Abstract
A method of manufacturing onion pulp according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include generating a ground onion product by grinding onions to remove sugar and sulfur components from the onions, mixing and stirring jelly powder and purified water at a predetermined ratio, heating a primary mixture in which the jelly powder and the purified water are mixed, stirring the primary mixture with the ground onion product, molding a final mixture, including the stirred jelly powder, purified water, and ground onion product, after placing the final mixture on a mold, and drying the molded final mixture.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A method of manufacturing pulp, the method comprising:
grinding onions to remove sugar and sulfur components from the onions; mixing powder including polysaccharide or protein with purified water to generate a primary mixture; stirring the primary mixture with the ground onions; molding a final mixture, including the stirred primary mixture and ground onions, after placing the final mixture on a mold; and drying the molded final mixture.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the grinding of the onions includes:
primarily grinding the onions to a predetermined size to form primary ground onions; and secondarily grinding the primarily ground onions to a smaller size than the predetermined size to form secondary ground onions.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein in the grinding of the onions, the onions are ground variably in particle size according to a desired tensile strength of the pulp.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein in the grinding of the onions, the onions are ground differently in particle size according to a ratio of the sugar and sulfur components to be removed.
5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising freezing and thawing the ground onions after grinding the onions.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising adding salt to the ground onions to facilitate removal of the sugar and sulfur components from the ground onions.
7 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising heating the primary mixture for a predetermined time to restrict decomposition of starch molecules in the powder.
8 . The method of claim 7 , wherein in the heating of the primary mixture, the primary mixture is heated at 100℃ for the predetermined time.
9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the powder is made of mung bean jelly powder.
10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the powder is made of acorn jelly powder.
11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the powder is made of agar jelly powder.
12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein in mixing of the powder with purified water, a ratio of the powder to the purified water is 1:60. or 1:70.Cited by (0)
