Composite fiber, multifilament, woven article, and textile product
Abstract
A composite fiber is provided in which two types of segments A and B are present in a fiber transverse section, where the segment B has a cross-sectional area smaller than a cross-sectional area of the segment A, and is formed of two types of polymers combined in a side-by-side type or an eccentric core-sheath type; and where a multifilament is composed of two types of filaments A and B, in which one or more of the filaments B are present between any two of the filaments A in the multifilament; and where a woven or knitted fabric is subjected to water repellent finish and includes a multifilament composed of two types of filaments A and B, in which one or more of the filaments B are present between any two of the filaments A in the multifilament.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A composite fiber in which two types of segments A and B are present in a fiber transverse section, wherein the segment B has a cross-sectional area smaller than a cross-sectional area of the segment A, and is formed of two types of polymers combined in a side-by-side type or an eccentric core-sheath type.
2 . The composite fiber according to claim 1 , wherein three or more of the segments B are disposed on an outer periphery of the segment A in the fiber transverse section.
3 . The composite fiber according to claim 1 , wherein a cross-sectional area S B per segment B is 1 μm 2 ≤S B <65 μm 2 in the fiber transverse section.
4 . The composite fiber according to claim 1 , wherein the composite fiber is a sea-island composite fiber including the segments A and B as island components, and a sea component is formed of a polymer having a highest dissolution rate in a solvent among polymers constituting the sea-island composite fiber.
5 . A multifilament obtained by dividing the segments A and B from the composite fiber according to claim 1 .
6 . A fiber product at least partially comprising the multifilament according to claim 5 .
7 . A multifilament composed of two types of filaments A and B, wherein one or more of the filaments B are present between any two of the filaments A in the multifilament, and the filament B has a smaller fiber diameter than a fiber diameter of the filament A and is formed of two types of polymers combined in a side-by-side type or an eccentric core-sheath type.
8 . The multifilament according to claim 7 , wherein a fiber diameter D B of the filament B is 1 μm≤D B <9 μm.
9 . A woven or knitted fabric at least partially comprising the multifilament according to claim 7 .
10 . The woven or knitted fabric according to claim 9 , wherein the woven or knitted fabric is subjected to water repellent finish.
11 . A woven or knitted fabric subjected to water repellent finish, comprising a multifilament composed of two types of filaments A and B, wherein one or more of the filaments B are present between any two of the filaments A in the multifilament, the filament B has a smaller fiber diameter than a fiber diameter of the filament A and is formed of two types of polymers combined in a side-by-side type or an eccentric core-sheath type, and a sliding angle of water drop is 1 to 20 degrees.
12 . The woven or knitted fabric according to claim 11 , wherein a difference between the sliding angles of water drop before and after repeating washing in accordance with JIS L1930-2014-C4M method and drying in accordance with JIS L1930-2014-A method (line dry) 20 times is 0 to 20 degrees.
13 . The woven or knitted fabric according to claim 11 , wherein a fluorine content in combustion-ion chromatography is 25 ng/g or less.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
