Sunshade
Abstract
A sunshade, including a frame and a blade group. The frame includes four crossbars that are connected end-to-end, and a column arranged at a connection between each adjacent two crossbars. The blade group is arranged between the four crossbars and includes sunshade blades at equal intervals; an end of each sunshade blade is rotatably connected to a first one of the four crossbars, and a drive assembly is arranged between the other end of the sunshade blade and a second one of the four crossbars, the first one being opposite to the second one. A top end of the column defines a notch for each of the adjacent two crossbars to extend into; a connecting block is arranged on an inner wall of the notch, and an assembly slot is defined on an end of a corresponding one of the adjacent two crossbars to be mated with the connecting block.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A sunshade, comprising:
a frame, comprising: four crossbars that are connected end-to-end to form an enclosed plane, and a column arranged at a connection between each adjacent two of the four crossbars; and a blade group, arranged between the four crossbars and comprising a plurality of sunshade blades arranged at equal intervals; wherein an end of each sunshade blade is rotatably connected to a first one of the four crossbars, and a drive assembly is arranged between the other end of the sunshade blade and a second one of the four crossbars, the first one being opposite to the second one; wherein a top end of the column defines a notch for each of the adjacent two of the four crossbars to extend into; a connecting block is arranged on an inner wall of the notch, and an assembly slot is defined on an end of a corresponding one of the adjacent two of the four crossbars to be mated with the connecting block.
2 . The sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein each of both ends of each crossbar is arranged with a bevel;
the bevel has an angle of 45°.
3 . The sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein the drive assembly comprises:
a driven gear, arranged on the other end of the sunshade blade; a rack, slidably connected to an inner side of a corresponding crossbar and meshed with the driven gear; an active gear, arranged on the inner side of the corresponding crossbar and meshed with the rack; and a rocker arm, arranged on a bottom surface of the corresponding crossbar and extending into the corresponding crossbar to drive the active gear to rotate.
4 . The sunshade according to claim 3 , wherein an elongated slot is defined on the rack, and a bolt is connected to the corresponding crossbar and passes through the elongated slot;
the elongated slot is arranged horizontally.
5 . The sunshade according to claim 3 , wherein the driven gear comprises a meshing portion and a connecting portion, and the connecting portion is arranged with a connecting plate that is detachably connected to the sunshade blade.
6 . The sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein a top surface of each crossbar extends towards the plurality of sunshade blades to form a water-blocking portion;
an overlapping portion is arranged between each adjacent two of the plurality of sunshade blades, and the overlapping portion comprises an L-shaped slat arranged on a first side of each sunshade blade and an I-shaped slat arranged on a second side of the sunshade blade, the first side being opposite to the second side.
7 . The sunshade according to claim 6 , wherein a bottom surface of the crossbar extends towards the plurality of sunshade blades to form a first drain groove;
each sunshade blade defines a second drain groove on each of both sides, and a top surface of the sunshade blade is curved.
8 . The sunshade according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sunshade blades comprise a plurality of sub-blades and a connector for connecting each adjacent two of the plurality of sub-blades.
9 . The sunshade according to claim 8 , wherein an insertion slot is defined on a side of each sub-blade close to the connector, and an end of the connector is arranged with a protrusion that is adapted to the insertion slot; a snapping slot that is adapted to the sub-blade is defined on a surface of the connector around the protrusion;
a reinforcement rib is arranged in the insertion slot, and a recess adapted to the reinforcement rib is defined on the protrusion; a counterbore is defined on the reinforcement rib, and a reinforcement rod is arranged in the counterbore.
10 . The sunshade according to claim 9 , wherein a surface of the protrusion is arranged with a friction-increasing rib.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
