Top toy component and top toy

Abstract

A top toy component of a top toy includes a first trunk part including first and second layers having first and second holes respectively, and a lock member. The lock member is inserted into the first and second holes, attaches the first and second layers to each other by rotating relatively with respect to the first and second layers. The lock member has a recess into which a portion of a different member of the top toy is arranged to be detachably inserted. The lock member is configured to lock the attaching the first and second layers, and to unlock the attaching by receiving rotational force of the different member via the recess to rotate relatively with respect to the first and second layers.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A top toy component of a top toy, comprising:
 a first trunk part including first and second layers having first and second holes respectively; and   a lock member being inserted into the first and second holes, and attaching the first and second layers to each other by rotating relatively with respect to the first and second layers,   the lock member having a recess into which a portion of a different member of the top toy is arranged to be detachably inserted,   the lock member being configured to lock the attaching the first and second layers, and to unlock the attaching by receiving rotational force of the different member via the recess to rotate relatively with respect to the first and second layers.   
     
     
         2 . The top toy component according to  claim 1 , wherein
 the different member includes a second trunk part, and a shaft member,   the shaft member is detachably attached to the second trunk part, and   one end of the shaft member is arranged to be inserted in the recess.   
     
     
         3 . The toy top component according to  claim 2 , wherein
 the recess is formed on a lower end of the lock member.   
     
     
         4 . The top toy component according to  claim 3 , wherein
 the second layer is the bottommost layer,   the second layer includes a fixing part for fixing the second trunk part, and   the recess is arranged not to receive the rotational force from the shaft member when the second trunk part is attached to the fixing part.   
     
     
         5 . The top toy component according to  claim 4 , wherein
 the shaft member includes an engagement part,   the lock member includes an engaged part being configured at the recess,   the engaged part is configured to transmit the rotational force of the shaft member by engaging with the engagement part, and   when the second trunk part is attached to the fixing part and when the different member is inserted in the recess, the engagement part and the engaged part are separated.   
     
     
         6 . A top toy, comprising
 a first trunk part including first and second layers having first and second holes respectively; and   a lock member being inserted into the first and second holes, and attaching the first and second layers to each other by rotating relatively with respect to the first and second layers,   the lock member having a recess into which a portion of a different member of the top toy is arranged to be detachably inserted,   the different member includes a second trunk part, and a shaft member being detachably attached to the second trunk part,   the second layer being the bottommost layer,   the second trunk part being attached to the second layer,   the second trunk having a third hole,   the shaft member being inserted in the third hold.   
     
     
         7 . The top toy according to  claim 6 , wherein
 the top toy is not launched when the plurality of layers are not attached to each other by the lock member.   
     
     
         8 . The top toy according to  claim 7 , wherein
 the first trunk part includes an arc-shaped hole used to rotationally urge the top toy, and   the lock member includes a projecting piece interfering with the arc-shaped hole until the first and second layers are attached to each other and locked.   
     
     
         9 . The top toy according to  claim 8 , wherein
 the lock member rotates relatively to the first and second layers in a direction opposite to a rotational direction of the top toy when locking the first and second layers.   
     
     
         10 . The top toy according to  claim 6 , characterized in that
 the shaft member includes a gear that meshes with a toothed rail formed on a field for the top toy to battle with each other.
