Shoe with adjustable upper structure

Abstract

A shoe with an adjustable upper structure, including a sole, an adjustable structure, and an upper provided on the sole. The adjustable structure includes a pin buckle and a woven strap. The woven strap is of a mesh structure and a plurality of woven perforations are distributed on the woven strap. The woven strap is detachably connected with the pin buckle in such a manner that a pin of the pin buckle is capable of passing through one of the plurality of woven perforations when the woven strap is passed through a buckle of the pin buckle. The pin of the pin buckle is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations to adjust tightness of the upper.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A shoe with an adjustable upper structure, wherein the shoe comprises a sole, an adjustable structure and an upper, the upper is arranged on the sole, the adjustable structure comprises at least one pin buckle and at least one woven strap of a mesh structure, and a plurality of woven perforations are distributed in the woven strap;
 each of the at least one woven strap is detachably connected with a respective pin buckle in such a manner that a pin of the respective pin buckle is capable of passing through one of the plurality of woven perforations of the woven strap when the woven strap is passed through a buckle of the respective pin buckle; and   the pin of each of the at least one pin buckle is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations of a respective woven strap to adjust tightness of the upper.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a first upper and a second upper, the at least one pin buckle is arranged on the first upper, the at least one woven strap is arranged on the second upper; a bottom of the first upper is fixed to one of a left side and a right side of the sole, and a bottom of the second upper is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole; and the pin of each of the at least one pin buckle is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations of one of the at least one woven strap to change a distance between the first upper and the second upper and thus adjust the tightness of the upper. 
     
     
         3 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the second upper and the woven strap are integral, and the plurality of woven perforations are provided in the second upper.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the adjustable structure further comprises a first connecting strap, the at least one woven strap comprises a first woven strap, the at least one pin buckle comprises one pin buckle, one end of the first connecting strap is fixed to one of a left side and a right side of the sole, and one end of the first woven strap is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole; the pin buckle is arranged on the first connecting strap; when the first woven strap is in a state of being passed through the buckle of the pin buckle, the pin of the pin buckle is capable of passing through one of the plurality of woven perforations of the first woven strap to prevent the first woven strap from being separated from the buckle; the pin is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations, to adjust a connection position at which the first connecting strap is connected with the first woven strap and thus adjust the tightness of the upper.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the upper comprises a first upper and a second upper; a bottom of the first upper is fixed to one of the left side and the right side of the sole, and a bottom of the second upper is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole; the first connecting strap and the first woven strap are arranged above the first upper and the second upper; the pin is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations, to adjust the connection position at which the first connecting strap is connected with the first woven strap, and thus tighten or loosen the first upper and the second upper;
 wherein the first upper and the second upper are partially overlapped with each other to define an arch; and   wherein the first upper and the second upper are elastic.   
     
     
         6 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the first connecting strap and the first woven strap are configured as a part of the upper;
 wherein the first connecting strap and the first woven strap are elastic, and the first connecting strap is woven and has a plurality of woven perforations.   
     
     
         7 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the plurality of woven perforations are arranged in rows and columns. 
     
     
         8 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a first upper strap and a first fixing ring, the first fixing ring is connected with the sole through the first upper strap; the at least one woven strap comprises a second woven strap, the at least one pin buckle comprises a first pin buckle; one end of the second woven strap is connected to the sole, and another end of the second woven strap is configured to be passed through the first fixing ring and then folded back to cooperate with the first pin buckle arranged on the second woven strap for installation of a part of the second woven strap passing through the first fixing ring, and the first pin buckle is installed between the one end of the second woven strap and a part of the second woven strap in contact with the first fixing ring.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the at least one woven strap further comprises a third woven strap, the at least one pin buckle further comprises a second pin buckle; and the upper further comprises a second upper strap, a second fixing ring, a third upper strap and a third fixing ring; the second fixing ring is connected with the sole through the second upper strap, and the third fixing ring is connected with the sole through the third upper strap; the second fixing ring and the second upper strap are located on one of a left side and a right side of the sole, and the third fixing ring and the third upper strap are located on the other of the left side and the right side of the sole; one end of the third woven strap is fixed connected to the third fixing ring, and another end of the third woven strap is configured to be passed through the second fixing ring and then folded back to cooperate with the second pin buckle arranged on the third woven strap for installation of a part of the third woven strap passing through the second fixing ring. 
     
