A shield cutterhead for cutting a diaphragm wall with steel I-beam comprises a cutterhead body, a plurality of main cutter beams, an auxiliary cutter beam, a central double-disc roller cutter, and a tool group. The central double-disc roller cutter is arranged at a center of a working face of the cutterhead body and connected to the plurality of main cutter beams. The plurality of main cutter beams are arranged radially along the cutterhead body. The auxiliary cutter beam is arranged between adjacent main cutter beams. The tool group is mounted on the plurality of main cutter beams and the auxiliary cutter beam. Each of the central double-disc roller cutter, the plurality of main cutter beams, and the auxiliary cutter beam are arranged in six different tiers from a center to an edge of the cutterhead body based on heights of the central double-disc roller cutter and the tool group.

a cutterhead body; a plurality of main cutter beams; an auxiliary cutter beam; a central double-disc roller cutter; and a tool group; wherein the cutterhead body is circular; the central double-disc roller cutter is arranged at a center of a working face of the cutterhead body; the central double-disc roller cutter is connected to the plurality of main cutter beams; the plurality of main cutter beams are arranged radially along the cutterhead body; and the auxiliary cutter beam is arranged between adjacent main cutter beams; the tool group is mounted on the plurality of main cutter beams and the auxiliary cutter beam; the central double-disc roller cutter, the plurality of main cutter beams, and the auxiliary cutter beam are divided in six tiers from a center of the cutterhead body to an edge of the cutterhead body based on heights of the central double-disc roller cutter and the tool group; the six tiers comprise a first tier, a second tier, a third tier, a fourth tier, a fifth tier, and a sixth tier, with height decreasing progressively; and the central double-disc roller cutter is the first tier; the tool group comprises a single disc cutter, a replaceable ripper, a welded ripper, an edge scraper, and a cutting knife; and a plurality of foam nozzles are arranged on the working face of the cutterhead body.
2 . The shield cutterhead of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of main cutter beams comprise a first cutter beam, a second cutter beam, a third cutter beam, and a fourth cutter beam arranged clockwise on the working face of the cutterhead body; and
the auxiliary cutter beam comprises a fifth cutter beam, a sixth cutter beam, a seventh cutter beam, and an eighth cutter beam; the fifth cutter beam is arranged between the first cutter beam and the second cutter beam; the sixth cutter beam is arranged between the second cutter beam and the third cutter beam; the seventh cutter beam is arranged between the third cutter beam and the fourth cutter beam; and the eighth cutter beam is arranged between the fourth cutter beam and the first cutter beam.
3 . The shield cutterhead of claim 2 , wherein an end of each main cutter beam close to the center of the cutterhead body is an inner end, and an other end of each main cutter beam is an outer end; and
the tool group on each main cutter beam is arranged from the inner end to the outer end as follows: a second tier of the first cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a third tier of the first cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the first cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the first cutter beam is equipped with one replaceable ripper and one welded ripper; a sixth tier of the first cutter beam is equipped with three single disc cutters and two welded rippers; a second tier of the second cutter beam is equipped with one replaceable ripper; a third tier of the second cutter beam is equipped with one replaceable ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the second cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, one replaceable ripper, and one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the second cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter; a sixth tier of the second cutter beam is equipped with two single disc cutters and one welded ripper; a second tier of the third cutter beam is equipped with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a third tier of the third cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, one replaceable ripper, and one welded ripper, with one cutting knife positioned on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the third cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the third cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter; and a sixth tier of the third cutter beam is equipped with two single disc cutters; and a second tier of the fourth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter; a third tier of the fourth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the fourth cutter beam is equipped with one replaceable ripper and one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the fourth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, one replaceable ripper, and one welded ripper; and a sixth tier of the fourth cutter beam is equipped with two single disc cutters and two welded rippers.
4 . The shield cutterhead of claim 2 , wherein an end of each auxiliary cutter beam close to the center of the cutterhead body is an inner end, and an other end of each auxiliary cutter beam is an outer end; and
the tool group on each auxiliary cutter beam is arranged from the inner end to the outer end as follows: a third tier of the fifth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper; a fourth tier of the fifth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the fifth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; and a sixth tier of the fifth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one edge scraper on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the sixth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper; a fifth tier of the sixth cutter beam is equipped with two welded rippers, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a sixth tier of the sixth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife and one edge scraper on each side respectively; a fourth tier of the seventh cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; a fifth tier of the seventh cutter beam is equipped with one cutting knife on each side respectively; and a sixth tier of the seventh cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter and two welded rippers, with one edge scraper on each side respectively; and a third tier of the eighth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper; a fourth tier of the eighth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper; a fifth tier of the eighth cutter beam is equipped with one welded ripper, with one cutting knife on each side respectively; and a sixth tier of the eighth cutter beam is equipped with one single disc cutter, with one cutting knife and one edge scraper on each side respectively.

The shield cutterhead of claim 1 , wherein a periphery of the cutterhead body is provided with a wear-resistant protection device; and the wear-resistant protection device comprises a wear-resistant alloy block and a wear-resistant steel plate alternately arranged along the periphery of the cutterhead body.
6 . The shield cutterhead of claim 1 , wherein a radial width of each tier within the six tiers is 500 mm.
7 . The shield cutterhead of claim 1 , wherein the central double-disc roller cutter comprises four parallel cutting tools, each with a height of 368-388 mm; and a spacing between adjacent parallel cutting tools is 90 mm.
8 . The shield cutterhead of claim 1 , wherein the number of the plurality of foam nozzles is six; and each foam nozzle is independently connected to a single pump via a dedicated pipeline.Cited by (0)
