Abstract

An electric pump is provided, having a first cavity, a control assembly and a rotating assembly, the control assembly and at least part of the rotating assembly being located in the first cavity. The control assembly includes a circuit board, a magnetic element and a sensor; the circuit board is in electrical and/or signal connection to the sensor; the end portion of the rotating assembly close to the circuit board is fixedly or limitedly connected to the magnetic element; the circuit board includes a first surface facing the magnetic element; at least part of the sensor is located on the first surface; the magnetic element is within the sensing range of the sensor; the projection of the magnetic element on the first surface overlaps the sensor, or the sensor is located in the projection range of the magnetic element on the first surface.

1 . An electric pump, comprising a first cavity for containing a working medium when the electric pump works, a control assembly and a rotating assembly, wherein
 the control assembly is located in the first cavity, and at least part of the rotating assembly is located in the first cavity;   the control assembly comprises a circuit board, a magnetic element and a sensor; the circuit board is in electrical connection and/or signal connection with the sensor;   one end portion of the rotating assembly relatively close to the circuit board is connected fixedly or limitedly to the magnetic element;   the circuit board comprises a first surface facing the magnetic element, at least part of the sensor is located on the first surface, and the magnetic element is located within a sensing range of the sensor; and   a projection of the magnetic element on the first surface at least partially overlaps with the sensor, or the sensor is located within a projection range of the magnetic element on the first surface.   
     
     
         2 . The electric pump according to  claim 1 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a first end portion, the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end portion; and
 the electric pump has a first channel, which has a first opening at a side wall of the first end portion and is communicated with the first cavity.   
     
     
         3 . The electric pump according to  claim 1 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft comprises a first end portion, and the first end portion comprises a first end face and a first side surface;
 the electric pump has a first channel, and the first channel has a first opening, part of the first opening is located on the first end face, and another part of the first opening is located on the first side surface, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; and   the first opening is communicated with the first cavity.   
     
     
         4 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft comprises the first end portion, and the first end portion comprises a first end face and a first side surface, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face;
 the first channel has at least two first openings at the first side surface, the first openings are arranged in a radial direction of the rotating shaft and/or in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and the first openings are communicated with the first cavity.   
     
     
         5 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft and an anti-magnetic conductive part;
 in an axial direction of the electric pump, the magnetic element is located on one side of the anti-magnetic conductive part, and the rotating shaft is located on the other side of the anti-magnetic conductive part; and   the magnetic element is fixed to a side wall of the anti-magnetic conductive part, or the magnetic element is integrated with the anti-magnetic conductive part.   
     
     
         6 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a connecting portion, and the connecting portion comprises an accommodating hole, and at least part of the rotating shaft is located in the accommodating hole;
 a side wall forming the accommodating hole is connected fixedly or limitedly to at least part of an outer side wall of the rotating shaft, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to an outer side wall of the connecting portion; and   the connecting portion comprises a first through hole communicated with both the first opening and the first cavity.   
     
     
         7 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the first end portion comprises a first end face, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; the magnetic element comprises a second through hole communicated with both the first channel and the first cavity.

The electric pump according to  claim 5 , wherein the first end portion comprises a first end face, the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; the magnetic element comprises a second through hole communicated with both the first channel and the first cavity. 
     
     
         9 . The electric pump according to  claim 1 , wherein the electric pump comprises a first rotor assembly, a second rotor assembly, a second cavity and a first channel;
 the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft comprises a first end portion and a second end portion, and the first end portion is farther away from the circuit board than the second end portion in an axial direction of the rotating shaft;   the first rotor assembly is located in the second cavity, and the second rotor assembly is located in the first cavity and is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft;   the first channel has a first opening and a second opening, wherein the first opening is located at the first end portion, and the second opening is communicated with the first cavity; and   the second end portion is located in the first cavity, and the first end portion is in transmission connection with the first rotor assembly, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the second end portion.   
     
     
         10 . The electric pump according to  claim 9 , wherein the second end portion has a first accommodating hole, at least part of the magnetic element is located in the first accommodating hole, and a side wall forming the first accommodating hole is connected fixedly or limitedly to an outer peripheral side of the magnetic element; and
 the second opening of the first channel is located on an outer side wall of the second end portion.   
     
     
         11 . The electric pump according to  claim 9 , wherein the magnetic element has a second accommodating hole, and at least part of the second end portion is located in the second accommodating hole, and an outer peripheral side of the second end portion is connected fixedly or limitedly to a side wall forming the second accommodating hole; and
 the second end portion comprises a first end face, and the first channel has the second opening at the first end face.   
     
     
         12 . The electric pump according to  claim 9 , wherein the second end portion comprises a first end face, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; and
 the magnetic element has a through hole communicated with both the first opening and the first cavity.   
     
     
         13 . The electric pump according to  claim 9 , wherein the electric pump comprises an anti-magnetic conductive part;
 in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, the magnetic element is located on one side of the anti-magnetic conductive part, and the rotating shaft is located on the other side of the anti-magnetic conductive part; and   the anti-magnetic conductive part is fixed to an inner side wall of the magnetic element, or the anti-magnetic conductive part is integrated with the magnetic element.   
     
     
         14 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the magnetic element comprises an upper magnetic surface and a lower magnetic surface, the upper magnetic surface is farther away from the circuit board than the lower magnetic surface in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and an axial distance between the lower magnetic surface and the sensor is less than or equal to 2 cm. 
     
     
         15 . The electric pump according to  claim 2 , wherein the electric pump comprises a base wall, and the electric pump has a second cavity;
 in an axial direction of the electric pump, the second cavity is located on one side of the base wall, and the first cavity is located on the other side of the base wall; and   the electric pump comprises a second channel extending through the base wall from an upper surface to a lower surface of the base wall, and the second channel communicates the first cavity with the second cavity.   
     
     
         16 . The electric pump according to  claim 3 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft and an anti-magnetic conductive part;
 in an axial direction of the electric pump, the magnetic element is located on one side of the anti-magnetic conductive part, and the rotating shaft is located on the other side of the anti-magnetic conductive part; and   the magnetic element is fixed to a side wall of the anti-magnetic conductive part, or the magnetic element is integrated with the anti-magnetic conductive part.   
     
     
         17 . The electric pump according to  claim 4 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft and an anti-magnetic conductive part;
 in an axial direction of the electric pump, the magnetic element is located on one side of the anti-magnetic conductive part, and the rotating shaft is located on the other side of the anti-magnetic conductive part; and   the magnetic element is fixed to a side wall of the anti-magnetic conductive part, or the magnetic element is integrated with the anti-magnetic conductive part.   
     
     
         18 . The electric pump according to  claim 3 , wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft and a connecting portion, and the connecting portion comprises an accommodating hole, and at least part of the rotating shaft is located in the accommodating hole;
 a side wall forming the accommodating hole is connected fixedly or limitedly to at least part of an outer side wall of the rotating shaft, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to an outer side wall of the connecting portion; and   the connecting portion comprises a first through hole communicated with both the first opening and the first cavity.   
     
     
         19 . The electric pump according to  claim 3 , wherein the first end portion comprises a first end face, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; the magnetic element comprises a second through hole communicated with both the first channel and the first cavity. 
     
     
         20 . The electric pump according to  claim 4 , wherein the first end portion comprises a first end face, and the magnetic element is connected fixedly or limitedly to the first end face; the magnetic element comprises a second through hole communicated with both the first channel and the first cavity.
