Abstract
A sustainable article including a waste material and a binder is provided. The binder is mixed with the waste material and configured to bind the waste material to form the sustainable article. The binder may include a catalyst configured to enable the binder to bind the waste material to form the sustainable article. The sustainable article further includes a reinforcement system.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed:
1 . A sustainable article comprising:
a waste material; a binder mixed with the waste material and configured to bind the waste material to form the sustainable article; and a reinforcement system.
2 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one tube attached to a side of the sustainable article.
3 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises a plurality of tubes attached to a side of the sustainable article.
4 . The sustainable article of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of tubes comprises three tubes.
5 . The sustainable article of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of tubes are attached to the sustainable article with fasteners.
6 . The sustainable article of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of tubes comprises a plurality of metal tubes.
7 . The sustainable article of claim 3 , wherein the plurality of tubes are attached to at least two sides of the sustainable article.
8 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one tube overmolded into the sustainable article
9 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises a plurality of tubes overmolded into the sustainable article.
10 . The sustainable article of claim 9 , wherein the plurality of tubes comprises three tubes.
11 . The sustainable article of claim 9 , wherein the plurality of tubes comprises a plurality of metal tubes.
12 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one tube attached to a side of the sustainable article by at least one connector.
13 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises a plurality of tubes attached to a side of the sustainable article by two connectors.
14 . The sustainable article of claim 13 , wherein the plurality of tubes comprises three tubes.
15 . The sustainable article of claim 13 , wherein the two connectors attach the plurality of tubes to a connection system of the sustainable article.
16 . The sustainable article of claim 13 , wherein the two connectors comprise two plates each defining a plurality of connection holes and a plurality of tube holes.
17 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one tube attached positioned within a groove of the sustainable article, and wherein the reinforcement system further comprises at least one plate overmolded into the sustainable article.
18 . The sustainable article of claim 1 , wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one Thrie beam attached to a side of the sustainable article.
19 . A sustainable article comprising:
a waste material; and a binder mixed with the waste material and configured to bind the waste material to form the sustainable article; and a reinforcement system, wherein the sustainable article is capable of being certified under the MASH TL3 certification test.
20 . A sustainable article comprising:
a waste material; and a binder mixed with the waste material and configured to bind the waste material to form the sustainable article; and a reinforcement system, wherein the reinforcement system comprises at least one tube attached to a side of the sustainable article, and wherein the sustainable article is capable of being certified under the MASH TL3 certification test.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
