Abstract

A trim panel arrangement, in particular for a rail vehicle, includes at least one first trim panel part and at least one connecting device for connecting the trim panel arrangement to at least one device to be at least partially covered, in particular for connecting the trim panel arrangement to a rail vehicle chassis to be at least partially covered or/and to a rail vehicle wagon body to be at least partially covered, wherein the at least first trim panel part is formed by or from wood in a laminated material, and wherein the at least one connecting device is connected to the at least first trim panel part such that a lightweight trim panel is achieved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
.- 13 . (canceled)

. A trim panel arrangement for a rail vehicle, the trim panel arrangement comprising:
at least one first trim panel part; and at least one connecting device for connecting the trim panel arrangement having at least one device to be at least partially covered, the at least one connecting device connecting the trim panel arrangement to at least one of (i) a rail vehicle chassis to be at least partially covered and (ii) a rail vehicle car body to be at least partially covered; wherein the at least one first trim panel part is formed from a laminated material with wood or made of wood; and wherein the at least one connecting device is connected to the at least first trim panel part.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the laminated material is functionalized such that the at least one first trim panel part has fire protection.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part has a wall thickness which varies.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 15 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part has a wall thickness which varies.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part is curved or formed with an inclination which varies.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 15 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part is curved or formed with an inclination which varies.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 16 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part is curved or formed with an inclination which varies.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in one of claim 14 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part is at least partially covered in metal.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 21 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part is at least partially covered in aluminum.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 14 , wherein the at least one first trim panel part has at least one first coupling zone for connecting the at least one connecting device to the at least one first trim panel part; and wherein at least one first metallic insert is inserted into at least one first recess of the at least one first trim panel part in the at least one first coupling zone.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 23 , wherein the at least one first insert is arranged at least partially adjacent to a surface of the at least one first trim panel part which is offset from a base surface or a cover surface of the at least first trim panel part.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 23 , wherein a force-fitting connection and a material-bonded connection are formed between the at least one first insert and the at least one first trim panel part.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 24 , wherein a force-fitting connection and a material-bonded connection are formed between the at least one first insert and the at least one first trim panel part.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 23 , wherein the at least one first insert includes at least one bore for a screw or bolt.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 24 , wherein the at least one first insert includes at least one bore for a screw or bolt.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 26 , wherein the at least one first insert includes at least one bore for a screw or bolt.

. The trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 23 , wherein the at least one first insert is formed from aluminum.

. A rail vehicle having at least one trim panel arrangement as claimed in claim 14 .

. The rail vehicle as claimed in claim 31 , wherein at least one of (i) at least one rail vehicle chassis and (ii) at least one rail vehicle car body is at least partially covered with the at least one trim panel arrangement.
