Abstract

An anti-vaping apparatus including a vaping body including a battery, a cartridge configured to store an e-liquid therein and generate a vapor from the e-liquid to a user in response to an activation of the anti-vaping apparatus, and a feedback unit configured to provide a sensory feedback to the user in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . An anti-vaping apparatus comprising:
a vaping body including a battery; a cartridge configured to store an e-liquid therein and generate a vapor from the e-liquid to a user in response to an activation of the anti-vaping apparatus; and a feedback unit configured to provide a sensory feedback to the user in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

2 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the sensory feedback comprises an electric shock.

3 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 2 , further comprising a mouthpiece through which the vapor is provided to a user,
wherein the electric shock is applied through the mouthpiece.

4 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 3 , further comprising an electrode disposed in the mouthpiece,
wherein at least a part of the electrode is exposed and contacts the user.

5 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a sensor configured to detect at least one of an air flow or an air pressure in the cartridge and activate the feedback unit.

6 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the feedback unit is configured to increase an intensity of the sensory feedback in response to re-activating the anti-vaping apparatus within a predetermined time from previous activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

7 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the feedback unit is configured to change a type of the sensory feedback in response to re-activating the anti-vaping apparatus within a predetermined time from previous activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

8 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the feedback unit is configured to increase a duration of the sensory feedback in response to re-activating the anti-vaping apparatus within a predetermined time from previous activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

         9 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising:
a lighting unit configured to emit light in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus; and a light emitter configured to emit light having a greater brightness than that of the lighting unit in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus, wherein the sensory feedback comprises a visual shock from the light emitter.

10 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the light emitter is configured to emit light towards the cartridge.

11 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a secondary cartridge configured to store a non-toxic substance therein,
wherein the secondary cartridge is configured to release the non-toxic substance to the user in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

12 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the secondary cartridge is configured to spray the non-toxic substance towards the user in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

13 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 11 , wherein the secondary cartridge is configured to release the non-toxic substance through the mouthpiece.

         14 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a vibration motor,
wherein the vibration motor is configured to vibrate in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

         15 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a plurality of micro-needles,
wherein the feedback unit is configured to cause the plurality of micro-needles to protrude outwardly in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

16 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the plurality of micro-needles is disposed inside the mouthpiece.

17 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 15 , wherein at least one of the micro-needles has a different size.

         18 . The anti-vaping apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a sound-generating module,
wherein the sound-generating module is configured to generate a beeping sound in response to the activation of the anti-vaping apparatus.

         19 . An anti-vaping apparatus comprising:
a vaping body including a battery; a cartridge configured to store an e-liquid therein; and a mouthpiece through which a vapor from the e-liquid is provided, wherein at least one sensory feedback is configured to be provided to a user through the mouthpiece.

20 . A method of driving an anti-vaping apparatus, the method comprising:
detecting an activation of the anti-vaping apparatus; determining whether the activation is less than a preset period from previous use of the anti-vaping apparatus; increasing an intensity of a sensory feedback if the activation is prior to the preset period from the previous use of the anti-vaping apparatus; and generating a vapor from an e-liquid contained in a cartridge and providing the elevated sensory feedback to a user.
