 . The elastic module according to claim 15 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base, the connecting base comprises insertion members used as the first connection structure and sockets used as the second connection structure, and a male-female connection of one of the insertion members of a first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs and a corresponding one of the sockets of a second one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs connects the plurality of pre-compressed springs together.
17 . The elastic module according to claim 16 , wherein:
one of the insertion members and a corresponding one of the sockets are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the connecting base, or the insertion members are disposed on two first opposite sides of the connecting base, and the sockets are disposed on two second opposite sides of the connecting base, the insertion members are protrusions, the sockets are grooves, the protrusions have elasticities, release members for pushing the elasticities of the protrusions are disposed on walls of the grooves, clamping structures for forming a position-limiting fit with the grooves are disposed on the protrusions, the clamping structures have elasticities, the release members are disposed at positions of the walls of the grooves corresponding to the clamping structures, the release members are pressed to drive the clamping structures to release the position-limiting fit with the grooves, allowing disassembly of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and one of:
the clamping structures are bumps disposed on upper sides of the protrusions, the release members are disposed on upper walls of the grooves, and the upper walls of the grooves have spaces into which the bumps are buckled to form the position-limiting fit between the clamping structures and the grooves, or
the clamping structures are bumps on two sides of each of the protrusions, and the release members are disposed on two side walls of a corresponding one of the grooves and form spaces into which the bumps are buckled with the two side walls of the corresponding one of the grooves to form the position-limiting fit between the clamping structures and the grooves.
18 . The elastic module according to claim 16 , wherein:
the insertion members are T-shaped protrusions, the sockets are concave holes, buttons configured to move up and down in a vertical direction are disposed on the concave holes, the buttons comprise clamping holes corresponding to the concave holes, position-limiting holes with diameters smaller than that of the clamping holes are disposed on upper sides of the clamping holes, one of the T-shaped protrusions of the connectors on a first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs passes through a corresponding one of the clamping holes and is buckled into a corresponding one of the concave holes of the connectors on a second one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and a corresponding one of the buttons is pressed until the corresponding one of the T-shaped protrusions is locked by a corresponding one of the position-limiting holes to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs each other.
19 . An elastic module, comprising:
a plurality of pre-compressed springs, wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact or approach each other,
connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs,
adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs are connected by corresponding ones of the connectors,
the connectors are divided into a first connector and a second connector,
each of side surfaces of the first connector comprises a first connection structure,
each of side surfaces of the second connector comprises a second connection structure,
the first connector and the second connector are respectively disposed on waists of different ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs, and
the first connector of a first one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs is connected to the second connector of a second one of the plurality of pre-compressed springs to connect the plurality of pre-compressed springs together.
20 . The elastic module according to claim 19 , wherein:
the first connector comprises a first connecting base, an insertion member used as the first connection structure is disposed on the first connecting base, the second connector comprises a second connecting base, the second connecting base comprises a socket used as the second connection structure, and a male-female connection of the insertion member of the first connector and the socket of the second connector connects the plurality of pre-compressed springs together.
21 . The elastic module according to claim 20 , wherein:
each of side surfaces of the first connecting base of the first connector extends outward to form a first extension, a protrusion used as the insertion member is disposed on the first extension, the protrusion is rotatable, each of side surfaces of the second connecting base of the second connector extends outward to form a second extension, the second extension comprises a concave hole used as the socket, the first connector and the second connector are connected to each other when the protrusion rotates be misaligned with the concave hole, and the connection of the first connector and the second connector is released when the protrusion rotates be aligned with the concave hole.
22 . An elastic module, comprising:
a plurality of pre-compressed springs, and a lap member, wherein:
the plurality of pre-compressed springs contact or approach each other,
connectors are disposed on middle portions of the plurality of pre-compressed springs,
the connectors are connected to the lap member, and
the lap member connects adjacent ones of the plurality of pre-compressed springs.
23 . The elastic module according to claim 22 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises a connecting base, first connection structures are disposed on the connecting base, second connection structures are disposed on the lap member, and one of the first connection structures and a corresponding one of the second connection structures are connected to connect each of the connectors and the lap member together.
24 . The elastic module according to claim 23 , wherein:
insertion members used as the first connection structures are disposed on the connecting base, the lap member comprises sockets used as the second connection structures, and a male-female connection of one of the insertion members and a corresponding one of the sockets connects each of the connectors and the lap member together.
25 . The elastic module according to claim 24 , wherein:
protrusions used as the insertion members are disposed on the connecting base, the lap member comprises grooves used as the sockets, one of the protrusions and a corresponding one of the grooves form a position-limiting fit. the protrusions are uniformly disposed a periphery of the connecting base, the grooves are disposed a periphery of the lap member, the lap member comprises a fixed base and knobs, the knobs are connected to a periphery of the fixed base, the knobs comprise the grooves matching with the protrusions, the one of the protrusions and the corresponding one of the grooves form the position-limiting fit in a horizontal direction, and the knobs rotate to lock the protrusions to connect the connectors and the lap member together.
26 . The elastic module according to claim 20 , wherein:
each of the connectors comprises two or more detachable flaps, and the two or more detachable flaps are buckled to waists of the plurality of pre-compressed springs.
27 . An elastic module, comprising:
first springs, wherein:
the first springs are alternatively disposed or disposed in an array,
adjacent ones of the first springs contact or approach each other,
the first springs are individual pre-compressed springs wrapped by cloth sleeves or other flexible materials,
side surfaces of upper portions of the first springs comprise swing spaces, and
