Abstract

The present invention relates to a convertible backpack garment assembly comprising an upper garment which folds in on itself twice, the bottom zipper is fastened, the side zipper is fastened, and the upper garment is converted into a backpack. The present invention relates to a convertible backpack garment assembly comprising a backpack assembly in which the bottom zipper is unfastened, the side zippers are unfastened, and the backpack is converted into an upper garment.

I/We claim: 
     
         1 . A convertible backpack garment assembly comprising:
 an upper garment with a front surface and back surface that can be worn by a wearer; said front surface with a lower left quadrant and a lower right quadrant; a side zipper; a lower zipper; a left-side expansion zipper; a right-side expansion zipper; an upper clip and lower clip; and two straps,
 a. the upper garment being foldable for converting the upper garment to a backpack that can be carried by the wearer, wherein the two straps fit over the shoulders of the wearer so that the backpack can be carried. 
   
     
     
         2 . The convertible backpack garment assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said upper garment folds inward twice, said lower zipper is fastened, said side zipper is fastened, and said upper garment is converted into a backpack. 
     
     
         3 . The convertible backpack garment assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein said upper garment contains multiple pockets on the front surface; belt loop on the back surface; and additional pockets when said upper garment is converted into said backpack. 
     
     
         4 . The convertible garment backpack assembly, wherein the upper garment is in the form of a vest having openings for the arms of the wearer.
