Abstract
Aspects of the disclosed technology include a lighted inflatable pool including: a wall including a first inflatable chamber; a base; at least one lighting element disposed within the wall, the at least one lighting element being configured to emit light; and a receiver connected to the at least one lighting element, the receiver being configured to receive a command for controlling the lighting element and to control the at least one lighting element in correspondence with the command.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 41 . (canceled)
42 . A lighted inflatable structure comprising:
a base; a transparent wall configured to connect to the base and hold water, the transparent wall comprising:
a first inflatable chamber and a second inflatable chamber and connected to the first inflatable chamber when the wall is in an inflated configuration, wherein the first inflatable chamber and the second inflatable chamber are configured to:
inflate simultaneously; or
inflate separately; and
at least one lighting element configured to emit light through the transparent wall, wherein the at least one lighting element is disposed within both or at least one of the first or second inflatable chambers.
43 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the first and second inflatable chambers are cylindrical in shape.
44 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the first and second inflatable chambers form a close loop such that no internal air to a chamber can exit the chamber except through a valve.
45 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the first and second inflatable chambers are configured to inflate simultaneously by virtue of an aperture positioned at the top of the first inflatable chamber and at the bottom of the second inflatable chamber that is positioned atop of the first inflatable chamber.
46 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 45 wherein air flows between the first and second inflatable chambers.
47 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the first and second inflatable chambers comprise rigid internal members.
48 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the second inflatable chamber is positioned adjacent to the first inflatable chamber.
49 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the first inflatable chamber has a first valve and the second inflatable chamber has a different, second valve.
50 . (canceled)
51 . (canceled)
52 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein either the first or the second inflatable chamber houses the at least one lighting element, an attachment member, a receiver, and wiring.
53 . (canceled)
54 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 52 wherein the lighting element is at least one LED.
55 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 52 wherein an outer surface of the first inflatable chamber includes a pouch to hold the receiver.
56 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 53 wherein an outer surface of the second inflatable chamber includes a pouch to hold the receiver.
57 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 55 wherein a wall adjacent to the receiver contains apertures to allow for the wiring to pass through from the receiver to an internal space of the first chamber.
58 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 56 wherein a wall adjacent to the receiver contains apertures to allow for the wiring to pass through from the receiver to an internal space of the second chamber.
59 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 57 wherein the apertures are sealed around the wiring.
60 . A lighted inflatable structure comprising:
a base; a transparent wall configured to connect to the base and hold water, the transparent wall comprising:
a plurality of inflatable chambers that are connected to one another and, wherein each of the plurality of inflatable chambers are configured to:
inflate simultaneously; or
inflate separately; and
at least one lighting element configured to emit light through the transparent wall, wherein the at least one lighting element is disposed within all of or at least one of the plurality of chambers.
61 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 60 , wherein the plurality of inflatable chambers are positioned adjacently to each other.
62 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 61 , wherein the plurality of inflatable chambers are positioned atop of one another in a stacked configuration.
63 . The lighted inflatable structure of claim 42 wherein the second inflatable chamber is positioned atop of the first inflatable chamber in a stacked configuration.Cited by (0)
