Futon bed

Abstract

A futon bed includes a left armrest, a right armrest, and two bed boards. The left armrest and the right armrest are detachably connected to the two bed boards. Each of the two bed boards includes at least two bed board frames and a plurality of elastic units. The plurality of elastic units are divided into at least two groups of elastic units to form a gap between two adjacent groups. Each of the at least two bed board frames includes a notch. Each of the plurality of elastic units includes an upper cover, a base, a spring, a locking member, and a locking matching member enabling a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units to be fixed in a compressed state from a released state. A connecting support assembly includes a side support rod and a middle support rod.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A futon bed, comprising:
 a soft cushion,   a left armrest,   a right armrest,   two bed boards, and   a connecting support assembly connected between the left armrest and the right armrest, wherein:
 the left armrest and the right armrest are detachably connected to the two bed boards, 
 each of the two bed boards comprises a bed board frame and a plurality of elastic units arranged in an array on the bed board frames, 
 the plurality of elastic units are divided into at least two groups of elastic units to form a gap between two adjacent groups of the at least two groups of elastic units for a corresponding one of the two bed boards to be folded, 
 the bed board frame comprises a notch corresponding to the gap, 
 each of the two bed boards is disposed with a surrounding edge, 
 the surrounding edge is arranged on the bed board frame along a circumferential direction, 
 the surrounding edge and the soft cushion are disposed with a connecting member for connecting the surrounding edge and the soft cushion to each other, 
 each of the plurality of elastic units comprises an upper cover, a base, and a spring arranged between the upper cover and the base, 
 each of the plurality of elastic units comprises a locking member and a locking matching member enabling a corresponding one of the plurality of elastic units to be fixed in a compressed state from a released state, 
 the connecting support assembly comprises a side support rod and a middle support rod, 
 the side support rod is detachably connected to the left armrest and the right armrest, 
 the middle support rod extends in a direction parallel to the left armrest or the right armrest, and 
 the middle support rod is detachably connected to the side support rod. 
   
     
     
         2 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 a side of the upper cover and a side of the base facing each other are respectively provided with the locking member and the locking matching member.   
     
     
         3 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 each group of the at least two groups of elastic units comprises one or more buckling members configured to fix a relative position of the locking member and the locking matching member, so that elastic units of each group of the at least two groups of elastic units are fixed in the compressed state.   
     
     
         4 . The futon bed according to  claim 3 , wherein:
 the one or more buckling members are a single buckling member to enable the elastic units of a corresponding one group of the at least two groups of elastic units to be connected to each other.   
     
     
         5 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the bed board frame comprises one or more decorative members for covering the notch.   
     
     
         6 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the bed board frame comprises an outer frame and a plurality of support rods arranged at intervals along a length direction of the outer frame,   the plurality of elastic units are arranged in an array on the plurality of support rods,   the plurality of support rods pass through the plurality of elastic units, and   a position of the outer frame corresponding to the gap is provided with the notch.   
     
     
         7 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the surrounding edge comprises a first surrounding edge portion and a second surrounding edge portion,   the first surrounding edge portion is in a semi-enclosed shape,   the second surrounding edge portion is connected to an opening of the semi-enclosed shape, and   the connecting member is arranged on the first surrounding edge portion and an area of the soft cushion corresponding to the first surrounding edge portion.   
     
     
         8 . The futon bed according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the connecting member is a zipper.   
     
     
         9 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the left armrest and the right armrest each comprises two support feet as well as a first lateral rod and a second lateral rod which are connected between the two support feet,   the second lateral rod is located below the first lateral rod, and   the second lateral rod is provided with a support member for supporting the bed board frame.   
     
     
         10 . The futon bed according to  claim 9 , wherein:
 the support member comprises a first buckling groove buckled to the second lateral rod and a second buckling groove buckled to the bed board frame, and   openings of the first buckling groove and the second buckling groove face opposite directions.   
     
