Abstract
Provided are an Fe—Co-based alloy rod and a method for producing the same. The method for producing Fe—Co-based alloy rod includes a hot-rolling step of performing hot-rolling on an Fe—Co-based alloy billet to obtain a hot-rolled rod with a length of 2 m or more, and a heating and straightening step of applying tensile stress while heating the hot-rolled rod to 500 to 900° C. such that an area reduction ratio of the rod becomes 2.0 to 8.0%, in which no a solution treatment is performed between the hot-rolling step and the heating and straightening step.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for producing Fe—Co-based alloy rod, comprising:
a hot-rolling step of performing hot-rolling on an Fe—Co-based alloy billet to obtain a hot-rolled rod with a length of 2 m or more; and
a heating and straightening step of applying tensile stress while heating the hot-rolled rod to 500 to 900° C. such that an area reduction ratio of the rod becomes 2.0 to 8.0%,
wherein no solution treatment is performed between the hot-rolling step and the heating and straightening step.
2 . An Fe—Co-based alloy rod having an average GOS (Grain Orientation Spread) of 0.3° or more and 1.5° or less, an average grain size number measured on an axial cross-section of the rod of 8.0 or more and 12.0 or less, and a length of 2 m or more.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
