Valve plate with recesses

Abstract

The present invention refers to the use of a recess on the suction side of the valve plate for the purpose of creating a spacing between the coolant on the cylinder cover and the compressor block. This spacing creates additional resistance to the passage of heat from the coolant from the cylinder cover to the block, reducing the overheating of the coolant fluid inside the compression cylinder. Thus, the use of an intermediate plate in the compressor assembly process is dismissed, which increases its thermal efficiency.

1 . Valve plate comprising:
 a valve plate body ( 402 ) with at least one gas inlet hole ( 403 ) and at least one exhaust hole ( 404 );   where at least one gas inlet hole ( 403 ) and at least one exhaust hole ( 404 ) are arranged in the valve plate body ( 402 );   wherein the valve plate is characterized by the fact that it additionally comprises:   a set of recesses ( 406 ,  408 ) on the suction side of the valve plate filled with a coolant.   
     
     
         2 . Valve plate according to  claim 1 , characterized by the fact that the recesses ( 406 ,  408 ) are positioned in regions that have no other functions in the valve plate. 
     
     
         3 . Valve plate according to  claim 1 , characterized by the fact that it is located between the cylinder cover ( 302 ) and the block ( 304 ).
