Abstract

A valve core assembly includes an eccentric wheel including a shaft body, a support mechanism sleeved on the shaft body, and a diaphragm connected to the support mechanism. An included angle is formed between an axis of the shaft body and a rotation axis of the eccentric wheel. A contact surface of the support mechanism that contacts the diaphragm extends towards a direction away from the diaphragm in a radial direction of the shaft body from outside to inside.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A valve core assembly comprising:
 an eccentric wheel including a shaft body, an included angle being formed between an axis of the shaft body and a rotation axis of the eccentric wheel;   a support mechanism sleeved on the shaft body; and   a diaphragm connected to the support mechanism;   wherein a contact surface of the support mechanism that contacts the diaphragm extends towards a direction away from the diaphragm in a radial direction of the shaft body from outside to inside.   
     
     
         2 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the included angle is a first included angle; and   the contact surface is a planar surface forming a second angle with a reference plane perpendicular to the axis of the shaft body.   
     
     
         3 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 2 , wherein, the second included angle is X times of the first included angle, and 0.5≤X≤1.5. 
     
     
         4 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the eccentric wheel further includes a shaft hole in the eccentric wheel; and   an axis of the shaft hole coincides with the rotation axis.   
     
     
         5 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 4 , further comprising:
 a drive shaft passing through the shaft hole; and   a drive member connected to the drive shaft.   
     
     
         6 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a bearing sleeved on the eccentric wheel;   wherein the support mechanism is sleeved on the bearing.   
     
     
         7 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 6 , further comprising:
 a first convex rib provided at the support mechanism; and   a second convex rib provided at the eccentric wheel;   wherein two end surfaces of the bearing abut the first convex rib and the second convex rib, respectively.   
     
     
         8 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 1 , wherein the support mechanism includes:
 a base having an annular shape, an axis of the base coinciding with the axis of the shaft body; and   at least three positioning members arranged at the base, the diaphragm being connected to end surfaces of the at least three positioning members.   
     
     
         9 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 8 , wherein contact surfaces of the at least three positioning members that contact the support mechanism intersect at a same intersection point located on the axis of the base. 
     
     
         10 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 8 , wherein the at least three positioning members are arranged uniformly at the base in a same circle centered at the axis of the base. 
     
     
         11 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 8 , further comprising:
 a compression member provided at and abutting a side of the diaphragm away from the at least three positioning members, and configured to compress the diaphragm on the at least three positioning members.   
     
     
         12 . The valve core assembly according to  claim 11 , wherein:
 the compression member is one of at least three compression members provided at and abutting the side of the diaphragm away from the at least three positioning members; and   a number of the at least three compression members is equal to a number of the at least three positioning members, and the at least three compression members and the at least three positioning member are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner.   
     
     
         13 . A booster pump comprising:
 a housing having a cavity;   a valve core assembly provided in the cavity and including:
 an eccentric wheel including a shaft body, an included angle being formed between an axis of the shaft body and a rotation axis of the eccentric wheel; 
 a support mechanism sleeved on the shaft body; and 
 a diaphragm connected to the support mechanism; wherein: 
 a contact surface of the support mechanism that contacts the diaphragm extends towards a direction away from the diaphragm in a radial direction of the shaft body from outside to inside; and 
 the diaphragm is connected to the housing, and the cavity is partitioned by the diaphragm. 
   
     
     
         14 . The booster pump according to  claim 13 , wherein the housing includes an inlet and an outlet, and the inlet and the outlet communicate with the cavity at a side of the diaphragm away from the support mechanism. 
     
     
         15 . A water purifier comprising:
 a booster pump including:
 a housing having a cavity;
 a valve core assembly provided in the cavity and including: 
 an eccentric wheel including a shaft body, an included angle being formed between an axis of the shaft body and a rotation axis of the eccentric wheel; 
 a support mechanism sleeved on the shaft body; and 
 a diaphragm connected to the support mechanism; wherein: 
 a contact surface of the support mechanism that contacts the diaphragm extends towards a direction away from the diaphragm in a radial direction of the shaft body from outside to inside; and 
 the diaphragm is connected to the housing, and the cavity is partitioned by the diaphragm.
