Abstract

Embodiments of the present invention provide a multifunctional cosmetic applicator head and application device designed for controlled and hygienic application of skincare products. The applicator head comprises a main body with a liquid supply channel extending between a first end, which is detachably connected to a container, and a second end configured with a sealing member and one or more rolling elements. The sealing member includes a fixed portion and an elastically deformable movable portion that opens under internal pressure and automatically reseals when pressure is released. The second end features recessed rolling grooves that partially house rolling elements, enabling uniform product application and massage. A detachable cover presses the rolling elements inward to maintain sealing during non-use. The device may further include a stimulation element to provide one or more therapies to a user.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An applicator head comprising:
a main body having a first end configured to be coupled to a container and a second end; a liquid supply channel extending through the main body from the first end to the second end; a sealing member disposed adjacent to an outlet opening of the liquid supply channel, the sealing member comprising a fixed portion and a movable portion, the movable portion being elastically deformable relative to the fixed portion and configured to selectively open or close the outlet opening; at least one rolling element rotatably positioned at the second end and configured to contact a target surface; and a cover body configured to enclose at least part of the second end and comprising a protrusion positioned to abut the rolling element and transmit force to the movable portion of the sealing member to prevent liquid flow.

2 . The applicator head of claim 1 , wherein the cover body comprises at least one protrusion configured to engage with the rolling element and push the rolling element into sealing contact with the movable portion of the sealing member when the cover body is placed, thereby preventing fluid leakage during non-use.

3 . The applicator head of claim 1 , wherein the sealing member is normally closed and opens in response to pressure applied by a user to the container.

4 . The applicator head of claim 1 , wherein the movable portion of the sealing member comprises a pad and a protrusion extending toward the rolling element.

5 . The applicator head of claim 4 , wherein the protrusion is arranged to be engaged by the rolling element during rotation.

6 . The applicator head of claim 1 , wherein the second end comprises a rolling groove for housing the rolling element, and wherein the outlet opening of the liquid supply channel is located on a groove wall of the rolling groove.

7 . The applicator head of claim 6 , wherein a rolling gap is defined between the rolling element and the groove wall, the rolling gap configured to accommodate elastic deformation of the movable portion.

8 . The applicator head of claim 6 , wherein the second end includes a guide groove extending from the outlet opening toward a peripheral notch of the rolling groove.

9 . The applicator head of claim 1 , wherein the sealing member is secured within a receiving groove formed in the second end of the main body.

10 . An applicator head comprising:
a main body having a first end configured to be coupled to a fluid container and a second end; a liquid supply channel extending from the first end to the second end; at least one rolling element disposed at the second end and configured to contact a target surface; at least one light-emitting element disposed within the main body and configured to emit light toward the target surface; a light-transmitting component disposed between the light-emitting element and the rolling element, the light-transmitting component being configured to guide light emitted by the light-emitting element toward the target surface through the rolling element; and a sealing member positioned at an outlet opening of the liquid supply channel and configured to regulate fluid flow.

11 . The applicator head of claim 10 , wherein the light-emitting element comprises at least one LED configured to emit visible, ultraviolet, or infrared light.

12 . The applicator head of claim 10 , wherein the rolling element comprises a light-transmitting material to permit light from the light-emitting element to reach the target surface.

13 . The applicator head of claim 10 , wherein the sealing member comprises a fixed portion and a movable portion, the movable portion is elastically deformable relative to the fixed portion and configured to selectively open or close the outlet opening.

14 . The applicator head of claim 13 further comprises a cover body having at least one protrusion positioned to abut the rolling element and transmit force to the movable portion of the sealing member to prevent liquid flow.

15 . A method of applying a liquid to a target surface using an applicator head, the method comprising:
providing an applicator head having a main body with a first end configured to be coupled to a container, a second end, and a liquid supply channel extending from the first end to the second end;    providing a sealing member adjacent to an outlet opening of the liquid supply channel, the sealing member comprising a fixed portion and a movable portion;    positioning at least one rolling element at the second end of the applicator head such that the rolling element is rotatable and contacts the target surface;    applying pressure to the container or actuating the applicator head to elastically deform the movable portion of the sealing member and open the outlet opening to dispense the liquid; and    rolling the at least one rolling element across the target surface to apply the dispensed liquid.

16 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising: placing a cover body over the second end of the applicator head, the cover body comprising a protrusion configured to abut the rolling element and transmit force to the movable portion of the sealing member to seal the outlet opening and prevent leakage during non-use.

17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the cover body encloses the second end to seal and prevent accidental actuation or contamination of the rolling element and outlet opening during storage.

18 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising activating a light-emitting element disposed within the applicator head to emit therapeutic light through a light-transmitting rolling element toward the target surface during application.

19 . The method of claim 15 , further comprising providing one or more therapies to a user by providing at least one stimulation element in the applicator head.

20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising detecting user-applied pressure and actuating at least one stimulation element in response to the pressure.