     
         10 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a first front upper and a rear upper strap, the rear upper strap is located behind the first front upper, the at least one woven strap comprises a fourth woven strap, the at least one pin buckle comprises one pin buckle, the rear upper strap is provided with the pin buckle, and the fourth woven strap is detachably connected to the rear upper strap through the pin buckle to adjust the tightness of the upper;
 wherein one end of the fourth woven strap is connected to the first front upper, and another end of the fourth woven strap is configured to cooperate with the pin buckle located on the rear upper strap;   two ends of the first front upper are respectively connected to a left side and a right side of the sole, the rear upper strap and the fourth woven strap are arranged opposite to each other, the rear upper strap and the fourth woven strap are connected through the pin buckle, and the rear upper strap and the fourth woven strap are configured to, when being connected together, surround a left side, a right side and a back side of a heel.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 10 , wherein the adjustable structure further comprises a second connecting strap, the at least one woven strap further comprises a fifth woven strap, and the at least one pin buckle further comprises another pin buckle, one end of the second connecting strap is fixed to one of a left side and a right side of the sole, one end of the fifth woven strap is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole, the another pin buckle is arranged on the second connecting strap, the fifth woven strap is capable of cooperating with the another pin buckle of the second connecting strap, and a pin of the another pin buckle is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations of the fifth woven strap, to adjust a connection position at which the second connecting strap is connected with the fifth woven strap and thus change tightness of the first front upper. 
     
     
         12 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the first front upper is configured to cover a part of instep, and the second connecting strap and the fifth woven strap are arranged on the first front upper. 
     
     
         13 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a first heel strap, a second heel strap and a third upper, one end of the first heel strap is fixed to one of a left side and a right side of the sole, and one end of the second heel strap is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole; the third upper is located in front of the first heel strap and the second heel strap; the at least one woven strap comprises a sixth woven strap and a seventh woven strap, the at least one pin buckle comprises a first pin buckle and a second pin buckle, and the adjustable structure further comprises a third connecting strap; the sixth woven strap is connected to one end of the second heel strap away from the sole, the first heel strap is provided with the first pin buckle, the first pin buckle arranged on the first heel strap is capable of cooperating with the sixth woven strap to detachably connect the first heel strap and the second heel strap;
 the third connecting strap and the seventh woven strap are arranged above the third upper; one end of the third connecting strap is connected to one of the left side and the right side of the sole, and another end of the third connecting strap is provided with the second pin buckle; one end of the seventh woven strap is connected to the other of the left side and the right side of the sole, and another end of the seventh woven strap is capable of cooperating with the second pin buckle arranged on the third connecting strap to be detachably connected to the third connecting strap; a pin of the second pin buckle arranged on the third connecting strap is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations of the seventh woven strap to adjust the tightness of the third upper.   
     
     
         14 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a fourth upper, the fourth upper is a heel strap, the adjustable structure further comprises a fourth connecting strap, the at least one woven strap comprises one woven strap, and the at least one pin buckle comprises one pin buckle; one end of the fourth connecting strap is fixed to one of a left side and a right side of the fourth upper, and one end of the woven strap is fixed to the other of the left side and the right side of the fourth upper; the pin buckle is arranged on the fourth connecting strap; when the woven strap is in a state of being passed through the buckle, the pin is capable of passing through one of the plurality of woven perforations of the woven strap to prevent the woven strap from being separated from the buckle; the pin is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations, to adjust a connection position at which the fourth connecting strap is connected with the woven strap and thus adjust the tightness of the fourth upper.

The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the upper comprises a fourth upper, the at least one woven strap comprises one woven strap, and the at least one pin buckle comprises one pin buckle; the adjustable structure further comprises a fourth connecting strap, the fourth connecting strap is arranged at one a left side and a right side of the fourth upper, and the woven strap is arranged at the other of the left side and the right side of the fourth upper; the pin buckle is arranged on the fourth connecting strap; when the woven strap is in a state of being passed through the buckle, the pin is capable of passing through one of the plurality of woven perforations of the woven strap to prevent the woven strap from being separated from the buckle; the pin is capable of being inserted into a different one of the plurality of woven perforations, to adjust a connection position at which the fourth connecting strap is connected with the woven strap and thus adjust the tightness of the fourth upper. 
     
     
         16 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 15 , wherein an end of the woven strap is connected to a topline defined by the fourth upper. 
     
     
         17 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each of the at least one woven strap is woven from braided strips or braided wires, a material of the braided strips and the braided wires is one or more of cotton, linen, yarn, nylon, polyester and spandex, a spacing between the perforations is 0.5-1 mm, and a perforation size is 0.5-3 mm. 
     
     
         18 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each of the at least one woven strap comprises a first woven area and a second woven area, and a perforation size of the first woven area is different from a perforation size of the second woven area. 
     
     
         19 . The shoe with an adjustable upper structure as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein a perforation size of the first woven area is larger than a perforation size of the second woven area. 
     
     
         20 . A shoe with an adjustable upper structure, comprising:
 a sole;   an upper, arranged on the sole; and   an adjustable structure, comprises at least one pin buckle and at least one woven strap, a plurality of woven perforations of each of the at least one woven strap is configured to cooperate with one of the at least one pin buckle, for adjustment of tightness of the upper.
