Abstract

The invention discloses a rotating multifunctional handle of a cup, which comprises a cup body and a handle. A connecting seat is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the cup body; the upper end of the handle is rotatably connected to the seat; a rotating piece is mounted between the handle and the seat and driven by the handle to rotate; a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in one of the seat and the rotating piece; positioning protruding points are arranged on the other and clamped into the grooves to lock the relative rotation between the handle and the seat; when the handle rotates relative to the seat, the positioning protruding points oppressively jump and move along the circle of the grooves, thereby positioning the handle in a first position to serve as a grip or a second position to serve as a lifting handle.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A rotating multifunctional handle for a cup, comprising a cup body and a handle, characterized in that a connecting seat is fixedly arranged on a side wall of the cup body; an upper end of the handle is rotatably connected to the connecting seat; a rotating member is installed between the handle and the connecting seat and is driven by the handle to rotate together; one of the connecting seat and the rotating member is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves arranged in a circle, while the other is provided with at least one positioning convex point that is matched with the positioning grooves; and the positioning convex point is clamped into one positioning groove to lock relative rotation between the handle and the connecting seat, wherein when the handle rotates relative to the connecting seat under external force, the positioning convex point and positioning groove compress against each other, which causes elastic deformation to allow the positioning convex point to sequentially jump and shift along the circle of positioning grooves, thereby positioning the handle in either a first position or a second position; when the handle is in the first position, a lower end portion of the handle rotates to a low position and is located on one side of the cup body, serving as a handgrip for the cup body; and when the handle is in the second position, the lower end portion of the handle rotates to a high position and is located above the cup body, serving as a lifting handle for the cup body.

The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 1 , wherein a groove is formed in the connecting seat; a limiting groove is formed in an upper end of the handle; one end of the rotating member is inserted into the limiting groove to form snap connection, allowing the rotating member and the handle to rotate together; the other end of the rotating member is inserted into the groove; a plurality of positioning grooves arranged in a circle are formed in an inner side wall of the groove; and at least one positioning convex point that is matched with the positioning grooves is formed in the rotating member.

The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 2 , wherein the groove is circular; a circle of inner convex edge is arranged at a mouth of the groove; a cylindrical connecting portion is arranged on one side, facing the groove, of the upper end portion of the handle; a first step is formed between the connecting portion and the handle; a circle of outer convex edge is arranged on an outer edge of an end portion of the connecting portion; an annular clamping groove is formed between the outer convex edge and the first step; the connecting portion is inserted into the groove; and the inner convex edge is clamped into the annular groove.

The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 2 , where the rotating member is a shaft body, which comprises coaxial first shaft and second shaft; the first shaft is inserted into the groove; the first shaft is circumferentially provided with at least one positioning convex point that is matched with the circle of positioning grooves in the groove; the second shaft is circumferentially provided with at least one protrusion; and the limiting groove comprises a central groove into which the second shaft is inserted and a side groove into which the protrusion is inserted. 
     
     
         5 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 4 , wherein the connecting seat is a cylindrical seat body; the groove is formed in an end surface of the connecting seat; a convex column is arranged in a center of a bottom of the groove; a center hole is formed in a center of the rotating member, and is sleeved outside the convex column; and axes of the connecting seat, the convex column and the rotating member, and a rotating center line of the handle are coincided with one another. 
     
     
         6 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 1 , wherein the connecting seat is detachably connected to the cup body; a fixed connecting member is fixed to the side wall of the cup body; an assembly hole is formed in the connecting seat; and a screw penetrates through the assembly hole to be connected with the fixed connecting member. 
     
     
         7 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 6 , wherein the connecting seat, the rotating member, and the handle are connected to form a whole body; a disassembly hole is formed in the handle for tool insertion; and a center hole, opposite to the disassembly hole, is formed in the rotating member, exposing from a head of the screw for tool disassembly. 
     
     
         8 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 7 , wherein an opening groove is formed in one side, facing the cup body, of the connecting seat; the fixed connecting member is enclosed within the opening groove; the assembly hole communicates with the opening groove; and an opening of the disassembly hole is detachably covered by a decorative cover. 
     
     
         9 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 1 , wherein the handle rotates 180 degrees relative to the cup body, thereby switching the handle from the first position to the second position. 
     
     
         10 . The rotating multifunctional handle for the cup according to  claim 1 , wherein the rotating center line of the handle is oriented obliquely upward, and a lower end portion of the handle is bent inward, ensuring that when the handle is in the second position, the lower end portion of the handle is located right above the cup body.
