Abstract

A pounce applicator comprises a roller assembly for coating an imprint. The roller assembly comprises a roller column and a pounce sleeve for discharging pounce. The roller column has a pounce storage chamber for storing pounce and a plurality of pounce outlets on the peripheral wall of the roller column which communicate with the pounce storage chamber. The pounce sleeve is sleeved outside the roller column, at least covering the plurality of pounce outlets of the roller column. The pounce sleeve is porous or semi-porous, and when an external force is applied on the pounce sleeve, the pounce sleeve exudes pounce out from the pounce storage chamber. The pounce of the present invention enables integrated storage. A tedious process of dipping powder slurry repeatedly by the user is avoided, and an operation mode is similar to that of the traditional brush.

1 . A pounce applicator, comprising a roller assembly ( 2 ) for coating an imprint;
 wherein,   the roller assembly ( 2 ) comprises a roller column ( 2   a ) with two closed ends and a peripheral wall between the two closed ends, and a pounce sleeve ( 21 ) for discharging pounce;   the roller column ( 2   a ) has a pounce storage chamber ( 24 ) for storing pounce defined inside the roller column ( 2   a ) and a plurality of pounce outlets ( 234 ) on the peripheral wall of the roller column ( 2   a ) which communicate with the pounce storage chamber ( 24 );   the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) is sleeved outside the roller column ( 2   a ), at least covering the plurality of pounce outlets ( 234 ) of the roller column ( 2   a );   the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) is porous or semi-porous, and when an external force is applied on the pounce sleeve ( 21 ), the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) exudes pounce out from the pounce storage chamber ( 24 ).   
     
     
         2 . The pounce applicator of  claim 1 , wherein the roller column ( 2   a ) comprises two end covers ( 22 ) and a tubular frame ( 23 ) having two ends, each end cover ( 22 ) is detachably connected to one of the two ends of the tubular frame ( 23 );
 the tubular frame ( 23 ) comprises two annular portions ( 231 ) respectively located at the two ends of the tubular frame ( 23 ) and at least one ridge ( 232 ) arranged between the two annular portions ( 231 );   each of the two annular portions ( 231 ) is respectively located at the corresponding end of the tubular frame ( 23 ), the at least one ridge ( 232 ) extending lengthwise along the roller column ( 2   a ) has an arched outer surface to support the pounce sleeve ( 21 ).   
     
     
         3 . The pounce applicator of  claim 2 , wherein the tubular frame ( 23 ) further comprises a plurality of annular ribs ( 233 ) distributed at intervals between the two annular portions ( 231 ), the number of the ridges ( 232 ) is greater than one and the plurality of ridges ( 232 ) is vertically intersected with the plurality of annular ribs ( 233 ) to form a grill with a plurality of grill pores, the plurality of grill pores defines the pounce outlets ( 234 ). 
     
     
         4 . The pounce applicator of  claim 2 , wherein each end cover ( 22 ) has one or more elastic buckles ( 223 ) each extending inwards toward the roller column ( 2   a ) from a side surface of the end cover ( 22 ), the one or more elastic buckles ( 223 ) are capable of being buckled with each annular portion ( 231 ) of the tubular frame ( 23 ) so that the two end covers ( 22 ) are detachably connected to the tubular frame ( 23 ). 
     
     
         5 . The pounce applicator of  claim 2 , wherein the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) having two ends is sleeved outside the tubular frame ( 23 ), each end of the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) covers the corresponding end of the tubular frame ( 23 ) and extends inwards of the tubular frame ( 23 ) so that small gaps between each end cover ( 22 ) and the ends of the tubular frame ( 23 ) are filled with the pounce sleeve ( 21 ). 
     
     
         6 . The pounce applicator of  claim 1 , wherein the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) is a soft tubular sponge limited by the roller column ( 2   a ) which matches with the peripheral wall of the roller column ( 2   a ) in size. 
     
     
         7 . The pounce applicator of  claim 6 , wherein the sponge of the pounce sleeve ( 21 ) is made of foamed polyurethane with a density ranging from 14 kg/m 3  to 18 kg/m 3 , a thickness ranging from 4 mm to 6 mm, and a sponge flocking length ranging from 1 mm to 1.5 mm. 
     
     
         8 . The pounce applicator of  claim 2 , further comprising a housing ( 1 ) having a handle ( 111 ), the roller assembly ( 2 ) is disposed inside the housing ( 1 ) and is rotatably connected to the housing ( 1 ).

The pounce applicator of  claim 8 , wherein a rotating shaft ( 221 ) is disposed at a center of an outer surface of each end cover ( 22 ), two C-shaped first clamping portions ( 112 ) each with an opening facing downward are respectively disposed at two ends of the housing ( 1 ), each rotating shaft ( 221 ) is clamped with the corresponding first clamping portion ( 112 ) of the housing ( 1 ) from the opening of the corresponding first clamping portion ( 112 ). 
     
     
         10 . The pounce applicator of  claim 9 , wherein the housing ( 1 ) comprises an upper housing ( 11 ) and a lower housing ( 12 ) which is detachably connected to the upper housing ( 11 ), the handle ( 111 ) and the two first clamping portions ( 112 ) are disposed on the upper housing ( 11 ), the lower housing ( 12 ) has two C-shaped second clamping portions ( 122 ) for receiving the two first clamping portions ( 112 ), each second clamping portion ( 122 ) has an opening facing upward and is respectively disposed at one of two ends of the lower housing ( 12 ), each first clamping portion ( 112 ) is clamped with the corresponding second clamping portion ( 122 ). 
     
     
         11 . The pounce applicator of  claim 10 , wherein the lower housing ( 12 ) has one or more legs ( 121 ) at a bottom of the lower housing ( 12 ) for supporting the pounce applicator.
