Air duct assembly fixtures and refrigerators
Abstract
An air duct component fixing device is configured to attach to a box liner of a refrigerator and an air duct component of the refrigerator. The air duct component fixing device can include an embedded part which has a first embedded plate, a second embedded plate, and a connection plate that connects the first embedded plate and the second embedded plate. A plurality of through holes and a foaming space can be formed by the embedded part, wherein a foaming material can be disposed within the plurality of through holes and the foaming space. A fixing component is fixedly attached to the first embedded plate and is configured to facilitate the attachment of the air duct component fixing device to the box liner and to the air duct component.
Claims

a fixing component, wherein the fixing component is fixedly arranged on a side of the first embedded plate that faces away from the second embedded plate, and wherein the fixing component is configured to couple said air duct component fixing device to a refrigerator.
12 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 11 , wherein the connection plate comprises:
a plurality of connecting ribs, wherein the plurality of connecting ribs, at least partially, form the foaming space.
13 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 11 , wherein the connection plate forms a plurality of through holes.
14 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 12 , wherein the foaming space is positioned between the first embedded plate and the second embedded plate.
15 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 11 , wherein the fixing component comprises:
a boss;
a first rib; and
a second rib, wherein the second rib is integrally connected to both ends of the first rib, and wherein the first rib and the second rib are coupled with the boss.
16 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 15 , further comprising:
a first buckle, wherein the first buckle is provided on a side of the second rib that faces away from the first rib.
17 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 16 , wherein the first buckle forms a serrated protrusion on a side of the first buckle that faces away from the first rib.
18 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 15 , wherein the embedded part is in the shape of a long strip.
19 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 17 , wherein said air duct component fixing device is coupled to a refrigerator, wherein the refrigerator comprises:
a box liner; and an air duct component, wherein said air duct component fixing device is coupled to the box liner and the air duct component.
20 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 19 , wherein the fixing component is disposed within a mounting hole formed by the box liner.
21 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 20 , wherein the serrated protrusion is engaged with an edge of the mounting hole.
22 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 19 , wherein the embedded part of said air duct component fixing device is in contact with an outer wall of the box liner.
23 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 19 , wherein the air duct component comprises:
a second buckle, wherein the second buckle is coupled with said air duct component fixing device.
24 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 23 , wherein the second buckle forms a snap connection with the first rib.
25 . An air duct component fixing device, comprising:
an embedded part, comprising:
a first embedded plate; and
a second embedded plate coupled with the first embedded plate,
wherein the first embedded plate and the second embedded plate are arranged substantially in parallel; and a fixing component, wherein the fixing component is arranged on a side of the first embedded plate that is away from the second embedded plate, and wherein the fixing component comprises:
a first rib; and
a second rib coupled with the first rib, wherein the first rib and the second rib cooperate to form a card slot.
26 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 25 , wherein the fixing component further comprises:
a first buckle disposed on the second rib, wherein the first buckle forms a serrated protrusion.
27 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 25 , wherein the card slot is connected with an air duct component and the second rib is interfaced with a box liner of a refrigerator to limit the position of said air duct component fixing device relative to the box liner.
28 . The air duct component fixing device of claim 27 , wherein the first rib forms a snap fit connection with the air duct component.
29 . A refrigerator, wherein the refrigerator comprises:
a box liner, comprising:
a mounting hole formed by the box liner;
an air duct component; and an air duct component fixing device coupled with the box liner and the air duct component, wherein the air duct component fixing device comprises:
an embedded part, wherein the embedded part is abutted against an outer wall of the box liner;
a fixing component, wherein the fixing component is coupled to the embedded part and passes through the mounting hole to facilitate the coupling of the air duct component fixing device to the box liner; and
a connection plate, wherein the connection plate is coupled to the embedded part and comprises:
a through hole, wherein the through hole is configured to receive a foaming material.
30 . The refrigerator of claim 29 , wherein the embedded part comprises:
a first embedded plate; a second embedded plate coupled with the first embedded plate; and a foaming space positioned between the first embedded plate and the second embedded plate, wherein the foaming material can extend through the through hole and the foaming space.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
