Abstract
A brush assembly, a liquid waste tank and a cleaning machine are provided. The brush assembly includes a housing, a liquid waste tank and a brush head. The housing includes an accommodating chamber with a main inlet. The liquid waste tank includes a first inlet in communication with the main inlet. A retaining element is also provided in the liquid waste tank to at least partially restrict the movement of liquid waste from the first inlet. The brush head is provided near the main inlet, and contacts a surface to be cleaned, so that the liquid waste on the surface enters the liquid waste tank through the main inlet and the first inlet.

1 . A brush assembly, comprising:
a housing having a main inlet and an accommodating chamber, wherein the main inlet is in communication with the accommodating chamber; a liquid waste tank having a first inlet, wherein the first inlet is for interconnecting with the main inlet, and the liquid waste tank is provided with a retaining element inside to at least partially restrict movement of liquid waste from the first inlet; and a brush head arranged near the main inlet, the brush head configured to contact a surface to be cleaned, and to collect the liquid waste on the surface into the liquid waste tank through the main inlet and the first inlet.
2 . The brush assembly according to claim 1 , wherein
an air suction passage is further formed inside the housing, the air suction passage having a suction opening through a side wall of the accommodating chamber; and wherein the liquid waste tank is provided with a first outlet for interconnecting with the suction opening.
3 . The brush assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the retaining element is an absorbent pad arranged through a side wall of the liquid waste tank.
4 . The brush assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the absorbent pad is made of superabsorbent polymers.
5 . The brush assembly according to claim 2 , wherein
the first inlet is provided through a sidewall of the liquid waste tank, and the first outlet is provided through a top wall of the liquid waste tank; or the first inlet is provided through a top wall of the liquid waste tank, and the first outlet is provided through a sidewall of the liquid waste tank; or the first inlet and the first outlet are both provided through a top wall of the liquid waste tank; or the first inlet and the first outlet are provided through opposite sidewalls of the liquid waste tank, and the first inlet and the first outlet are staggered.
6 . The brush assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the retaining element is an absorbent pad attached to an inner wall of the liquid waste tank, the absorbent pad is arranged on a bottom and/or a sidewall of the liquid waste tank facing the first inlet.

The brush assembly according to claim 6 , wherein the first inlet is provided at the sidewall of the liquid waste tank, and at least the sidewall of the liquid waste tank facing the first inlet is provided with the absorbent pad; or the first inlet is provided at the top of the liquid waste tank, and the absorbent pad is arranged on at least a bottom of the liquid waste tank.
8 . The brush assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the liquid waste tank is configured to be detachably arranged in the accommodating chamber and the liquid waste tank is a disposable liquid waste tank.
9 . The brush assembly according to claim 8 , wherein the liquid waste tank is a one-piece box; and/or the liquid waste tank is a blow-molded box.
10 . The brush assembly according to claim 3 , wherein the liquid waste tank is configured to be detachably arranged in the accommodating chamber; and
the liquid waste tank is provided with a replacement port for replacing the absorbent pad of the liquid waste tank through the replacement port.
11 . The brush assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the housing is provided with an opening in communication with the accommodating chamber, the opening is located at a bottom or a top of the brush assembly, and the liquid waste tank is placed in the accommodating chamber through the opening.
12 . The brush assembly according to claim 2 , wherein the brush assembly further includes a filter member arranged in the air suction passage and the filter member is folded along a conveying direction of the air suction passage.
13 . The brush assembly according to claim 12 , wherein the first outlet is provided at a top of the liquid waste tank, and the filter member is at least partially located close to the first outlet.
14 . The brush assembly according to claim 1 , wherein the retaining element is a baffle arranged in the liquid waste tank.
15 . A brush assembly, comprising:
a housing, defining a main inlet and an accommodating chamber in communication with each other; a liquid waste tank having a first inlet, wherein when the liquid waste tank is placed in the accommodating chamber, and the first inlet is in communication with the main inlet; a brush head arranged near the main inlet and configured to sweep a surface to be cleaned, to allow liquid waste on the surface to enter the liquid waste tank through the main inlet and the first inlet; and wherein the liquid waste tank is a disposable liquid waste tank, and is configured to be detachably arranged in the accommodating chamber.
16 . The brush assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the liquid waste tank is a blow-molded box, or the liquid waste tank is a one-piece box; and
an absorbent pad is provided on a side sidewall of the liquid waste tank or a baffle is provided on a side sidewall of the liquid waste tank.
17 . The brush assembly according to claim 15 , wherein the housing further defines an air suction passage, and the air suction passage has a suction opening through a side wall of the accommodating chamber; and
the liquid waste tank is provided with a first outlet for interconnecting with the suction opening.
18 . A liquid waste tank applicable to a brush assembly, comprising a retaining element arranged inside the liquid waste tank.
19 . The liquid waste tank according to claim 18 , wherein the liquid waste tank is a blow-molded box or the liquid waste tank is a one-piece box; and
the retaining element is an absorbent pad or a baffle is arranged on a side sidewall of the liquid waste tank.
