Abstract
An apparatus comprising a toy kit includes at least a pair of symmetrical-ended members, a cross-shaped member, and a dual-purposed member. The pair of symmetrical-ended members include two curved members that are mechanically coupled via spheroid domes and ball joints located at each end of the symmetrical-ended members. The cross-shaped member includes multiple shafts having a ball joints or spheroid domes at each end of the shafts. The dual-purposed member includes a shaft having a ball joint and spheroid dome at one end of the shaft. The spheroid domes and ball joints are deformable to enable mechanical coupling in which more than half of the surface area of the ball joint is wrapped by the spheroid dome and producing a unique sound when coupling.

at least a pair of symmetrical-ended members, the at least a pair comprising a first member and a second member, wherein:
the first member includes a shaft, a distal end, and a proximal end, wherein each of the distal end and the proximal end of the first member includes a spheroid dome; and
the second member includes a shaft, a distal end, and a proximal end, wherein each of the distal end and the proximal end of the second member includes a ball joint,
wherein:
the spheroid dome of at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the first member is mechanically couplable with the ball joint of at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the second member such that more than half of a surface area of the ball joint is wrapped by the spheroid dome,
the at least the pair is deformable such that the spheroid dome of the at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the first member and the ball joint of the at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the second member can deform to enable the ball joint to mechanically couple to the spheroid dome,
the shaft of each of the first member and the second member is curved such that each of the distal end and the proximal end of each of the first member and the second member is mechanically couplable, forming an enclosed shape with the first member and the second member, and
the at least the pair produces a sound when mechanically decoupled;
a cross-shaped member that comprises:
a first member including a shaft and a spheroid dome;
a second member including a shaft and a spheroid dome;
a third member including a shaft and a ball joint; and
a fourth member including a shaft and a ball joint,
wherein:
each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped member is mechanically couplable to a ball joint of another member including the ball joint of each of the third member and the fourth member and such that more than half of a surface area of the ball joint of the another member is wrapped by the spheroid dome of each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped member,
the cross-shaped member is deformable to enable mechanical coupling of the spheroid dome of each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped to another ball joint and mechanical coupling of the ball joint of each of the third member and the fourth member of the cross-shaped member to another spheroid dome, and
the cross-shaped member produces a sound when mechanically decoupled; and
a dual-purposed member that comprises:
a shaft;
a distal end including spheroid dome; and
a proximal end including a ball joint,
wherein:
the spheroid dome of distal end of the dual-purposed member is mechanically couplable with another ball joint such that the spheroid dome of distal end of the dual-purposed member wraps more than half of a surface area of another ball joint,
the dual-purposed member is deformable such that the shaft enables mechanical coupling between the spheroid dome of the distal end of the dual-purposed member and the ball joint of the proximal end of the dual-purposed member, forming an enclosed shape, and
the dual-purposed member produces a sound when mechanically decoupled,
wherein each of the at least the pair, the cross-shaped member, and the dual-purposed member is couplable to each other or other pairs of symmetrical-ended members, cross-shaped members, and dual-purposed members.
2 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein each of the at least the pair, the cross-shaped member, and the dual-purposed member have different colors.
3 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the shafts of each of the at least the pair, the cross-shaped member, and the dual-purposed member have longitudinal grooves.
4 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the apparatus is comprised of silicone materials including food-grade silicone.
5 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein distal end to the proximal end of the dual-purposed member is 4.5 inches in length.
6 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the spheroid dome of first member of the cross-shaped member to the ball joint of the fourth member of the cross-shaped member is 4.5 inches in length.
7 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the spheroid dome of the second member of the cross-shaped member to the ball joint of the third member of the cross-shaped member is 4.5 inches in length.
8 . An apparatus, comprising at least a pair of symmetrical-ended members, the at least a pair comprising a first member and a second member, wherein:
the first member includes a shaft, a distal end, and a proximal end, wherein each of the distal end and the proximal end of the first member includes a spheroid dome; and the second member includes a shaft, a distal end, and a proximal end, wherein each of the distal end and the proximal end of the second member includes a ball joint, wherein:
the spheroid dome of at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the first member is mechanically couplable with the ball joint of at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the second member such that more than half of a surface area of the ball joint is wrapped by the spheroid dome,
the at least the pair is deformable such that the spheroid dome of the at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the first member and the ball joint of the at least one of the distal end or the proximal end of the second member can deform to enable the ball joint to mechanically couple to the spheroid dome,
the shaft of each of the first member and the second member is curved such that each of the distal end and the proximal end of each of the first member and the second member is mechanically couplable, forming an enclosed shape with the first member and the second member, and
the at least the pair produces a sound when mechanically decoupled.
9 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the first member and the second member of the at least the pair are different colors.
10 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the shafts of each of the first member and the second member of the at least the pair have longitudinal grooves.
11 . The apparatus of claim 8 , wherein the apparatus is comprised of silicone materials including food-grade silicone.
12 . An apparatus, comprising a cross-shaped member that comprises:
a first member including a shaft and a spheroid dome; a second member including a shaft and a spheroid dome; a third member including a shaft and a ball joint; and a fourth member including a shaft and a ball joint, wherein:
each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped member is mechanically couplable to a ball joint of another member including the ball joint of each of the third member and the fourth member and such that more than half of a surface area of the ball joint of the another member is wrapped by the spheroid dome of each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped member,
the cross-shaped member is deformable to enable mechanical coupling of the spheroid dome of each of the first member and the second member of the cross-shaped to another ball joint and mechanical coupling of the ball joint of each of the third member and the fourth member of the cross-shaped member to another spheroid dome, and
the cross-shaped member produces a sound when mechanically decoupled.
13 . The apparatus of claim 12 , the shafts of each of first member, the second member, the third, member, and the fourth member of the cross-shaped member have longitudinal grooves.
14 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the apparatus is comprised of silicone materials including food-grade silicone.
15 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the spheroid dome of the first member of the cross-shaped member to the ball joint of the fourth member of the cross-shaped member is 4.5 inches in length.
16 . The apparatus of claim 12 , wherein the spheroid of the second member of the cross-shaped member to the ball joint of the third member of the cross-shaped member is 4.5 inches in length.
17 . An apparatus, comprising:
a dual-purposed member that comprises:
a shaft;
a distal end including spheroid dome; and
a proximal end including a ball joint,
wherein:
the spheroid dome of distal end of the dual-purposed member is mechanically couplable with another ball joint such that the spheroid dome of distal end of the dual-purposed member wraps more than half of a surface area of another ball joint,
the dual-purposed member is deformable such that the shaft enables mechanical coupling between the spheroid dome of the distal end of the dual-purposed member and the ball joint of the proximal end of the dual-purposed member, forming an enclosed shape, and
the dual-purposed member produces a sound when mechanically decoupled.
18 . The apparatus of claim 17 , the shaft of the dual-purposed member has longitudinal grooves.
19 . The apparatus of claim 17 , wherein the apparatus is comprised of silicone materials including food-grade silicone.
