Abstract
A compressor assembly in which an integrated cover can be produced in a single mold and then folded through a plurality of folding lines to surround a compressor, thereby improving the assemblability and productivity of the cover, and a ground line can be assembled and guided to the outside of the cover using a trimming portion of the cover without forming a separate hole in the cover.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A compressor assembly comprising:
a compressor; and a cover that covers the compressor, wherein the cover is formed as a single body and folded by a plurality of folding lines to cover the compressor.
2 . The compressor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the cover is formed of a sound-insulating material and a sound-absorbing material that is provided on the sound-insulating material and is formed of a different material from the sound-insulating material.
3 . The compressor assembly of claim 2 , wherein the sound-absorbing material is provided at a position other than the plurality of folding lines of the cover and a perimeter of the cover.
4 . The compressor assembly of claim 1 , wherein the cover comprises:
a first cover part disposed to face a front surface of an inverter housing of the compressor; a second cover part disposed to face a first side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a first folding line; a third cover part disposed to face a second side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a second folding line; and a fourth cover part disposed to face an upper surface of the inverter housing of the compressor and foldable with respect to the third cover part through a third folding line.
5 . The compressor assembly of claim 4 , further comprising:
one or more first fastening members that fasten the second cover part and the third cover part; and one or more second fastening members that fasten the second cover part and the fourth cover part, wherein one or more first fastening holes through which the one or more first fastening members pass are provided in each of perimeters of the second cover part and the third cover part, and one or more second fastening holes through which the one or more second fastening members pass are provided in each of perimeters of the second cover part and the fourth cover part.
6 . The compressor assembly of claim 4 , wherein the fourth cover part is coupled to a fifth cover part that covers between a high-voltage connector and a low-voltage connector of the compressor.
7 . The compressor assembly of claim 1 , wherein a ground line of the compressor passes through a first trimming portion formed between cover parts disposed adjacent to each other with one of the plurality of folding lines interposed therebetween.
8 . The compressor assembly of claim 7 , wherein the first trimming portion is formed at a position facing at least a part of a front surface of the inverter housing of the compressor when the cover is assembled.
9 . The compressor assembly of claim 8 , further comprising:
a ground bolt that assembles and grounds the ground line to the front surface of the inverter housing in the first trimming portion.
10 . The compressor assembly of claim 9 , wherein the first trimming portion extends to a position facing at least a part of a side surface of the inverter housing of the compressor when the cover is assembled, and the ground line extends from the front surface of the inverter housing to the side surface of the inverter housing and is then guided to an outside of the cover through the first trimming portion.
11 . The compressor assembly of claim 7 , wherein the cover includes:
a first cover part disposed to face a front surface of an inverter housing of the compressor; a second cover part disposed to face a first side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a first folding line; a third cover part disposed to face a second side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a second folding line; and a fourth cover part disposed to face an upper surface of the inverter housing of the compressor and foldable with respect to the third cover part through a third folding line, wherein the first trimming portion is formed between the first cover part and the third cover part, and a second trimming portion is further formed between the first cover part and the second cover part.
12 . The compressor assembly of claim 11 , wherein the first trimming portion is formed at a higher position in a direction of gravity than the second trimming portion.
13 . The compressor assembly of claim 11 , wherein a catch part protruding so that the ground line is caught is provided on a perimeter of the fourth cover part.
14 . The compressor assembly of claim 7 , wherein the cover is formed of a sound-insulating material and a sound-absorbing material that is formed of a different material from the sound-insulating material, and the plurality of folding lines and the first trimming portion are formed on the sound-insulating material.
15 . The compressor assembly of claim 2 , wherein the sound-absorbing material has at least one protrusion so that at least one area of the cover is thicker than other areas thereof, and the sound-absorbing material is compressed by interfering with the compressor in the at least one area of the cover.
16 . The compressor assembly of claim 15 , wherein the cover includes:
a first cover part disposed to face a front surface of an inverter housing of the compressor; a second cover part disposed to face a first side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a first folding line; a third cover part disposed to face a second side surface of the compressor and foldable with respect to the first cover part through a second folding line; and a fourth cover part disposed to face an upper surface of the inverter housing of the compressor and foldable with respect to the third cover part through a third folding line, and the at least one protrusion is provided as a plurality of protrusions, and the plurality of protrusions are disposed on the second cover part and the third cover part.
17 . The compressor assembly of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of protrusions are disposed to face each other on each of the second cover part and the third cover part.
18 . The compressor assembly of claim 16 , wherein the plurality of protrusions in the second cover part are disposed in each of an area facing the inverter housing and an area facing a compression housing of the compressor.
19 . The compressor assembly of claim 16 , wherein a perimeter of the second cover part has a plurality of first fastening holes through which a plurality of first fastening members that fasten the second cover part and the third cover part pass, and one or more second fastening holes through which one or more second fastening members that fasten the second cover part and the fourth cover part pass, and the plurality of protrusions in the second cover part are each adjacent to or overlap a virtual straight line connecting two of the plurality of first fastening holes positioned on opposite sides with the sound-absorbing material interposed therebetween or a virtual straight line connecting one of the plurality of first fastening holes and one of the plurality of second fastening holes in a width direction.
