Claims

Abstract

The present invention discloses a wind wheel, and a blower using the same. The wind wheel includes a wind wheel front disc, a wind wheel rear disc, and a plurality of main blades mounted and connected between the wind wheel front disc and wind wheel rear disc, wherein a wind inlet is provided in the middle of the wind wheel front disc; an air duct is formed between every two adjacent main blade; a connection seat for being connected to a rotating shaft of a motor is provided at the center of the wind wheel rear disc; a plurality of auxiliary blades protrude at positions inward from an edge of the wind wheel rear disc and are uniformly distributed around an axial direction; and the auxiliary blades and the main blades are respectively distributed on two sides of the wind wheel rear disc, wherein a plurality of curved blades protrude from the wind wheel rear disc and extend between the connection seat and auxiliary blades. The curved blades can increase an airflow velocity inside the volute, reduce airflow vortices inside the volute, and effectively increase static pressure inside the volute.

1 . A wind wheel, comprising:
 a wind wheel front disc ( 1 ), a wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ), and a plurality of main blades ( 3 ) mounted and connected between the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) and the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ), wherein a wind inlet ( 11 ) is provided in the middle of the wind wheel front disc ( 1 );   an air duct ( 10 ) is formed between every two adjacent main blades ( 3 );   a connection seat ( 21 ) for being connected to a rotating shaft of a motor is provided at the center of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 );   a plurality of auxiliary blades ( 4 ) protrude at positions inward from an edge of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) and are uniformly distributed around an axial direction; and   the auxiliary blades ( 4 ) and the main blades ( 3 ) are respectively distributed on two sides of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ), wherein a plurality of curved blades ( 22 ) protrude from the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) and extend between the connection seat ( 21 ) and auxiliary blades ( 4 ).

The wind wheel according to  claim 1 , wherein head portions of the curved blades ( 22 ) are connected to an outer side surface of the connection seat ( 21 ), and tail portions of the curved blades ( 22 ) are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the auxiliary blades ( 4 ). 
     
     
         3 . The wind wheel according to  claim 2 , wherein the curved blades ( 22 ) are forward-inclined blades. 
     
     
         4 . The wind wheel according to  claim 2 , wherein the curved blades ( 22 ) are backward-inclined blades curved in a counterclockwise direction. 
     
     
         5 . The wind wheel according to  claim 1 , wherein the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) and the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) are both circular flat plates; the diameter of the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) is smaller than the diameter of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ); and the plurality of curved blades ( 22 ) are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the connection seat ( 21 ). 
     
     
         6 . The wind wheel according to  claim 2 , wherein the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) and the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) are both circular flat plates; the diameter of the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) is smaller than the diameter of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ); and the plurality of curved blades ( 22 ) are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the connection seat ( 21 ).

The wind wheel according to  claim 3 , wherein the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) and the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) are both circular flat plates; the diameter of the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) is smaller than the diameter of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ); and the plurality of curved blades ( 22 ) are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the connection seat ( 21 ). 
     
     
         8 . The wind wheel according to  claim 4 , wherein the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) and the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ) are both circular flat plates; the diameter of the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ) is smaller than the diameter of the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ); and the plurality of curved blades ( 22 ) are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the connection seat ( 21 ). 
     
     
         9 . The wind wheel according to  claim 5 , wherein the wind wheel front disc ( 1 ), the wind wheel rear disc ( 2 ), the main blades ( 3 ), the auxiliary blades ( 4 ), and the curved blades ( 22 ) are integrally formed by injection molding. 
     
     
         10 . A blower, comprising a volute, a motor mounted outside the volute, and a wind wheel ( 100 ) mounted in an inner cavity of the volute, wherein the wind wheel ( 100 ) is the wind wheel according to  claim 1 , and a rotating shaft of the motor extends into the inner cavity and is connected to the connection seat ( 21 ) of the wind wheel ( 100 ).
