Claims

Abstract

A pre-compressed elastic module includes a first spring, a first end cover, a second end cover, and a first flexible connecting member. The first end cover and the second end cover are arranged opposite to each other, and the first spring is fixed between the first end cover and the second end cover. When the first spring is in an initial state, a length of the first spring is less than a free length of the first spring. A first end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the first end cover, and a second end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the second end cover. When the first spring is in the initial state, the first flexible connecting member inhibits separation movement between the first end cover and the second end cover.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A pre-compressed elastic module, comprising:
 a first spring,   a first end cover,   a second end cover, and   a first flexible connecting member, wherein:
 the first end cover and the second end cover are arranged opposite to each other, 
 the first spring is fixed between the first end cover and the second end cover, 
 when the first spring is in an initial state, a length of the first spring is less than a free length of the first spring, 
 a first end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the first end cover, 
 a second end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the second end cover, and 
 when the first spring is in the initial state, the first flexible connecting member inhibits separation movement between the first end cover and the second end cover. 
   
     
     
         2 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 the first end cover comprises a first fixing portion configured to fix a first end of the first spring,   the second end cover comprises a second fixing portion configured to fix a second end of the first spring, and   when the first spring is in the initial state, a vertical distance between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion is less than the free length of the first spring.   
     
     
         3 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 one of the first end cover or the second end cover comprises a first position-providing hole,   the first flexible connecting member passes through the first position-providing hole to be configured to move axially relative to the one of the first end cover or the second end cover,   the first end of the first flexible connecting member comprises a first end cap, and   when the first spring is in the initial state, the first flexible connecting member is configured to be interlocked with the one of the first end cover or the second end cover along a direction of a restoring force of the first spring.   
     
     
         4 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 3 , wherein:
 a surface of the first flexible connecting member comprises a first position-limiting member, and   when the first spring is compressed, the first position-limiting member is configured to be interlocked with the one of the first end cover or the second end cover in an expansion and contraction direction of the first spring.   
     
     
         5 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 4 , wherein:
 the first position-limiting member is a double-layered buckling ring,   the double-layered buckling ring extends radially,   the double-layered buckling ring comprises a first buckling ring and a second buckling ring,   a distance between the first buckling ring and the second buckling ring is no less than a thickness of the first end cover, and   the first buckling ring and the second buckling ring are configured to be buckled to two sides of the one of the first end cover or the second end cover due to an external force, so that the first buckling ring and the second buckling ring are configured to be interlocked with the one of the first end cover or the second end cover in the expansion and contraction direction of the first spring.   
     
     
         6 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 4 , wherein:
 the first spring has a conical structure.   
     
     
         7 . A pre-compressed elastic module, comprising:
 a first spring,   a second spring,   a first end cover,   a second end cover,   a middle ring, and   a first flexible connecting member, wherein:
 the first end cover and the second end cover are arranged opposite to each other and are located on two sides of a plane on which the middle ring is located, 
 the first spring is fixedly connected to and disposed between the first end cover and the middle ring, 
 the second spring is fixedly connected to and disposed between the second end cover and the middle ring, and 
 when the first spring and the second spring are in an initial state, a length of the first spring is less than a free length of the first spring, a length of the second spring is less than a free length of the second spring, and the first flexible connecting member is configured to inhibit separation movement between the first end cover and the middle ring and separation movement between the second end cover and the middle ring. 
   
     
     
         8 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the first end cover comprises a first fixing portion configured to fix a first end of the first spring,   the second end cover comprises a second fixing portion configured to fix a first end of the second spring,   the middle ring comprises a third fixing portion and a fourth fixing portion, which are respectively configured to fix a second end of the first spring and a second end of the second spring,   when the first spring is in the initial state, a vertical distance between the first fixing portion and the third fixing portion is less than the free length of the first spring, and   when the second spring is in the initial state, a vertical distance between the second fixing portion and the fourth fixing portion is less than the free length of the second spring.   
     
     
         9 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the first flexible connecting member is a single-part structure,   the first flexible connecting member passes through the middle ring,   a first end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the first end cover, and   a second end of the first flexible connecting member is connected to the second end cover.   
     
     
         10 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 the first flexible connecting member is a two-part structure,   the first flexible connecting member comprises a first sub connecting member and a second sub connecting member,   a first end of the first sub connecting member is connected to the first end cover,   a second end of the first sub connecting member is connected to the middle ring,   a first end of the second sub connecting member is connected to the second end cover, and   a second end of the second sub connecting member is connected to the middle ring.   
     
     
         11 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 7 , wherein:
 at least one of the first spring or the second spring has a conical structure.   
     
     
         12 . An elastic cushion, comprising:
 a plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules according to  claim 1 .   
     
     
         13 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 12 , comprising:
 two or more layers of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules, wherein:
 two adjacent pre-compressed elastic modules of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules respectively on the two or more layers of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules are detachably connected to each other. 
   
     
     
         14 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 13 , wherein:
 a bottom of one of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules located in an upper layer of the two or more layers of the pre-compressed elastic modules is recessed to define a female buckling member,   a width of the female buckling member gradually decreases or remains constant along a recessed direction,   a top of a second one of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules located in a lower layer of the two or more layers of the pre-compressed elastic modules comprises a male buckling member protruding outward, and   the male buckling member is configured to be nested within the female buckling member on the upper layer, so that the female buckling member is fixed in position along a width direction of the female buckling member.   
     
     
         15 . An elastic cushion, comprising:
 a plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules according to  claim 7 .   
     
     
         16 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 12 , wherein:
 each of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules comprises a lateral connecting member, and   the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules are connected laterally in pairs through the lateral connecting member.   
     
     
         17 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 12 , comprising:
 a cushion, wherein:
 the cushion is disposed on an upper surface of the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules located on an uppermost layer. 
   
     
     
         18 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 17 , comprising:
 a flexible fabric cover, wherein:
 the flexible fabric cover wraps the plurality of the pre-compressed elastic modules from all sides. 
   
     
     
         19 . The elastic cushion according to  claim 18 , wherein:
 the flexible fabric cover is detachably connected to the cushion.   
     
     
         20 . The pre-compressed elastic module according to  claim 1 , wherein:
 when the first spring is compressed to a preset length, a knot is configured to be tied in the first end of the first flexible connecting member located outside the first end cover or the second end of the first flexible connecting member located outside the second end cover, or a clamp is configured to be clamped on the first end of the first flexible connecting member located outside the first end cover or the second end of the first flexible connecting member located outside the second end cover.