     
         11 . The futon bed according to  claim 9 , wherein:
 the side support rod comprises a connecting seat and two connecting rods, and   a first end of each of the two connecting rods is rotatably connected to the connecting seat, so that each of the two connecting rods has an unfolded position and a folded position relative to the connecting seat.   
     
     
         12 . The futon bed according to  claim 11 , wherein:
 a second end of each of the two connecting rods has a socket that is detachably connected to a corresponding one of the two support feet.   
     
     
         13 . The futon bed according to  claim 12 , wherein:
 a side wall of the socket comprises an L-shaped position-limiting groove,   one end of the L-shaped position-limiting groove is connected to an upper end surface of the socket, and   the corresponding one of the two support feet is provided with a position-limit block for being placed in the L-shaped position-limiting groove.   
     
     
         14 . The futon bed according to  claim 13 , wherein:
 the connecting seat comprises a horizontal seat body and a vertical seat body arranged perpendicular to the horizontal seat body,   the horizontal seat body is configured to be rotatably connected to the two connecting rods, and   the vertical seat body is configured to form a detachable connection with the middle support rod.   
     
     
         15 . The futon bed according to  claim 14 , wherein:
 the middle support rod comprises a middle support rod body and a plurality of middle support feet,   the middle support rod body is detachably connected to the vertical seat body, and   the plurality of middle support feet are arranged at intervals along a length direction of the middle support rod body.   
     
     
         16 . The futon bed according to  claim 15 , wherein:
 the vertical seat body comprises at least one connecting port along a height direction,   one end of the middle support rod body is provided with an L-shaped rib configured to be matched with the at least one connecting port, and   one end of the L-shaped rib is connected to the middle support rod body to form a buckling groove located between the L-shaped rib and the middle support rod body and having a downward opening.   
     
     
         17 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the two bed boards are divided into a mattress and a backrest cushion sequentially arranged along a width direction of the left armrest and the right armrest, and   the left armrest and the right armrest are detachably rotatably connected to the backrest cushion respectively through a first folding hinge and a second folding hinge.   
     
     
         18 . The futon bed according to  claim 17 , wherein:
 the first folding hinge and the second folding hinge each comprises a first arm and a second arm,   a first end of the first arm is pivotally connected to a first end of the second arm,   a second end of the first arm is fixedly connected to a corresponding one of the left armrest and the right armrest, and   a second end of the second arm is detachably connected to the backrest cushion.   
     
     
         19 . The futon bed according to  claim 18 , wherein:
 the second end of the second arm comprises an insertion groove that is buckled to the bed board frame of the backrest cushion.   
     
     
         20 . The futon bed according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 when a corresponding one of the two bed boards is folded, the bed board frame is folded relative to each other along the notch to enable the surrounding edge to be bent.   
     
     
         21 . A packaging method, configured for packaging the futon bed according to  claim 1  in a packaging box, comprising:
 stacking the left armrest, the right armrest, the connecting support assembly, the two bed boards, and the soft cushion in the packaging box after folding the two bed boards and the soft cushion. 
 
     
     
         22 . The packaging method according to  claim 21 , wherein:
 an area of the soft cushion after being folded is substantially equal to an area of each of the two bed boards after being folded.   
     
     
         23 . The packaging method according to  claim 21 , wherein:
 the folding each of the two bed boards comprises:
 fixing the plurality of elastic units in the compressed state, and 
 folding each of the two bed boards along the gap. 
   
     
     
         24 . The packaging method according to  claim 21 , wherein:
 the folding the soft cushion comprises:
 stacking a backrest portion and a seat cushion portion of the soft cushion, and 
 folding in half the soft cushion. 
   
     
     
         25 . The packaging method according to  claim 21 , comprising:
 respectively placing the side support rod and the middle support rod in the two bed boards which are folded.   
     
     
         26 . The packaging method according to  claim 21 , comprising:
 stacking and placing the left armrest and the right armrest above the soft cushion so that the two bed boards are located between the left armrest, the right armrest and the soft cushion.
