Abstract
A method for controlling fitness of an electric power-assisted vehicle includes: determining an exercise mode according to a fitness goal, the exercise mode being one of an interval mode, a climbing mode, an aerobic mode and a recovery mode; triggering an operation instruction according to the exercise mode determined; switching the electric power-assisted vehicle to the exercise mode determined based on the operation instruction; and generating an exercise report and providing a feedback to a user after completion of the excise mode determined.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for controlling fitness of an electric power-assisted vehicle, comprising:
determining an exercise mode according to a fitness goal, the exercise mode being one of an interval mode, a climbing mode, an aerobic mode and a recovery mode; triggering an operation instruction according to the exercise mode determined; switching the electric power-assisted vehicle to the exercise mode determined based on the operation instruction; and generating an exercise report and providing a feedback to a user after completion of the excise mode determined.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising: providing an exercise reward to the user after completion of the excise mode determined.
3 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein providing the exercise reward to the user comprises:
grading the exercise mode according to an exercise intensity; and providing the user with different exercise rewards according to the grading.
4 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the exercise reward comprises at least one of: a virtual medal, a prize, a skin, or a point.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the exercise report comprises at least one of:
fitness data, fitness effect evaluation, follow-up fitness suggestion, ranking in a chart.
6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein each exercise mode comprises a warm-up stage, an exercise stage and a relaxation stage in sequence.
7 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein a power assist in the warm-up stage of the interval mode, the climbing mode and the aerobic mode gradually decreases, and the power assist in the warm-up stage of the recovery mode remains constant.
8 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein in the exercise stage of the interval mode, a power assist intensity of the electric power-assisted vehicle changes in size in stages.
9 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein in the exercise stage of the climbing mode, a power assist intensity of the electric power-assisted vehicle changes periodically, and in each period, the power assist intensity changes from low to high.
10 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein a power assist intensity of the electric power-assisted vehicle in the exercise stage of the aerobic mode is weaker than a power assist intensity of the exercise stage in the climbing mode, and in the exercise stage of the aerobic mode, the power assist intensity remains unchanged in a set period.
11 . The method according to claim 6 , wherein an initial power assist intensity of the electric power-assisted vehicle in the exercise stage of the recovery mode is higher than a power assist intensity in the exercise stage of the aerobic mode, and a change amplitude of the power assist intensity of the electric power-assisted vehicle in the exercise stage of the recovery mode is less than a power assist intensity in the exercise stage of the climbing mode.
12 . An electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and a memory storing a computer program executable by the processor, wherein the processor is configured to: determine an exercise mode according to a fitness goal, the exercise mode being one of an interval mode, a climbing mode, an aerobic mode and a recovery mode; trigger an operation instruction according to the exercise mode determined; switch the electric power-assisted vehicle to the exercise mode determined based on the operation instruction; generate an exercise report and provide a feedback to a user after completion of the excise mode determined.
13 . The method according to claim 12 , further comprising: providing an exercise reward to the user after completion of the excise mode determined.
14 . The method according to claim 13 , wherein providing the exercise reward to the user comprises:
grading the exercise mode according to an exercise intensity; and providing the user with different exercise rewards according to the grading.
15 . The method according to claim 14 , wherein the exercise reward comprises at least one of: a virtual medal, a prize, a skin, or a point.
16 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein the exercise report comprises at least one of: fitness data, fitness effect evaluation, follow-up fitness suggestion, ranking in a chart.
17 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein each exercise mode comprises a warm-up stage, an exercise stage and a relaxation stage in sequence.
18 . The method according to claim 17 , wherein a power assist in the warm-up stage of the interval mode, the climbing mode and the aerobic mode gradually decreases, and the power assist in the warm-up stage of the recovery mode remains constant.
19 . An electric power-assisted vehicle, comprising:
an electronic device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory storing a computer program executable by the processor,
wherein the processor is configured to: determine an exercise mode according to a fitness goal, the exercise mode being one of an interval mode, a climbing mode, an aerobic mode and a recovery mode; trigger an operation instruction according to the exercise mode determined; switch the electric power-assisted vehicle to the exercise mode determined based on the operation instruction; generate an exercise report and provide a feedback to a user after completion of the excise mode determined.
20 . The electric power-assisted vehicle according to claim 19 , further comprising a sensor used to monitor a riding state and an environmental factor for a user,
wherein the riding state comprises at least one of: a speed, a pedaling frequency, a heart rate, or a body temperature; and the environmental factor comprises at least one of: a slope, an altitude, an air pressure, a pollution index, or a temperature.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
