Claims

Abstract

A reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray is provided, including a tray body and a drawer disposed within the tray body. A reinforcement rib is correspondingly provided inside the tray body and at a bottom of the drawer, and a reinforcement structure is arranged around a periphery of the tray body. A circular recess for placing a turntable is provided on a lower surface of the tray body, and a magnetic attraction structure is arranged at a bottom of the circular recess. The turntable is connected to the tray body through the magnetic attraction structure. The present disclosure resolves the problem of insufficient structural strength of the jigsaw puzzle tray, which results in instability during use and limits functional expansion.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray, comprising:
 a tray body ( 2 ); and   a drawer assembly ( 5 ) disposed within the tray body ( 2 );   wherein a reinforcement rib is correspondingly provided inside the tray body ( 2 ) and at a bottom of the drawer assembly ( 5 ), and a reinforcement structure is provided around a periphery of the tray body ( 2 ); and   a circular recess ( 140 ) for embedding a turntable ( 30 ) is provided on a lower surface of the tray body ( 2 ), a magnetic attraction structure ( 400 ) is provided at a bottom of the circular recess ( 140 ), and the turntable ( 30 ) is connected to the tray body ( 2 ) through the magnetic attraction structure ( 400 ).   
     
     
         2 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 1 , wherein the tray body ( 2 ) has a top shell ( 210 ) and a bottom shell ( 220 ), a receiving space is defined between the top shell ( 210 ) and the bottom shell ( 220 ), the drawer assembly ( 5 ) is disposed inside the receiving space, and the top shell ( 210 ) and the bottom shell ( 220 ) are fixedly connected to each other. 
     
     
         3 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 2 , wherein square beams are provided on a rear side of the top shell ( 210 ) and arranged perpendicular to one another, and a plurality of square cavities for installing the drawer assembly ( 5 ) are defined among the square beams, the top shell ( 210 ), and the bottom shell ( 220 ).

The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 3 , wherein two vertical square beams ( 211 ) are provided in parallel on the rear side of the top shell ( 210 ), two first horizontal square beams ( 212 ) are provided in parallel between the two vertical square beams ( 211 ), and three second horizontal square beams ( 213 ) are provided in parallel on a side of each of the two vertical square beams ( 211 ) facing an edge of the top shell ( 210 ). 
     
     
         5 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 3 , wherein a first reinforcement rib ( 214 ) is provided on the rear side of the top shell ( 210 ), and the first reinforcement rib ( 214 ) is correspondingly and intersectingly connected to the square beams. 
     
     
         6 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 3 , wherein a boss ( 217 ) is provided on peripheral sides of the top shell ( 210 ) to enhance structural strength of an edge of the top shell ( 210 ). 
     
     
         7 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 2 , wherein a countersunk hole ( 222 ) is provided on a lower surface of the bottom shell ( 220 ), and the bottom shell ( 220 ) is connected to the top shell ( 210 ) by a bolt disposed within the countersunk hole ( 222 ). 
     
     
         8 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 2 , wherein a chessboard ( 700 ) is further provided on an upper surface of the top shell ( 210 ), and a strip-shaped light strip ( 800 ) is provided between the top shell ( 210 ) and the bottom shell ( 220 ).

The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 7 , wherein the circular recess ( 140 ) is further provided on the lower surface of the bottom shell ( 220 ), the circular recess ( 140 ) has a recess sidewall ( 141 ) and a recess bottom ( 142 ), an area of the recess bottom ( 142 ) is not smaller than a cross-sectional area of the turntable ( 30 ), a depth of the recess sidewall ( 141 ) is smaller than a thickness of the turntable ( 30 ), and the magnetic attraction structure ( 400 ) is provided at the recess bottom ( 142 ). 
     
     
         10 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 7 , wherein a second reinforcement rib ( 223 ) is provided on an upper surface of the bottom shell ( 220 ), and a notch ( 221 ) is further provided at a position on an edge of the bottom shell ( 220 ) corresponding to the drawer assembly ( 5 ), and wherein a side edge ( 522 ) of the drawer assembly ( 5 ) is abutted against the square beam, a third reinforcement rib ( 523 ) is provided on a back of the drawer assembly ( 5 ), and the third reinforcement rib ( 523 ) is arranged in a grid structure. 
     
     
         11 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 3 , wherein a hidden handle ( 521 ) is further provided on the drawer assembly ( 5 ). 
     
     
         12 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 3 , wherein an anti-slip groove ( 524 ) is further provided on a side edge ( 522 ) of the drawer assembly ( 5 ), and the anti-slip groove ( 524 ) corresponds to an anti-slip clip ( 216 ) provided on the square beam. 
     
     
         13 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 2 , wherein four corners of the top shell ( 210 ) are correspondingly provided with a first arc corner ( 215 ), and the first arc corners ( 215 ) are integrally formed with the top shell ( 210 ), and wherein four corners of the bottom shell ( 220 ) are correspondingly provided with a second arc corner ( 224 ), and the second arc corners ( 224 ) are integrally formed with the bottom shell ( 220 ). 
     
     
         14 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 8 , wherein an international chessboard ( 701 ) is provided on the upper surface of the top shell ( 210 ). 
     
     
         15 . The reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 8 , wherein the strip-shaped light strip ( 800 ) is disposed on the square beams and extends along a longitudinal direction of the square beams, and wherein the strip-shaped light strip ( 800 ) is disposed in a reinforcement rib region of the top shell ( 210 ), and the strip-shaped light strip ( 800 ) is arranged in a circular shape. 
     
     
         16 . An anti-slip limiting assembly, applied to the reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray according to  claim 1 , comprising an anti-slip mat body, wherein the anti-slip mat body is disposed on a top surface of the tray body to enhance stability when the reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray is placed on the top surface of the tray body. 
     
     
         17 . The anti-slip limiting assembly according to  claim 16 , wherein a top surface of the tray body is flat, a limiting portion that protrudes upward is disposed on an outer sidewall of the anti-slip mat body, and the limiting portion is configured to prevent the reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray from falling off the anti-slip mat. 
     
     
         18 . The anti-slip limiting assembly according to  claim 17 , wherein the limiting portion is integrally formed with the anti-slip mat body, and a height of the limiting portion is  1  centimeter to  5  centimeters. 
     
     
         19 . The anti-slip limiting assembly according to  claim 17 , wherein an outer surface of the limiting portion has an arc-shaped transition curved surface, and the limiting portion is connected end to end to form a surrounding edge configured to prevent the reinforced multifunctional jigsaw puzzle tray from falling off. 
     
     
         20 . The anti-slip limiting assembly according to  claim 16 , wherein the anti-slip mat body is made of one or more of silicone, thermoplastic rubber, or foamed rubber, and has wear-resistant, anti-slip, and cushioning properties.
