Nursing garment and clasp assembly

Abstract

The present application discloses a nursing garment comprising: shoulder strap; a first clasp connected to the shoulder strap, the first clasp having a first hook and a first slot; an inner layer with an opening configured to support part of a breast pump inserted into the opening, or to allow a user's nipple to be exposed for breastfeeding; a second clasp connected to the inner layer, configured to removably connect the inner layer to the first slot; and an outer layer with a third clasp connected to it, the third clasp configured to detachably connect the outer layer to the first hook.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A nursing garment, comprising:
 shoulder strap;   a first clasp, wherein the first clasp is connected to the shoulder strap and includes a substrate, a first hook and a first slot, the first hook and the first slot are both arranged on the substrate, the first hook is set at the first position of the substrate, and the first slot is set at the second position of the substrate, and the first position and the second position are spaced apart;   an inner layer, wherein the inner layer has an opening configured to support at least a portion of a breast pump inserted into the opening or configured to allow a user's nipple to be exposed through the opening for breastfeeding;   a second clasp, wherein the second clasp is connected to the inner layer and is configured to removably attach the inner layer to the first slot; and   an outer layer and a third clasp, wherein the third clasp is connected to the outer layer and is configured to removably attach the outer layer to the first hook.   
     
     
         2 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the second clasp includes a second hook that matches the first slot. 
     
     
         3 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the third clasp includes a second slot that matches the first hook. 
     
     
         4 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the opening is formed between three edges of the inner layer, and the three edges at least partially overlap. 
     
     
         5 . The nursing garment according to  claim 4 , wherein the elasticity of the three edges is greater than the elasticity of other portions of the inner layer. 
     
     
         6 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the opening is a slit. 
     
     
         7 . The nursing garment according to  claims 1 , wherein the first slot is positioned below the first hook when the nursing garment is worn. 
     
     
         8 . The nursing garment according to  claims 2 , wherein the second hook is configured to protrude in a direction away from the wearer when the nursing garment is worn and the second hook is connected to the first slot. 
     
     
         9 . The nursing garment according to  claims 1 , wherein the first clasp further includes a substrate, wherein the first hook and the first slot are both provided on the substrate, and the substrate includes a first connecting structure for attaching the shoulder strap. 
     
     
         10 . The nursing garment according to  claims 1 , wherein the nursing garment further comprising a support strap, the first clasp further includes a substrate, wherein the first hook and the first slot are both provided on the substrate, and the substrate includes a second connecting structure for attaching the support strap. 
     
     
         11 . The nursing garment according to  claim 10 , wherein the second connecting structure is positioned between the first hook and the first slot. 
     
     
         12 . The nursing garment according to  claims 2 , wherein the second hook is configured to protrude in a direction close to the wearer when the nursing garment is worn and the second hook is connected to the first slot. 
     
     
         13 . The nursing garment according to  claim 10 , wherein the substrate gradually narrows in width along a direction from the first hook to the first slot. 
     
     
         14 . The nursing garment according to  claim 9 , wherein the first connecting structure is positioned above the first hook. 
     
     
         15 . The nursing garment according to  claim 10 , wherein the first hook comprises a first portion and a second portion, the first portion being connected to the substrate, the second portion connected to the first portion through a bent transition, and the first portion including a protrusion.

         21 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the first slot is provided through the thickness direction of the substrate. 
     
     
         22 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the first slot is positioned above the first hook when the nursing garment is worn. 
     
     
         23 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the third clasp is connected to the outer layer and is configured to be directly and removably attached to the first hook without an intermediate clasp. 
     
     
         24 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the second clasp is connected to the inner layer and is configured to be directly and removably attached to the first slot without an intermediate clasp. 
     
     
         25 . The nursing garment according to  claim 1 , wherein the second clasp and the third clasp can be independently detached from the first clasp.
