Abstract

The non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to the present invention includes a composition in which α-γ transformation can occur, and the composition contains Ti: 0.0001%˜0.0050%, and when an area ratio of crystal grains in a {hkl} orientation (within a tolerance of 10°) to the entire visual field when a steel sheet surface is measured by a scanning electron microscope equipped with electron back scattering diffraction (SEM-EBSD) is represented as Ahkl-uvw, A411-011 is 15% or more, and the number density of precipitates is 0.5 pieces/μm2˜50 pieces/μm2.

1 . A non-oriented electrical steel sheet, comprising a chemical composition containing:
 in mass %,   C: 0.010% or less;   Si: 1.50%˜4.00%;   sol. Al: 0.0001%˜1.0000%;   S: 0.010% or less;   N: 0.0005%˜0.0100%;   Ti: 0.0010%˜0.0050%;   one or more selected from the group consisting of Mn, Ni, and Cu: 2.50%˜5.00% in total;   Co: 0.000%˜1.000%;   Sn: 0.000%˜0.400%;   Sb: 0.000%˜0.400%; and   P: 0.000%˜0.400%, and   satisfying (1) Expression below when the Mn content (mass %) is set to [Mn], the Ni content (mass %) is set to [Ni], the Cu content (mass %) is set to [Cu], the Si content (mass %) is set to [Si], the sol. Al content (mass %) is set to [sol.
