Device for taking tableware
Abstract
The present application relates to the technical field of tableware manufacturing equipment, specifically disclosing a device for taking tableware. A fixed base is internally provided with a tableware magazine for accommodating tableware. An elastic support assembly for supporting the tableware is disposed below the tableware magazine. A movable cover movably connected to one side of the fixed base is arranged at the top of the tableware magazine. A pushing assembly for rotationally pushing the tableware out is provided on the movable cover, and the pushing assembly is movably connected to the movable cover. This not only makes tableware retrieval more convenient and simpler but also allows for sealed storage, preventing external dust contamination that could affect user experience. The device features a simple structure, low cost, and ease of implementation and promotion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A device for taking tableware, characterized by comprising a fixed base ( 1 ), wherein a tableware magazine ( 2 ) for holding tableware ( 8 ) is arranged inside the fixed base ( 1 ), an elastic support assembly ( 3 ) for supporting the tableware ( 8 ) is disposed below the tableware magazine ( 2 ), a movable cover ( 4 ) movably connected to one side of the fixed base ( 1 ) is arranged at the top of the tableware magazine ( 2 ), and a pushing assembly ( 5 ) for rotationally pushing the tableware ( 8 ) out is provided on the movable cover ( 4 ), with the pushing assembly ( 5 ) being movably connected to the movable cover ( 4 ).
2 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 1 , characterized in that the pushing assembly ( 5 ) comprises a rotating dial cylinder ( 51 ), a fixed pin ( 52 ), and a coil spring ( 53 ); an installation hole ( 11 ) is formed on the movable cover ( 4 ), and a pin shaft is installed in the installation hole ( 11 ); the rotating dial cylinder ( 51 ) is inwardly concaved to form a cylindrical groove ( 510 ) for accommodating the coil spring ( 53 ); a limiting groove ( 511 ) communicating with the cylindrical groove ( 510 ) is formed on one side of the cylindrical groove ( 510 ); an outer end of the coil spring ( 53 ) is bent and embedded in the limiting groove ( 511 ); one end of the fixed pin ( 52 ) passes through the cylindrical groove ( 510 ) and is movably connected to the pin shaft, while the other end is provided with an open clamping groove ( 520 ); an inner end of the coil spring ( 53 ) is bent and clamped within the clamping groove ( 520 ).
3 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 2 , characterized in that a push-actuated position switching member ( 512 ) is formed by inwardly concaving a side of the rotating dial cylinder ( 51 ) facing the tableware magazine ( 2 ), and the size of the push-actuated position switching member ( 512 ) matches the size of the tableware ( 8 ).
4 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 3 , characterized in that the rotating dial cylinder ( 51 ) is further provided with a dial piece ( 513 ); during use, the dial piece ( 513 ) is flicked to drive the push-actuated position switching member ( 512 ) on the rotating dial cylinder ( 51 ) to contact an edge of a handle of the tableware ( 8 ) and push the tableware ( 8 ) outward.
5 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 1 , characterized by further comprising a plurality of guide shafts ( 6 ); the guide shafts ( 6 ) are installed between left and right ends of the fixed base ( 1 ); the elastic support assembly ( 3 ) is sleeved on the guide shafts ( 6 ); a tray ( 7 ) for placing the tableware ( 8 ) is placed on the elastic support assembly ( 3 ) and is movably connected to the guide shafts ( 6 ).
6 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 5 , characterized in that the elastic support assembly ( 3 ) is a compression spring.
7 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 6 , characterized in that the fixed base ( 1 ) comprises a left fixed plate ( 12 ) and a right fixed plate ( 13 ), and the left fixed plate ( 12 ) and the right fixed plate ( 13 ) enclose to form an accommodating cavity for containing the tray ( 7 ), the guide shafts ( 6 ), and the elastic support assembly ( 3 ).
8 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 7 , characterized in that a tableware takeout outlet ( 14 ) is formed on the left fixed plate ( 12 ), and the tableware takeout outlet ( 14 ) communicates with the tableware magazine ( 2 ).
9 . The device for taking tableware according to claim 7 , characterized in that the movable cover ( 4 ) comprises an upper limiting strip ( 41 ) and a hand-held portion ( 42 ); the hand-held portion ( 42 ) is installed on one side of the upper limiting strip ( 41 ); the upper limiting strip ( 41 ) is movably connected to the left fixed plate ( 12 ) and the right fixed plate ( 13 ) via a rotating shaft ( 40 ); and a locking handle ( 43 ) is installed on one side of the rotating shaft ( 40 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
