Abstract
The invention patent discloses a punch power measurement device, comprises a device body and a measuring mechanism. In the center part of the device, there is a pressure-bearing airbag to be punched. The measuring mechanism includes an air-pressure sensor to test the pressure of the airbag, data processing and transmitting module, a power supply unit and importantly an air pump to keep constant working pressure of the airbag, and a silicon switch outside connected to the main board. The device can accurately test the punch power by measuring the pressure changes after each punch, and converting the data to specific figures in force unit based on our special algorithm. Signal output display is a screen or a wireless terminal such as smart phones, tablets and PCs etc. The key function of the air pump is to keep constant working pressure in the airbag without worrying about air leak.

There is a pressure-bearing airbag ( 200 ) in the center of the pad body ( 100 ). The measuring mechanism includes the air pressure sensor ( 300 ) to test the pressure of the airbag ( 200 ), the controller ( 400 ) to process and transmit data, power supply unit, the air pump ( 500 ) to keep constant working pressure in the airbag ( 200 ), connecting pipe between the airbag ( 200 ) and pressure sensor ( 300 ) and the air pump ( 500 ), one-way air valve ( 800 ) installed in the pipe between the airbag ( 200 ) and the air pump ( 500 ), the switch ( 1000 ) outside of the pad body ( 100 ). b. As specified in the above claim a, the boxing dynamo-meter pad features that the pressure-bearing airbag ( 200 ) is connected with air supplement pipe and pressure pipe, described air supply pipe is connected with an air pump ( 500 ) which is to keep constant working pressure in the airbag ( 200 ). Pressure pipe is connected to air pressure sensor ( 300 ). c. As specified in claim a, the boxing dynamo-meter pad features that pad body ( 100 ) provides accommodation to the control box ( 600 ) of controller ( 400 ), power supply module and air pump ( 500 ). d. As specified in claim a, the boxing dynamo-meter pad features that there is a signal output module, output signals to be displayed either by a screen, or a wireless terminal such as smart phones, tablets and PCs. e. As specified in claim a, the pad body ( 100 ) has a protective sleeve as the skin made of canvas or other fabrics. The protective sleeve ( 1100 ) comprises an outer PU skin layer in punching area, and buffering foam beneath PU, Velcro belt enabling to be mounted on the wall, hanging pack with holes ( 1120 ) etc. f. As specified in claim a, inside the pad body ( 100 ), there are different buffering foams to support and nest the airbag ( 200 ), control box ( 600 ). Those foams make up the main body and well protect the measuring mechanism inside. g. To be furthered on claim e, there is a zipper ( 1130 ) on the periphery of the protective sleeve ( 1100 ). On one side of the sleeve, there is a rubber switch with USB C charging port ( 1000 ) from which to charge the built-in battery inside.
