Abstract

The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin composition and a biodegradable molded article comprising same. The biodegradable resin composition comprises: a biodegradable resin; an inorganic filler; and at least one selected from the group consisting of iron, magnesium, manganese, and calcium, wherein the amount of the inorganic filler is at least 30 wt % based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A biodegradable resin composition, comprising:
a biodegradable resin; an inorganic filler; and one or more selected from the group consisting of iron, magnesium, manganese and calcium, wherein a content of the inorganic filler is 30 wt % or more based on a total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

2 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein the biodegradable resin composition further comprises one or more selected from the group consisting of aluminum, cobalt, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus.

3 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the iron is 1 ppm to 200 ppm based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

4 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the magnesium is 100 ppm or more based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

5 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the manganese is 3 ppm or more based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

6 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the calcium is 1×10 5 ppm or more based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

7 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 1 , wherein a content of the cadmium in the biodegradable resin composition is less than 1 ppm based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

         8 . A biodegradable resin composition, comprising:
a biodegradable resin; an inorganic filler; a metal salt; and an anti-hydrolysis agent, wherein a content of the inorganic filler is 30 wt % or more based on the total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

9 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 8 , wherein the metal salt comprises iron.

10 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 8 , wherein the anti-hydrolysis agent comprises silicon.

11 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 10 , wherein a content of the silicon is 1 ppm to 300 ppm based on a total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

12 . The biodegradable resin composition according to claim 8 , wherein a hydrolysis degree after 1 week of the biodegradable resin composition is 35% to 60%, a hydrolysis degree after 3 weeks thereof is 85% or more, and the hydrolysis degree after 1 week and the hydrolysis degree after 3 weeks are measured by Measurement Method 1 below:
[Measurement Method 1] The hydrolysis degree after 1 week is a reduction rate compared to an initial number average molecular weight of the biodegradable resin composition when the biodegradable resin composition is placed for 1 week under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions of 80° C. and 100% humidity, and the hydrolysis degree after 3 weeks is a reduction rate compared to the initial number average molecular weight of the biodegradable resin composition when the biodegradable resin composition is placed for 3 weeks under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions of 80° C. and 100% humidity.

         13 . A biodegradable molded article, comprising:
a biodegradable resin; an inorganic filler; and one or more selected from the group consisting of iron, magnesium, manganese and calcium, wherein a content of the inorganic filler is 30 wt % or more based on a total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.

14 . The biodegradable molded article according to claim 13 , wherein the biodegradable molded article is a soil fertilization material.

         15 . A biodegradable molded article, comprising:
a biodegradable resin; an inorganic filler; a metal salt; and an anti-hydrolysis agent, wherein a content of the inorganic filler is 30 wt % or more based on a total weight of the biodegradable resin composition.
