Extension guide
Abstract
The invention relates to an extension guide ( 1 ) for mounting a movable furniture part linearly movably along an extension direction ( 2 ), comprising a carcass rail ( 10 ) which can be fixed to a furniture carcass, a drawer rail ( 50 ) which can be fixed to the movable furniture part, a linearly movable center rail ( 30 ) arranged between the carcass rail ( 10 ) and the drawer rail ( 50 ), and first guide means ( 72 ) for guiding the center rail ( 30 ), and for supporting the center rail ( 30 ) transversely to the extension direction ( 2 ), in particular in the horizontal direction. Improved lateral guidance and support of the center rail 30 on the carcass rail 10 is achieved in that the first guide means ( 72 ) are connected to the carcass rail ( 10 ) indirectly or directly in a stationary manner.

a carcass rail configured to be attached to a furniture carcass; a drawer rail configured to be attached to the movable furniture part; a linearly movable center rail arranged between the carcass rail and the drawer rail; and a first guide configured to guide the center rail and to support the center rail transversely to the extension direction, the first guide being connected directly or indirectly to the carcass rail such that the first guide is stationary in the extension direction relative to the carcass rail.
16 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the first guide is configured to support the center rail in a horizontal direction.
17 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the carcass rail includes a fastening section configured to be fastened to the furniture carcass, a bottom adjoining the fastening section at an angle, and a side section adjoining the bottom at a further angle; and the first guide is arranged on an outer side of the side section which outer side faces away from the fastening section.
18 : The extension guide of claim 17 , wherein:
the bottom adjoins the fastening section at a right angle; and the side section adjoins the bottom at a right angle.
19 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the carcass rail has a longitudinal extent in the extension direction; and the first guide is one of a plurality of first guides, and a distance between two of the first guides which are furthest apart in the extension direction is at least one half of the longitudinal extent of the carcass rail.
20 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the carcass rail has a longitudinal extent in the extension direction; and the first guide is one of a plurality of first guides, and a distance between two of the first guides which are furthest apart in the extension direction is at least two thirds of the longitudinal extent of the carcass rail.
21 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the carcass rail has a longitudinal extent in the extension direction; and the first guide is one of a plurality of first guides, and a distance between two of the first guides which are furthest apart in the extension direction is at least three quarters of the longitudinal extent of the carcass rail.
22 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the first guide includes a plurality of first guide rollers mounted rotatably about vertical axes of rotation, each first guide roller being supported directly or indirectly from the carcass rail by a roller pin.
23 : The extension guide of claim 22 , wherein:
each of the first guide rollers is at least partially received in a first guide receptacle, and each of the roller pins has ends received in pin receptacles of the first guide receptacle.
24 : The extension guide of claim 15 , wherein:
the carcass rail includes a fastening section configured to be fastened to the furniture carcass; the center rail includes a top wall and first and second opposite side walls angled from the top wall, wherein an outer side of the first side wall and an inner side of the second side wall face towards the fastening section of the carcass rail; the inner side of the second side wall is in contact with the first guide during linear movement of the movable furniture part.
25 : The extension guide of claim 24 , wherein:
the first guide includes at least one guide roller which rolls on the inner side of the second side wall during the linear movement of the movable furniture part.
26 : The extension guide of claim 25 , further comprising:
an attaching element including two attaching segments detachably attached to the carcass rail; wherein the first guide is one of a plurality of first guides, and at least one of the first guides is arranged on each of the attaching segments.
27 : The extension guide of claim 26 , wherein:
each of the first guides is at least partially received in a first guide receptacle mounted on a respective one of the attaching segments.
28 : The extension guide of claim 15 , further comprising:
an attaching element detachably attached to the carcass rail by a latching connection; wherein the first guide is arranged on the attaching element; wherein the latching connection includes a hook-shaped receiving element defined on the carcass rail and a receptacle defined on the attaching element, the hook-shaped receiving element being at least partially received in the receptacle; and wherein the attaching element includes a latching projection at least partially received in a positioning receptacle of the carcass rail.
29 : The extension guide of claim 15 , further comprising:
at least one load-transmitting inner carriage arranged between the carcass rail and the center rail, the inner carriage including at least one first lateral guide configured to guide the center rail and to support the center rail transversely relative to the extension direction.
30 : The extension guide of claim 29 , wherein:
the first lateral guide includes a guide roller mounted rotatably about a vertical axis of rotation.
31 : The extension guide of claim 29 , wherein:
the center rail includes a first side wall; the carcass rail includes a side section; and an inner side of the first side wall of the center rail and an inner side of the side section of the carcass rail are in contact with the first lateral guide of the inner carriage.
